It is plenty of companies who lost more than 30 - 50 percent of their total value and they are still in here. They recovered back again and no one knows how. The same happens with bitcoin, it will recover eventually at some point. It is going up again. Every market like stocks commodities Interest rates etc see corrections upto 75 % which doesn't mean that they will not go back up higher and history proves otherwise. Yes, i agree, but the price is at $11,500 at the moment, it broke that resistance. Anyway, it will keep going down for a few more days until the futures are finally liquidated after all. So expect to see the downtrend until January the 26th at least. It seems to hit bottom around 10k every time. Then when it creeps back up to 12.5/13 it drops again. Weird cycle.

Good stuff. I've been consolidating outputs into my new Segwit wallet and actually just had a standard transaction confirm with < 40 satoshi/byte in fees. Fees are dropping a lot right now.
I am using my Ledger nano and it is working with Segwit right now. I am usually using a fee of aproximate 100 satoshis per byte, and it is getting confirmed in 7 to 22 minutes after i send it. It is not VERY fast, but anyway, it is cheap + faster than what it was a few weeks ago. |
