I'm now in MintPal buying AsiaCoin to 300 sat, we have to sustain our strategic coin, with higher potential of rise around the market! Smiley

Let us form all together a great floor for sustain AC
Wink

I update:
I just uploaded my floor to 326 sat Wink

We just need 2.5 BTC 1.5 BTC to push it passed 500, guys, come on. Everyone can do their part Smiley

I spent to 350 sat.

I bet if those people putting up those sell orders knew, they'd all remove them.

Edit: We're passed 500. Excellent guys Smiley We should sustain it at around here for a while... no need to rush forward, most sell orders will disappear or go much higher if we sustain at around 500.

Guys there is no reason to sell at this price. We have our Thunderclap on Monday, which will reach to over 130,000 people. We're working on new features to add to the coin soon, very soon we will be on CoinPayments which means we will be able to buy a lot of different items with AsiaCoin.

Things are looking very good for AC, much better than most other altcoins. Have confidence.

In case you missed this...

Dear Community

We're constantly trying to add value to AsiaCoin, but there is only so much that we can do with the resources that we have. If you do hold a considerable amount of AsiaCoin and are able to contribute to its future, please contact me and we can discuss some possibilities. We need our big investors to be more involved with the work of the foundation Smiley

Please listen to Maestro guys.. and spread the word: we really need top holders of this coin, to contact the foundation

Think of it as an shareholders syncup, investors meeting.. anyone holding the coin is an investor in AsiaCoin.  There is much we can do together to collaborate and develop Asiacoin, and it's really in your best interest.. Smiley

We've done a lot to bring this coin from the dead.. but now we must take it to the next level...

Maestro why there is still no x11 multipool?

We're working on it but it's not ready yet Smiley We can't just pull one out of thin air... We don't have enough resources or manpower to pull it off more quickly. If you can help out in any way, or know a pool operator that can help us speed up the process, PM me.
108  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][AC] AsiaCoin | Back on all Exchanges | BOUNTIES! | Multipool Ready on: May 20, 2014, 05:47:45 PM
That is almost certainly artificial... someone (or a few people) trying to keep the price down to get more later.

Edit: It's gone. Someone bought all of it. That felt good Grin

I am starting to wonder if perhaps it was a mistake to change the PoS structure. With the old structure it would have still been a dump race after month 6, however with the changes that were made, it looks like the dump race began much much sooner. I am holding around 200k and it's getting increasingly hard to hold.

The dumping is unrelated to PoS staking rates. Most of it is because of a couple of coins getting insane attention and most others getting dumped to get onboard those few, notice that BC, WC, FLT and Cinni had far bigger dumps than we had in the past week or two. You have to see what's going on in the altcoin world in general, not just analyze a coin individually. It's the same in stock exchange, if NASDAQ falls 3% and a company listed there falls 1%, the company has actually done well.

https://www.thunderclap.it/projects/11729-asiacoin-asia-s-own-bitcoin

nice article but we are in need of multipool and some walls in exchanges

No Multipool = Low Price? Huh

We do have a multipool (HashCows), it's not our own but nevertheless if people mine there, the coins mined by their hashrates will be used to buy AsiaCoin at exchanges so the effect will be similar.

We're working on our own dedicated multipool as well but please understand that usually when a new coin launches, developers spend weeks preparing the infrastructure, including its multipool before even announcing the coin. We took over development of AsiaCoin at a moment of crisis and had to work urgently to get AC back up and running, and now we're starting from scratch to build the infrastructure. It will take time. We didn't plan it beforehand, we didn't do the work beforehand, we didn't clear up our personal work/life schedule beforehand.

Hi AsiaCoin team. An article concerning DNotes, Cryptomoms, and Alan Yong (Author) is in the process of being distributed to over 30,000 media outlets worldwide. I had wanted to make mention of my strong support for AsiaCoin. Due to space and focus constraints it was omitted at the last minutes.

