Hallo,

103  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why not just use Bitcoin? on: May 08, 2016, 07:59:54 PM
for me the most important reason why not "just" use bitcoins is the speed if you what to sell of by at more than 1
exchange. Bitcoin several times needed 1 hour, Zetacoin or litecoin needed only 4-6minutes around the world (china->Eu).
I just use Bitcoins to cash out, but recently i found out that it works also with litecoin->eur. So for my part, i avoid Bitcoin when ever i can if faster Altcoins can do a better job.
104  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cryptsy Hack Resolution - Vern & perps to be hunted - Bounty Bonds on: April 27, 2016, 05:01:37 AM
is there any serous thread in the forum, the 399 site long one is just offtopic jokes. Where are the information about the legal situation and a possibility to report the lost coin amount?

greetings
105  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: April 18, 2016, 02:13:53 PM
so finally its proven he is the "hacker" himself, by declaring a robbery done by himself, nice work.
He has done a schizo scam.
106  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Cryptsy is run by criminals who should burn in Hell!!! on: April 13, 2016, 11:21:47 AM
No matter what happened or has happened. Remember that Paul Vernon is the man to blame.
Either he did not protect the exchange well enough or he ran way with the coins..

He ran away with the coins somewhere in China with his girlfriend, I think he learned from Kerpeles before, but Kerpeles is in jail, so lets pray it happens the same to him. Its the perfect exit scam, we got hacked, many ponzi scams use this as an excuse, so he definitely took the coins, as far as I know they are not yet spent, so we can keep an eye on them if someone knows how to do that.

lol

Paul "small" Venom + Mark "fat" Kerpeles are the illegal counterpart to Bill Gates & Steve Jobs
107  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Cryptsy's Legal Situation on: April 07, 2016, 11:51:25 AM
I think they dont lost only 15% like vern said in his Blog i think he lost all.
Because on some altoins he claimed to release them But when you try to withdraw more that 1-10 coins they just dont execute.

see this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1407887.0

Only way is a court case or a private bounty hunter in my opinion (my fundraising idea Wink ).
now 4 Months have passed without any improvement.
108  Economy / Exchanges / Re: cryptsy ZET coins withdraw scam on: March 26, 2016, 07:35:30 PM
any News from these scammers? i mean the hacker contract seems fake if too much time has passed.
So paul venom must come up with some news, like that his other personality (the "hacker") has tricked him and stealed also the
left funds out of the cold wallteds xD - or similar idiotic story.
109  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Cryptsy Class Action Lawsuit on: March 23, 2016, 10:34:41 AM

110  Economy / Exchanges / Re: cryptsy ZET coins withdraw scam on: March 23, 2016, 10:31:32 AM
i had requested with a support ticket, what is the schedule with the "hacker contract", but since days they did not replied.
I know for sure they read it. It seem small vern, the support and the "hacker" are the same person. Scam Vern must go to jail ,this damn schizo scammer.
111  Economy / Exchanges / Re: BTER.com hacked| 7170 BTC stolen | DON'T KEEP YOUR MONEY ON AN EXCHANGE | on: March 17, 2016, 03:23:54 PM
yeah BTER is a nightmare they once had a bug where you couldnt withdraw because their Database system thought you Balance is negative.

if you ever loose 30-100% on a single scam from BTer come back and say they are god xD
112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Vertcoin - First Scrypt N | First Stealth Address - Privacy without mixer on: March 17, 2016, 03:11:39 PM

113  Economy / Exchanges / Re: MtGox withdrawal delays [Gathering] on: March 15, 2016, 10:36:45 PM

114  Economy / Gambling / Re: betcoin poker cheating on: March 15, 2016, 08:45:44 AM
i can recommend 888poker and Fulltilt, i play now 3,5years and can say its not rigged there since i am winning and build my Bankroll out of Freeroll twice.
I play mostly Sit&Go + tournaments .
115  Economy / Exchanges / Re: MtGox withdrawal delays [Gathering] on: March 15, 2016, 08:32:19 AM
just out of interest, how much % loss did users must accepted now?
116  Economy / Exchanges / Re: CRYPTSY MAKES DEAL WITH HACKERS TO RETURN STOLEN 13,000 BTC, PAYS 13% FEE on: March 15, 2016, 08:28:30 AM
Well 13% doesnt sound bad for me, i lost more in the 2 months where cryptsy hold my coins blocked from trading.

I care more to get the coins back than a small loss, offcourse its fishy but we can debate later if we got something back.
At the Moment we have -> 0 <- Coins refunded.

also like mentioned before everybody involved in BTC/altcoins knows its a risky buisiness because of very high volatility.
So 13% is nothing to me.

117  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Cryptsy remains the best rated Exchange afterall. on: March 09, 2016, 10:07:24 AM
feel free to burn your money.
Deposit all your cash if you dont have any idea what to do with it xD.

your proof is a classic example how statistics can be abused or rigged.

119  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Cryptsy plot thickens on: February 25, 2016, 12:19:27 PM
But still  i have on cryptsy 0.5 btc can i expect that it will comeback to me.

I still have a negligible amount there.

I guess all we can do is keep checking to see if the process of unlocking wallets continues at some point, it seems to have ground to a halt for now with the last announcements on the site and the blog at the beginning of the Feb.

If you are an American customer, you can join the class action lawsuit based in Florida.  There is a chance that you could get a very small portion of the money back.

But why are only americans heared in this case, if it an international crime.
I remember the japanese court in the mT.Gox Case, they contacted all customers to fill claims against the fat dude. This was way more progressive. Just saying.

The american customers are just a fraction and will limit the punishment if the court doesn't take into acount that there are way more customers.

120  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Cryptsy plot thickens on: February 24, 2016, 01:07:26 PM
