When the market is down, you have to invest more and sell less. At the moment the market is down a lot so at this time you can invest more and more. This is the right time to invest.

The only problem with that is that not a lot of people have a lot of money to be able to do that so they end up not getting the opportunity to buy when most cryptocurrencies are going down in prices.

Simple way to put it is, one can not give what he or she does not have, just same way you can't eat your cake and have it.
To be able to sell something, you have to first and foremost have that thing, and having it means you have to either buy it from somebody else or receive that thing as a gift.

To have a significant amount of coins to sell when a need to arises, you have to first of all, buy the coin in a large quantity when the need to sell has not arrived.

Buying when coin is at ATH or near to that is biggest mistake one can do. I remember I used to do such mistake when I was new to crypto. At such price WHALES (wise investors) are selling while fools are buying. If you are experienced trader then buying at ATH is suitable for day trading only. Me as a hodler wont buy at such price.

You have just made a good illustration of my point and that is the idea holders should have at the back of their mind while holding their coins or investment. Some of friends who bought banks and other company shares fail to sell their shares because they want to hold forever until the value of their shares nosedive to insignificant amount.

But there are instances on which you cant really avoid to sell on loss aside from panicking or rattling because of price decrease.This is why its really important that you should be aware on how things been going and how it works. Buy more since you do trust up Bitcoin or crypto or Sell when you are in profits because this is your primary concern on why you do invest on this market.

Yes, the market at present is downtrend. Going through the chart it is clear to see the candles being in the declining position for about 7 days. We need some breakout to happen, but through which this gonna happen. Possibly some good news need to come out of the market. Right now more and more number of potential altcoins as well as new projects are at its lowest price with good volume. As mentioned in the above post it is good to do your own research and invest during this time period for good profit by the breakout that can happen anytime.

Money management really important, holding is not just we bought with all our money and then hold it until we want to sell, but must know if price keep dumped we have spare money to buy more. But that is what is on my plan, so i don't need to reach early price that i bought to get my capital back.

I had a large amount of it very very recently, for the past 3 months or so I have been living a nightmare scenario with someone I care for ended up in hospital with cancer and I had to make a huge debt. I still didn't sell my crypto but I totally understand people who would in this situation.

This doesn't mean that we can't be long in bitcoin at all. Sure sometimes we may need to use it as emergency fund and in that case we need to end up with putting most of our money paying those bills which is why it could be a loss because if we buy at a higher price and then it drops and we have emergency and we sell it at lower than what we buy, that will be a loss that was forced to us.

However, just on the off chance of something bad happening, doesn't mean that we shouldn't buy it either. Just buy it, hold it as long as you can, and hope that you will not face a problem like that.

I was really pained during this bull run, why? Because I didn't have any coin as a hold. I was disappointed that even a shitcoins become  recognized and were heavily pumped. I was traumatized by the fact that I sold all my coins for a penny.
Ethereum and bnb that would have change my life completely were sold at chicken price because I thought BTC will never get pass the all time high. Now, looking at ethereum is just as if I dash my btc to a random whales who are now holding there wallet so tightly and don't want to let go of any coin.
Now I don't have much but the ones I holding will be hold for long time, no amount of life difficulties will make me sell.
