101  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA World Cup 2026 :Canada/Mexico/United States: Discussion Thread on: April 19, 2023, 06:46:30 PM
That is definitely not true. You are claiming that Ronaldo is the reason why these players are not getting chances. It is the other way around. During Qatar 2022, the Portuguese coach (Fernando Santos) humiliated Ronaldo by not including him in the starting XI. The younger players performed well during the first match (against Switzerland, which they won by a massive margin of 6-1). But the tactic failed against Morocco during the Quarter-finals, and they lost the match 1-0. The younger players first need to perform consistently, before they talk about replacing Ronaldo.
That's true but you may not believe it, since there are many old players like Ronaldo playing for their national team there is less chance for younger players to have a chance. However, currently, Ronaldo can't show any good performance, and even yesterday in his Abarian team the fans were unhappy, the reason why we usually talk about Ronaldo and other old players is just because of their reputation they have not their performance anymore.
World cup is not the place to show talent by young kids, it is time to put the best players in and if a player is old and still plays better than any other alternative then they will be called up. I think Ronaldo and Messi could be exceptions in that regard, they can be terrible and still called because they are loved like gods in their own nations, and not like they are terrible so far neither, maybe can become terrible by the time this world cup starts though.

At the end of the day, we are going to see older players if they are still better. I rather have a 37 year old Modric instead of some 20 year old who won't be of any help, what sense would it make to get that player, it is not a place to improve your reputation.

I also believe that the EU countries do not want this war to happen and do not want to participate because they know that it will not bring any benefit. But the problem is that they are both close allies and vassals of the US, so they cannot stand by and watch the US being attacked by its opponents. They will be drawn into the war, but it's more of a compulsion, more reluctance than actually wanting to go to war.
Like when the war between Russia and Ukraine broke out, they did not initially intend to support the war by sending weapons to Ukraine, but they were unable to resist or disobey the US. They like Ukraine, do not have the right to decide their own fate.
There is a difference between participating while wanting it, and participating because you have to. UK sent soldiers to Iraq and I believe a bit to Afghanistan as well? Not entirely sure about Afghanistan but I know for sure that they went to war in Iraq as well.

Look at what happened, everyone remembers USA very clearly and everyone thinks they did, but people from UK, Poland, Italy Spain and many other nations all sent soldiers and yet nobody talks about that. So if you do not want to join, and half-heartedly do something then even if you send soldiers to kill people, sometimes even innocent ones, you do not seen the evil person, the one that WANTS to attack is the real evil and that is what USA became when they did that.
103  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: No late comer in bitcoin Investment. on: April 19, 2023, 03:08:40 PM
I'm not taking any chances this time, I'm fully into crypto and bagging more pieces of bitcoin to my best effort. Already done some mistakes in the past which is a total regret, but today I'm a little bit happy to start. The best time is to start now, nothing abstract because there's no time on our side. Bitcoin have made both dump and pump movements over the years, some of us missed out while some made good profits during these times. It's very simple to purchase bitcoin, crypto exchanges have that easily possible, the space is advancing to the next stage and we should grow with it and it's adaptation.
I think you should not regret it if you learned something form it. I mean obviously you know what you are doing and that's the important case here, if you learned from your past mistakes then you are doing fine and shouldn't be worried about it.

I personally did make some mistakes back in the day but I do not regret them, I made those mistakes to learn what I should have done now, thanks to that I am going to be richer in the future as well. I am not saying I will be richer in a day or so, I am just saying that I made mistakes but I can be richer in the end "one day", maybe I will make even more mistakes and learn from them as well, but this is a way where you can actually become a better investor and get richer gradually.
104  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: April 18, 2023, 07:26:54 PM
My pick for tonight.

Philadelphia 76ers (-3.5) vs Brooklyn Nets = First Quarter Win 1,86 Odds.

Sacramento Kings vs Golden State Warriors (-2.5) = Golden State Warriors  Win 1,86 Odds.

My last bet lost but, I hope my picks for tonight will win.
Good luck guys.
It's amazing how much golden state gets the benefit of the doubt.  They are a terrible road team all year long and they are favored on the road against a quote better team at least by record.  Getting close to the end of the 4th quarter but how can anyone bet on golden state favored on the road against a higher seed.  I still think they will win the series but no way could I lay in on them on game 1 or 2.
Well winning 4 rings in under 10 years does make that for a team. They won 2015 and they won 2022 as well, that is a 7 year difference and they got 4 out of 7, bucks, Lakers and raptors won one each during the same time with a famous Cavs one as well, but aside from that it is 8 out of 4 for them, they won the 50% possible titles in the last 8 years. When you have a team like that, even if the road games this season was terrible, people just think Warriors could still win.

