Prototype mount for DPS2000BB PSU leverages the 80mm fans for cooling and mounting. There is ~65mm between where the motherboard would be and the bottom of the mount. Comments?

This is a less expensive version of the RSV-L4000 with out all of the drive cages that you have to remove anyway in order to install my support bracket.

I'm thinking about offering some adapters to allow you to mount a server PSU in a Rosewill 4U case.
Which PSU models would you like to see supported first?

How much to get the fan tabs? Or any way I can do them myself? What fans that fit in the front is the best airflow output? Getting 70/70/59/70 Celsius on my 4 x 1070 (3 hottest are blower style) when i close the front With the key. Leaving it open i have 67/66/51/64, but server will be moved to a facilty requiring to be secured. 12x tabs will all required fasteners is $15. However, you can get away with just using two tabs to mount the two outer fans, thus 8x tabs is $11. I would recommend getting blazing fast 25mm thick fans, or switching to 38mm thick fans (which are the size used in the video). You should also experiment with removing the filter material that is in the door, to see if that reduces temps significantly. -Rich

density is key to keep investment low and maximize roi, this boards are a god send. for now, we need some new stackers to accomodate the setup

With the optional GPU tier, is the two PSU version frame still stackable? If yes, I think I need to buy an extra connector for stacking, right?
Yes, everything is stackable and all hardware required for stacking is now included, standard.

Any updates about the 12 GPU frame for Biostar TB250-BTC Pro ?
New optional GPU-only tier for our two PSU mining tray: This option along with a dual PSU tray is the perfect frame for the Biostar TB250-BTC PRO or ASrock H110 Pro BTC+ motherboards. $95 (for the optional GPU-tier). PayPal only. Shipping from Washington, US. In order to mount 12/13 GPUs, along with the rest of a rig, also requires purchasing a standard dual PSU tray.

Here's a first pass at a design for an open air frame for these boards: Hi Rich, I'm interested in this open frame, when will you be able to produce it? I will be adding this to my "for sale" thread ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1487782.0) next week.

I'm interested in this. When can we buy?
The response to this idea has been lukewarm, at best. Which I don't understand, since (albeit if sheeting were applied) this would be an alternate to having to buy (and then modify) a server chassis. Is the inability to mount the motherboard and PSUs to this frame is what is lacking in this idea? Or, simply the lack of sheeting?

I'm looking forward to building a frame for this board.
