101  Economy / Economics / Re: Sharing and helping others on: December 23, 2021, 09:08:54 PM
I can't count my departmental mate that I have introduced to cryptocurrency, though they were all driven by the sweet gains they hear from people but after giving them the necessary digest and important info, they refer to be a long term holder than engaging in all this shitcoins that are usually introduced to newbies.
Giving and sharing this knowledge will make you feel like a boss and by the time you share this knowledge and the idea works for them, trust tlme, they will appreciate you the rest of their life and they will always consult you with new information or anything new things before they execute them.
102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you see? on: December 22, 2021, 11:58:17 PM
The market is still fresh and u think at this stage, the whole thing looks manipulated to me despite the fact that we all know that the market always correct it self during December because of the holiday.
If you look at the monthly chart, we have a double top and I think it's time for corrections before we see another rally or bull run comes 2022. We may also see another all time high.
If Elon is still holding all its portfolio tightly and refuse to sell, I don't see reason why anyone would want to panic or give up on the market.
103  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My coins percentage down on: December 22, 2021, 11:54:30 PM
Even though the entire cryptocurrency and none crypto assets on the stock market price are down currently but the level at which my various altcoins portfolio crashed backward baffles me, please can anyone explain for me how the altcoins market works.

Apperently, everyone is down, we are all waiting for bitcoin to stabilize so that Altcoins can do some magic as it used to, take a look at Fantom FTM that drop drastically despite everyone calling it a rare gem, the sold off by many investors was massive and we have all come back to accumulation stage.
You should also remember that Altcoins always tend to outperform bitcoin in term of gains and when it tend to fall, they do the opposite die to the volatility of their nature, they will all bounce back by the way.
104  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Technical aspect in trading on: December 21, 2021, 11:44:04 PM
i think If you want to start learning trading and don't have enough skills, then you can start with a small capital first. from there you can learn to trade and increase your knowledge because the more experience, the greater the opportunity to increase knowledge about correct trading. other than that, don't be in a hurry to make a decision to sell or buy coins. do it carefully and thoroughly so that we can think carefully when the time is right.

Who said he can learn trading with little capital and no skill? Please don't miss guide anyone here. This is a public forum and you should refrain from giving unwise recommendation that will mislead anyone. Anything you post here will be for reference sake and may appear on search engines when they are search or query.
Please dear OP. You need skills to excel in trading else your money will burn down like the way firewood burn in chimneys, you need technical analysis and fundamental analysis to survive in trading and also, you need to to emotionally and psychologically prepared to do well in trading.
105  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy more so you can sell some on: December 21, 2021, 11:36:09 PM
I was really pained during this bull run, why? Because I didn't have any coin as a hold. I was disappointed that even a shitcoins become  recognized and were heavily pumped. I was traumatized by the fact that I sold all my coins for a penny.
Ethereum and bnb that would have change my life completely were sold at chicken price because I thought BTC will never get pass the all time high. Now, looking at ethereum is just as if I dash my btc to a random whales who are now holding there wallet so tightly and don't want to let go of any coin.
Now I don't have much but the ones I holding will be hold for long time, no amount of life difficulties will make me sell.
106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon doesn't own Shiba? on: December 21, 2021, 11:11:20 PM
I think this is good news, if without Elon Shiba's performance could be very good like this, of course this is because the Shiba community is getting stronger, and I'm optimistic that the decentralization concept works well in Shiba because the team can convince investors to continue buying and holding.

Decentralization when some wallet are clearly holding large percentage?
Do you know why Shiba has that kind of community, they are all obsessed to be the next millionaires who missed been a doge holder. I mean an ordinary erc20 tokens with just decentralized swap that has low liquidity and swaps with yield farm will number a great later project that can perform a transaction in sec and process thousands of transactions? That's pure manipulation of moon boys has work.
Some are even saying Shiba will become bitcoin one day, that's the most foolish imagination is have seen in a long life time.
107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon doesn't own Shiba? on: December 21, 2021, 08:34:01 AM
Yea Elon won't owner but it's a big influencer and one tweet can change shib price  if Elon fully support to shiba then 0.01$ price not so far  Elon is the own of doge and doge price pump unbelievable which no one expected so may b same as happened with Shiba