Plus, experience difference was talked about as well, that's a big difference. All in all, if you have Curry on your team (and Klay as his help) it is obvious that you have a big advantage, I don't care if you are 8th seed, or 10th seed coming from play-in, having Curry means anything could happen.
105  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: April 18, 2023, 05:48:06 PM
Its give difference thing for Liverpool after winning against Leeds United and will more confidence for up coming next match exactly Liverpool games left dominance with mediocre team. Have positive trend with Liverpool after last several games losing from Manchester City and get draw against Chelsea and Arsenal last two games. Current position, Liverpool remaining 6 points from Europe League and left 9 points behind Champion League position. All possibilities for Liverpool back to top fourth standing or will get inconsistency performance on several matches left and losing opportunity return to top fourth standing.

For next weeks seems Liverpool has chance continue winning trend against Nott Forest, but can't predictable will be easy because first half season Liverpool got loss from Nott Forest.
I do not think that Liverpool can do much after this point, they can end up winning rest of the games and they will still not be ranked where they should, at some point they got a bit close, to the 6th position I think, and that means at the very least case a conference league, but maybe even europa as well, that's of course not great for them but they got close to that at least. Now?

Now they won't be there, I do not see them going anywhere, they will just play at the league next season and financially that is a big trouble, they should be worried about what's going on and not really focus on what they can do, but how they can recover from that. They may even have to sell a player or two in order to cover the cost of that team with one season without UCL.
106  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: April 18, 2023, 04:44:42 PM

If you are willing to become a premium user I suggest you to start with the 12,500 FUN package, because it's the most cost efficient one.

When you start accumulating spins from the premium program they appear like this on the top of your freebitco.in's faucet page:

Once you click "Play them here!" you have the alternative of spinning all at once, or spinning one at a time.

Yes, 12500 FUN tokens seems to be the sweet spot as you get a nice amount of WOF spins (I think it is 6 in the beginning) and you get a cashback when placing bets. The most interesting feature is probably the increased interest as that can really add up quickly.
It is not really that expensive basically when you think about it. That's like 80 bucks if I am not wrong right? That means if you spend 80 bucks, you get WOF anyway and that could bring it back from the extra spins if you do it constantly, on top of that you get interest rate so if you put your crypto here and earn interest from it (and 4%+ is a great amount) all of that should be proper returns for a mere 80 bucks.

Gambling on top of that and getting cashback is something that depends on you, but the others are just given and happens automatically and that's awesome I really like it. I am planning on getting even more hopefully in the future but for the time being I think this number is enough and I am going to stick with it until I get more money.
107  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: April 18, 2023, 05:36:53 AM
The conditions have to be like that because if they can't get up and are still the same as this season who have become clowns then it is indeed difficult for Chelsea and they will continue to be criticized for their performance.
There's nothing they can do at the moment apart from trying not to drop points again and again because indeed for now they are quite terrible for a big club.

At the moment, Todd should be calm in the decision of the next Chelsea coach because indeed if his decision was rushed like before then it would be very unfortunate for them.
I do not think that they would be this terrible ever again. I am not saying they will win the league next season, of course the recovery will not be that big, but I do believe that they are going to be better than this year without a doubt. They should be given a chance, and if they finish the season anywhere in top 6, that would be a good improvement for the team.

I believe that is what they should aim for next season, to finish in the top 6, that may look like it is not a big deal and it will not give them a bigger fan base or make them happy, they will want more after spending so much money but at the end of the day if they improved, that's good enough. Look at Arsenal, they kept on losing but then they ended up winning eventually, just give them some time.
108  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how can we know that a wallet is lost on: April 18, 2023, 04:31:09 AM
It is impossible to know if the wallet is lost because there are Bitcoins that even 10 years old and no movements will be transferred to another wallet because there are times that we thought we lost our seed phrase  but turns out we found it after 10 years and also having a website with list of lost wallet is not reliable because anytime soon those wallets can be transferred and we don't have basis that the wallet is already lost unless it was like 2009 but again it is just all about speculation unless that owner will say he lost it really.
At that point you may consider that as "lost" when trading, that's the point. I mean if it is not touched for 10 years, then it should not be calculated for the market, it is also true that some of the many years long held coins are not in the market neither. Could they suddenly become active and be sold? Sure, but if it hasn't been touched for 10 years, then when you are buying or selling, you shouldn't be considering that as a threat or a benefit.

