101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: I have bought one antminer L3++ from a site on: October 12, 2021, 01:19:51 PM
OP next time the forum's door is always open to ask any questions before making a decision, I'm sure you are scammed already mate, buying ASIC miners is where most crypto scammers get there ill gotten money from, ASIC miners are costly and preying on unknown buyers is worth the hassle for them, you should have ask before buying
102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Trying to avoid cheap farm build on: October 12, 2021, 01:14:26 PM
Don't even think about it, the only wiring I've ever done is putting my graphic cards and motherboards together or doing a paper clip between two power supplies for a motherboard, anything other than this I'm hiring someone lol, while I decided to build a solar farm I got all the equipments myself and hired a pro to install for me, do the same and be free of dangers
103  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: I'm confused on: October 12, 2021, 01:07:20 PM
Yea bear market is coming that's for sure and the year is almost over too, buying graphic cards for mining right now is even more risky unless you are preparing for four years later when another bull market will start, ask yourself if you are prepared for this or not, my bear market target is march 2022 I may be wrong though
104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: RTX 2060/2070 bad? on: October 11, 2021, 12:16:40 PM
The reason why some are avoiding these cards (RTX20**) is because they use more electricity than the newer RTX30** graphic cards, some even prefer the gtx1660 super and 1660 ti over the rtx2070 cards
105  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Exchanges facts on: October 11, 2021, 11:18:43 AM
No centralized exchange is feel safe for anyone, just hope you don't be a victim of any of the listed ones up there.
I would prefer decentralized exchanges where I get to communicate which just protocol on web 3 and my Wallet.
Not your keys no your money.
What makes centralised exchanges unsafe to use mate? I've never lost money using them unless one use a low rated exchange, binance and kucoin was once hacked and they reimburse everyone that lost fund, so mate tell me how won't I trust such exchange where their Devs are ready to pay users their lost funds
106  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Exchanges facts on: October 11, 2021, 11:16:02 AM
1. OKEX
2. BINANCE
3. Coinbase
4. HUOBI
5. MXC
6. KUCOIN
7. Hoo
8. CoinEX
9. Bithumb
10. WazirX
Hello buddy! I am surprised that you are in the crypto space for six years but Gate exchange is not on your list! Gate exchange is my favorite and is the 4th exchange in CMC and 7th in Coingecko, I like it because it has very good security compared to other top exchanges like Binance, KuCoin, Huobi, and many more.

Anyways, you are using the best exchanges and I recommend them to beginners.
Yea gate.io is one of the best crypto exchanges in this space but if you read my post very well you will see that made mentioned of few exchanges I personally use myself not trying to mention all available good crypto exchanges in crypto world, sorry mate
107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: HD7970 and GTX970 on: October 10, 2021, 08:25:06 AM
Unfortunately these cards can't do anything again, I'd rather sell them for gamers that can't afford higher end graphic cards of today, I'm sure you will sell at good amount of money on eBay, if GPU mining is something you are looking to go into them use all the money to buy a better GPU like 3060ti or AMD 6600XT s
108  Economy / Exchanges / Exchanges facts on: October 10, 2021, 08:19:27 AM
It's been six good years that I've been in crypto space and I've sell so many coins and tokens along the way and today I will like to make a list of good exchanges so far that are more reliable and safer for new crypto adopters, the reason why I feel like doing this is because some new exchanges are still out there that aren't recognised, they exist only to lure unknown victims