Your words arrangements are confusing, work on your communication writing  or kindly comments on the local board you understand very well.
Elon knew what he was doing that's why he invested in dodge and he didn't just bought site Elon, he said on an interview that he hold bitcoin and also ethereum.
He is very well known to be a a successful entrepreneur who have manage to built his self and his company spaceX which have employed hundreds of people, now tell me wouldn't wouldn't follojis step as an investor or retailer?
The Shiba community is strong though, even with out his support, those guys will moon one day.
108  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have been scammed in pancackeswap telegram group on: December 21, 2021, 08:14:42 AM
Dear community. Has this also happened to anyone? I was trying to connect my trust wallet to  pancackeswap but it return error every time. Then I went to pancackeswap website and clicked a link to their telegram group and joined. I immediately received a phone call and I explained my problem. I was sent a link to troubleshoot the problem: www.app.walletimports.com and followed the procedure. I didn't know it was stealing my secret  key because I believed that pancackeswap is a reputable company. They stole my 0.055 BNB. Be careful with that telegram group.

You as a full-time Member on bitcointalk should ought to have know by now that you were escorted into the lionsden, you had the chance to block and repot he spam the moment you received a called from stranger but you went ahead to click on a mysterious link.
You will see, it's Bodly written on their Telegram group that they have no support outside the chart, Infact all your problems should be discussed on the group as there are many impersonators claiming to be an admin. Next time, don't entertain any messages or calls from unknown admin.
109  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is the market going to dump like that 2018? on: December 17, 2021, 10:32:19 PM
Love crypto or hate it, the long term holders will always smile and by then, you will be regretting why you didn't buy the dip when they were all falling in price. There has never been a best strategy to hold or buy the dip but sure, if you mange to hold and be strong, the reward is very magnificent.
2018 was a great lesson to everyone who feel bitcoin and the Altcoins may never survive, many died but the magnificent ones were still able to maintain their ground and the purpose of their mission and visions.
110  Economy / Economics / Re: Usdt safe heaven on: December 17, 2021, 10:15:51 PM
I'd rather prefer BTC over USDT as a safe haven. BTC is limited to 21 million units. Bitfinex can create USDT out of thin air which means the supply of USDT is infinite. There are also lots of bad news about Tether lately. If tether goes down it will surely affect bitcoin but because of bitcoin's limited supply, it will recover fast. USDT is nowhere near of being a safe haven.

Am I the only one that think btc comparison with usdt is unnecessary! They are two different assets design to function differently, I can't imagine or think that usdt is a safe place to put my money to hedge against inflation, usdt was meant to hold value at a fixed price but bitcoin is meant to fluctuate in price Change.
BTC demand and supplies give it more purchasing power unlike usdt where your value will remain the same and may be reduction in purchasing power.
111  Economy / Economics / Re: No where is actually safe on: December 17, 2021, 10:06:37 PM
Any type of investment has its risk and anything that is profitable isn't 100% safe. However, having enough knowledge in the risky world of crypto investment has an advantage for you will be able to know what's legit and what's not. Instability is one of the characteristics of cryptocurrency but holding reputable coins and investing with coins with a good foundation is an edge.

I always avoid anything inform any investment with huge returns is a no for me. It's good thing to risk and its good thing to invest but doimg this with greed is a signal that should be strongly avoid, they will not only damage your capital, you are at the risk of losing it all in the handa of scammers.
I know that it's hard to hold Altcoins and bitcoin but if you manage to hodl and get caught in bull run, the rewards are always too much to believe they are real. Hold if you must, trade and s all at every opportunity, crypto is always here and will be here for this who believe for it is safe haven.
112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you invest in new projects? on: December 17, 2021, 09:31:07 PM
New projects can actually make you loose your stake or make you hit the jackpot in a short time, you have to DYOR, stake with discipline and help promote the project if you look forward to gains

You are right my friend, I have observed recently how crypto holders create an Army to shill there bags in other communities and Twitter, the project don't pay much attention to marketing like bounties but within their self, they usually create this strong bind and deliver new update at every opportunity they gathered.
New project are always do volatile and they are always hard to invest in but the same time the volatility can give you an immense and quick profits other coins may not give you but still an Altcoins that has been on the market for long can do some magic in pumping if the whales are so eager to make money out of the project.
113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is better to invest your funds in if the alt season starts? on: December 17, 2021, 09:24:07 PM
I would prefer those altcoins which has good potential but failed to pump in this bullrun like XLM, Litecoin and I would prefer exchange tokens like GT, Huobi Token, KCS as they might boom just like Binance as these are the most trusted exchange only second to Binance. I wouldn't be going for meme coins.