I personally believe that just do whatever you want to do ignoring that they exist, and you will be able to do a lot better trades. If you keep on thinking that it could be sold any minute now, then you are going to be worried about something that hasn't happened and that's called anxiety.
109  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How not having money helped my Bitcoin journey on: April 17, 2023, 04:53:39 PM
when someone does not have stable finances. in the sense that the needs are met and there is still some left to allocate to something like an investment. it will be quite difficult. OP is doing what he can, learning with what he wants to grow. whatever his current results, he now had enough knowledge from what he had been working on for years.
I also have a friend, who has enough money to invest in Bitcoin. he's just asking for advice on buying and selling. without knowing anything about Bitcoin development. even when the FTX crash event caused the price to decrease, my friend just panicked and didn't know what was going on.
I agree that when you do not have any money to invest, it becomes very hard to make any investments. I had a very terrible period in the last month where it will take me many months to recover, but at the very least I know that my income is lower than my spending in normal situations, this is just a special case and when that is over in the future, I will go back to living in a world where my spending will be less than my income and I will be able to invest the excess amount.

This is why people who can't live with their income can't just get smaller spending. It is better to increase the income than decrease the spending, because you can't keep cutting on costs all the time, you need to focus on bigger income if you can.
110  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: April 17, 2023, 12:40:03 PM
I think he will still be an ATP 500 specialist because his ability is good but often not enough to give him many wins because his mentality sometimes has problems when facing tight matches. But what you're saying is true this time he deserves this major title, has been able to come out of tough times several times and what his opponent came up with was pretty much the same when he was able to beat him at the Australian Open earlier this year, a few times the winning chances were wasted because Rublev was able out of this great pressure.
Rublev will not be playing at the ATP 500 Barcelona and will be a competitor to Djokovic at the ATP 250 Banja Luka Open.
This mentality case is not alone with Rublev I watch in few other players as well mostly after having one big win they face issues like this which hurt them badly sometime it ruin their career because I am also involved in tennis for 20 years and many players which have potential to win big events fail to do this just because of mentality issues or having enough money which hurt them and then not able to perform like they started.

Now as he has done in this event we can expect things could be changed for him, and he will overcome this problem which will help him for having good wins in near future now after big 3 I have feeling most chances we will have some issues like we have in WTA no player will be able to hold spots for long time, and we will have too many winners in one year.
111  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Looking a partner on: April 16, 2023, 06:28:43 PM
I hope All are well, am Looking a partner I have about $100,000 I want to invest in digital currencies, And I have no experience in trading. Can I find someone who wants to earn money and work for me in daily, trading method will be at my home. I live in Miami.
I do not know how you earned 100 thousand dollars, but I assume that it was very simple, since you decided to part with your money so easily. If you want to invest in cryptocurrencies, you need to get minimal knowledge about the cryptocurrency market or transfer your money to the trust management of a company that has the appropriate license.
I am pretty sure its a scam. I do not have any type of idea and angle on it and can't say that I know what the aim is, but I know that it will end up being a scam for sure. It will ask for some money to invest to get that 100k in maybe? Like transaction fee or something, or card fee, or bank fee, whatever and ask you to invest that first so they can take it out, like Nigerian prince scam but evolved.

I am not really sure though, I shouldn't make predictions, maybe we should ask OP what type of scam it will be? Because, I am 100% sure that there is no person on the face of the earth that will come to bitcointalk and offer 100k to anyone, that is not real and will never be real in any situation, its just a scam method without a doubt. At best, its a troll.
112  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|✨Fury Games Legacy for $1 000 000 | Lamborghini Huracan & Crypto💸 on: April 16, 2023, 05:33:31 PM
we know when the crypto market entered a bullish year, almost all cryptos, both altcoins and crypto tokens, also increased, some of them also came from gambling tokens and meme tokens, but actually I don't follow that much BFG's development is too far because I haven't really invested in this gambling token nor have I really looked at their tokenomics, but it's good that anyone who wants to invest in BFG tokens should do more in-depth research on BFG.

As far as I know betfury is growing bigger and there are lots of active gamblers there which is probably a lot of money coming in for the casino, I think if they can manage that and introduce BFG to lots of people out there then that would be even better. I'm not an active gambler here but I saw a lot of big money prizes given by betfurry and of course that can also be used to make BFG even more valuable by campaigning for their BFG token.
This will be the key that will make it bigger for us. Betfury is growing as a casino, if the casino keeps growing and there are a lot more people gambling here, then that means we are going to end up with a lot more people then we are going to end up with a lot more losses as well, and that means more dividends for the token holders.

And when holding the token becomes that much more profitable, then it means people will want to buy the token to make that kind of profit as well. If you spend 1 cent on something and make 2 cent profit, that's great, then people will pay as much as 10 cents to make 2 cent profit, that means x10 increase. So the more the profit goes up, the more the token price will go up along with it as well.
113  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: April 15, 2023, 06:19:30 PM
At first, I thought Man United would win easily. But it turns out that I was very wrong. The exit of Martinez, and Varane made United weak. Two own goals made them even more difficult. Fortunately, at this time the knockout phase does not recognize home or away goals, but it is still a tough task for Man United to win in Spain. In addition to injuries, Ten Hag must be dizzy with card accumulation. It is certain that they will be without Bruno in the second leg. Moreover, they have to be busy in the EPL and FA.
That is what most people thought, I think it is important to remember that the best thing we could do regarding betting on this game is not to lose hope. I understand that United will be losing some of their most important players but look at the difference between the clubs.