1. OKEX
2. BINANCE
3. Coinbase
4. HUOBI
5. MXC
6. KUCOIN
7. Hoo
8. CoinEX
9. Bithumb
10. WazirX

The list is way more than this but like I've said this are just list of my favourite that I always buy and sell on and I believe that someone new to crypto will always find their way to this forum every day this should be useful to them, my advice is do not use new exchanges that no one knows much about, these exchanges are good enough
109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Your first mining setup on: October 06, 2021, 10:29:33 AM
HD7970 is still a beast in some old and new triple AAA games even in 2022 mate, why storing them? Go on eBay and Craigslist some gamers can't afford RTX cards for gaming, not even 6600XT for gaming they will gladly buy 7970 and use low resolution monitor to game on, a 1080p is still a sweet spot for hd7970 today
110  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Ravencoin lite miners on here? on: October 05, 2021, 07:54:59 AM
Any one mining ravencoin lite here? How good is the original Vs this fork? I'm following a YouTuber who genuinely have interest in this project and already have 100k ravencoin lite in holding, I'm thinking of mining for a week straight and hold for possible alt season, any advice?
111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tron network VS Binance Smart Chain on: October 04, 2021, 05:00:46 PM
The best network for new tokens I think solana is better than Tron or bsc, because most of the tokens on the bsc or Tron network are just imitating projects and don't have good innovations for cryptocurrencies that mostly end in scams. in contrast to the tokens on the solana network they do not promise double profits but serious development to run projects that most of the tokens on the solana network lead to success.
I don't believe this, any project can run on any smart contract based projects like solana so don't tell me that scam or shit coins can't find their way to solana either, if solana network becomes more embraced by developers in future be expecting lots of scam and crap projects on solana
112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tron network VS Binance Smart Chain on: October 04, 2021, 09:33:08 AM
How many TRC20 tokens are on top 20 on coinmarketcap? Tron itself is the only coin in top 20 so that says alot about Tron TRC20 blockchain, I only use Tron usdt to avoid high transaction fee, in 2018 I invested in few TRC20 projects and they later switched back to ERC20 ETH
113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: TB250 M.2 Conversion on: October 03, 2021, 04:39:54 PM
For a mining rig it shouldn't be a problem as long as the m.2 slot supports PCIe/NVME (any mobo less than
5 years old does) and you have enough PCIe lanes available. They usually come together because more lanes
are required to support an NVME device than a SATA device. Using a SATA or USB boot device also leaves more
lanes available for use by GPUs.

Mobos often have more ports that use PCIe than there are lanes available. The number of lanes is often determined
by the CPU. A budget CPU like Celeron has fewer lanes making it trickier to feed all the GPUs.

You may have to change the PCIe config in the BIOS to disable some uneeded devices, like extra SATA ports as
previously mentioned or extra USB ports.
This have anything to do with my motherboard that refuse to work with 5 GPUs? I only make it work with 4gpus and if I insert the 5th the motherboard won't boot up, I've tried bios settings but the CPU in the MOBO is a core i3 processor, can i3 power more than 4gpus ?
114  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Buying new GPUs now and future as ETH POS is on horizon on: October 03, 2021, 07:29:19 AM
Hi,

I can get couple of 6600 XT  and 3060 (not sure if its LHR) ofcourse on some premium.

However, ETH 2.0 is on horizon, not sure but as I read, I see its could be live by Jan 2022. Can I go for breakeven if I get couple of above mentioned cards if I buy them in next week or so. ? Or should I drop the idea as because of inflated ETH price, its kind of viable to still mine it, what will happen if there is ETH 2.0 .

I would be more worried about bear market than ETH 2.0 which may never happened for another whole year, if bear market comes and mining isn't a worry for you then I don't see any reason why you holding back, ETH 2.0 isn't coming any time sooner stop wasting your time
115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto misinformation is turning into an issue for people new to the game. on: October 02, 2021, 04:11:43 PM
There is no way a newbie won't make mistakes at all no matter how hard you try to warn them, but guess what? This is why mistakes are good sometimes it's the only way we will ever grow, we have to make mistakes before we move forward in life so the best advice is we should keep advicing newbies to educate themselves before jumping into anything instead.
116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: All in the name of bear market is coming on: October 02, 2021, 06:44:54 AM
It's a waste of time waiting for GPUs to become cheaper, this dream will only be possible if strong bear market occurs but I don't see that happening any time sooner, just buy GPUs and start mining with what you have, make sure you use fund you won't be needing any time soon, I built 12x GPU rig in August of this year and I don't care if bear market is coming or not cos the truth is no one really knows
117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: What do you guys think about this complete rig setup? on: October 01, 2021, 02:36:52 PM
The seller wants to get rid of these junks and go for better GPU variants, I suggest you should do the same, find AMD 6600XT or 3060ti non LHR, with 3k you can get two non LHR 3060ti and even the AMD seem like a better option too don't buy used outdated GPUs
118  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons why NFTs projects are not making wave-like ICOs on: October 01, 2021, 12:12:28 PM
How many ICO projects from 2017 are still alive today? To me they aren't many simply because they die over time due to lack of real world use case, do not compare NFT with ICO projects, just because there is less demand compare to ICO doesn't mean ICOs are better, I hardly invest in scam NFT projects

Yea I've seen them also, I'm just curious how many email address was exposed this is why I'm suspecting bounty managers that always leave email address on spreadsheet, fake mails only come through email in use for bounties and airdrops 🤔