I am considering posting the article here with comments, followed by all my supporting previous posts. Those who like to know more as to why I am so supportive of AsiaCoin will have the convenience of reading them all in a single location. However, I am also mindful that this can come across as self serving, a fact that is hard to refute, as much as it is not my intention.

AsiaCoin can use a little endorsement from an industry peer. If you and the community feel that is will be helpful, please post your comments. I will be checking back and make a final decision before the end of the day.

Edited
P.S.

The process typically takes a few days. Bitcoin Owl was the first to run the story:

Hi Dyna

Thanks a lot for your support and interest in AsiaCoin. We really appreciate your guidance so far, it's been really helpful.

I think that would be helpful for us and the AsiaCoin community. Please don't think about the self-serving issue. You've been very supportive of our community and I'm sure our community can learn from your experience, and also can get to know your work as well.

Looking forward to hear more about it.

Price is on downfall. Its almost 490 SAT now.

downfall? two weeks ago we wish that the price was 490sat  Grin

+1 LOL.  Well said.

Don't worry AsiaCoin is not front page news at the moment.  It will take time to build awareness and exposure.  I believe after that AC's specs and amazing community will lift it back up to where it should be.  It's increbile that we are even here, patience now and in time all good things will come.  Keep spreading the word and doing what you can for AC.

Exactly. It was 100% predicted that there will be a slow return to the top for us, as the community regains their trust in us and our work. Some people will decide to dump and the situation with other coins is also really similar (almost all coins are being dumped for people to invest in 1-2 coins, this can't keep up, once those coins have their fun time, the investment will return to where they came from, and coins such as AC will regain attention, especially if the coin is in a much better situation that it was before).

At this time it's critical for us to remain focused, don't get scared, continue to work hard to add features to AsiaCoin. We're working on the technical side to add a lot of features to AsiaCoin, including better and more exclusive wallet design, coin control features, better and more updated base-code, x11 multipool, among many others. On the marketing side, we're really close to adding CoinPayments as it's very important, and we're in contact with a few other places too, so soon our ecosystem will be significantly larger and there will be a lot more places to directly spend AsiaCoin.

We're also working hard on our diffusion in Asia. We've made plans, we're looking for people who can help us with this (PM if you can help). Ideally we want to have representatives in each Asian country, or at least for each Asian language who can manage coordination and marketing tasks specific to those locations. AsiaCoin will have a great future!

I'm one of the developers of AsiaCoin.

Screenshot their thread and report them ASAP. Cheating votes is not ethical and not tolerable. I hope no one in this community is doing the same thing.

yes absolutely! we wish to be chosen properly and honestly.we reject any false votes

So do us. At the beginning of the vote, a few AC community members got the wrong idea about the voting and posted those comments, which I and other AC community members warned them and discouraged false voting. Our posts are there. You don't see those kind of comments repeated after our warnings.

By the way, I was the one who PM'ed DCgirl and bumface about the rules against rewards for voting while asking for confirmations. If our intentions weren't pure and we were trying to be unethical, I could have just saved screenshots and sent them to CoinPayments on final hours, that would indeed disqualified UTC altogether. But that's not what we're about. If you guys wish to create a big deal out of 2-3 people double voting at the beginning because they didn't know better, go ahead, at least tell them everything Smiley

Anyway it's not like it's a competition. Last time top 4 coins got accepted, the time before that top 5 were accepted. There's no AC vs UTC going on here (thankfully as I personally want both coins to be listed, as both fully deserve it).

Hi I am voting right now. But the fckng bitcoin wallet needs to synchronize 2 weeks. ... I had to withdraw btc from cryptsy to m< wallet and then to coinmarket.

is there possibility you send coins to the adress and I send you coins to your adress?

Everyone needs to vote for themselves, as they check IPs and paying others on your behalf is not allowed. They also support LTC/Doge so you could exchange a little bit BTC to Doge and send the Doge, that's what I did so it would be quicker.