I still don't know why you guys hope on bnb and really hope and think other coins would perform that way. Check last year and year chart and some moment bnb was trending on Twitter, they were mostly by influencers and pornograp*** who where heavily shilling their bags because they the influence of CZ in crypto space and after the pump, it crash until later when it had a healthy and smooth growth later.
Kucoin is having a great utility and used case but has also performed magnificently, with new development with the increase in their user base, kcs will see some big moves.
114  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stick to altcoins or switch to Bitcoin or stablecoins? on: December 17, 2021, 09:19:05 PM
Bitcoin and stable coin is not an option for me, it's an unwise decision because at the stage, many Altcoins have bled and are -80% to 90% down from their all time high, it will be so difficult to make back such gains that have been lost, it's either you sell half and divert that into bitcoin and hold together with the Altcoin or sell small portion of your Altcoins portfolio and wait for more dip buy more, it will make sense that way.
Also, it will be difficult to make son much gainsbgrom bitcoin except you have hundreds or thousands to invest in bitcoin.
115  Other / Archival / Re: Are Banks afraid of Crypto adoption? on: December 17, 2021, 09:11:08 PM
The advancement of cryptocurrency can never be sway away from banks, that credit will surely goes to them but again I must say that they are afraid of the traction on how crypto is moving.
Do you know that the way crypto is been rush, if that adoption is static or continues, we will see crypto physical exchanges by 2030. It's very possible and then the use of banks will become absolute.
Banks should be dining with crypto hit regulations and government policy wouldn't allow them and by the time they do, I don't know if may be it night be late for them already.
Long live cryptocurrency.  Kiss Undecided
116  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Would you like to trading with meme coins?? on: December 16, 2021, 08:11:31 PM
How do you intend to trade something that's so volatile, you wouldn't enjoy it at all. The fists one minute, you already gain a 400% and the next minute that you wanted to sell, it collapse, that will be hell trading, if Care is not taking, you may lose your capital.
How do you even intend to rush out of loss when your entire portfolio is very prone to loss, not even a stop loss is recommended with meme coins because of the problems associated with stop-loss, it may not get triggered and you will be left with nothing at the end of the day. No work done or should I say no profit after the whole TA drawn-out.
117  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Millennial trading formula on: December 16, 2021, 07:50:11 PM
Crypto trading is getting more and more technical as the days goy, and the formula that worked back then in 2018 is no longer accurate at this moment 2021 came with a lot of upgrades with many exchanges coming up with new features on the exchange.
So being forced to ask what are the most updated guide for newbies that have been out of trading for some time now.

I have just one input for beginners, hold and focus, no matter how bad the condition of the market, it will always be good for everyone.
2018 was a year of bloody Market for everyone who have all hold their portfolio but later early 2020, Q1 particularly was a an Era of redemption for everyone who successfully hold even despite the critics around cryptocurrency lately.
The next halving is going to be a blast fot all, trust me.
118  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why projects takes forever to launch? on: December 16, 2021, 07:38:40 PM
PI will not launch because of regulations, they are been held back because they couldn't do what regulations body have instructed them to do.
Another thing you should look out is that, idea on papers are just like planning and that's the most hardest part of evaluating a project, if you failed to plan very well, you may end up putting everyone at high risk and yourself which will eventually kill the trust built and at the end, collapse of the project.

Aldo don't know why you guys are so obsessed with PI coin, you all lazy to read the fundamentals of mining that's why you all waste your precious time thinking you are mining with your mobile phone. Undecided Undecided
119  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be careful with the hype on: December 16, 2021, 07:30:48 PM
Here I think if you want to make a quick profit then you have to hype here. If you make a hype then you can make a quick profit.

Hype is a very good thing and its not just a tool use in crypto, I have seen it used in movie industry whenever a premium launch is coming, I have seen it used in New consumable products and it all goes well, you need hype in real project in other to outshine the already available projects else it would go anywhere, that's why you see this new project coming with speed of light full of hype and empty promises.
When buying a hype, make sure you are buying a real projects with real product so that when the hype dies, it will be able to bounce back without any problems.
120  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you invest in new projects? on: December 16, 2021, 07:23:52 PM
I personally have lost alot of money on startups both in the past and present time, but I've not given up because it will only take one good startup to recover all I've lost both in the past and present.
So for me, I still invest in startups and I hope that a day not long from now, I will get that luck of investing in a startup that will change my life.

Sometimes I wonder how this get into this project that do 60-100x of their investment, you will see a project with less than 5 million market making huge returns and I am always astonished on how they find out this projects early.
Another place I have noticed this returns are most like the IDO launchpad but my challenge with them are the requirements, you will have to hold an Altcoins of the host launchpad before they will allow you to participate in a whitelisting. Very great requirements but the capital is just to high and the risk.