This game shouldn't have been a tie to begin with and they just got unlucky and I think that they will do a lot better on the next game, shouldn't be taking this long at all. I think they could have finished the series in the first game if they weren't unlucky as well. With or without those players, I think United will get the win and they will be doing much better on the next game, they can't get unlucky twice in a row in the same series, they should be winning it.
114  Economy / Speculation / Re: FTX recovered $7.3B in Assets and is considering restarting! on: April 15, 2023, 05:25:50 PM

I also found out that this news has caused some other tokens to drop in price such as REN tokens.

It’s because FTX holds a chunk of Ren tokens and has directed them to transfer all cryptocurrencies to the debtors cold storage heavily controlled by the FTX team. Since this news broke out the Ren token has since be falling and causing panic among the investors, although on their discord the Ren team are considering lunching a REN 2.0 with another funding completely independent from FTX and could possibly airdrop it for the current REN 1.0 holders.

My question is will this also affect the Sol token since FTX also owns lots of it
I can't believe that the past doesn't stop ruining today. It happens with mt.gox trustee, it happens with dead pirate roberts coins, it happens with ftx, and some other stuff. Those were old things and even today we still go down because of that and that makes no sense to me at all.

I believe that we should be doing a lot better and we should be making some decent profit when the time comes. It is not going to be too simple, but we should ignore these old news and old stuff, and we should try to care about the future. They may end up selling or not, but do not react before it happens, if you keep doing that then they will have a chance to keep threatening to sell constantly and make it go down whenever they want to.
115  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: read a story of 17 year old bitcoiner on: April 14, 2023, 01:41:29 PM
as a young investor, i've had to learn a lot about finance and investing on my own. but i've found that the bitcoin community is incredibly supportive and helpful. there are so many resources available online, from forums like bitcointalk to educational videos on youtube, that have helped me to understand the technology behind bitcoin and make informed investment decisions.

now, i'm proud to say that my investment in bitcoin. even though there have been ups and downs along the way, i've been able to build up a substantial portfolio of bitcoin over time($60). and as i continue to learn more about cryptocurrency and finance, i'm excited to see what the future holds for bitcoin and other digital assets.
I did it when I was first 23 years old, now I am 30+ years old and I am still in it and I can tell you that I haven't worn any suits to work and drove to work for over 7 years now. I have been at home, having some great life, amazing work in the crypto world, amazing income, much better than most people, and just be happy with what I have. That is only possible if you are in the crypto world.

Not only be in the crypto investment world but also be in the crypto business world as well and make yourself better and get yourself heard, have a network and then one day you could make a lot more money. I can't say that it would be that much of a trouble, it would be easy to handle but when the time comes you will be ready for it.
116  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: April 14, 2023, 10:21:51 AM
An interesting interview was done with Halimton.

He has spoken about different things but this one is the most relevant to me.

He basically said F1 lied about getting clean air while following close another car with this generation of cars, he said the air is not clean and the car behind suffers anyway.
That is a heavy accusation towards FIA if true but I have my doubts about it,Hamilton is the type of guy who always complain when things don't go his way and it is the third consecutive season that things are not going his way, maybe is time for him to retire as I doubt he still has the skills now to become again World Champion when he is getting older,he left 38 and is going to 39,I don't remember any driver winning a Championship in F1 in modern era at the age of 39.I know we have Alonso at an older age but still I doubt he can win Championships too,so clean air maybe is just his hunch and nothing more.
I am sure there could be tests done about this, isn't it? I mean they just need to put two cars on a track and then check if it is better or worse, hell they can use some of the old cars as well and see the difference as well. I am not saying that it would be easy to do, sure it would cost millions to just test that out but FIA is rich and F1 is making so much money so they should be able to do this if you ask me.

I believe that there is a good chance that we could see this tested out, because Hamilton is a seven time champion and when he says something then it means it's a serious discussion. That doesn't mean that he is correct, he could be wrong and just moaning, which he always does, but it's better to give it a test.
117  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA World Cup 2026 :Canada/Mexico/United States: Discussion Thread on: April 13, 2023, 06:03:39 PM
If the next World Cup is held by three nations, I still think the Qatar World Cup will be the best ever. Because one of the best in history, Qatar World Cup is the first country in history to spend so much money on football World Cup.
I disagree with you about the Qatar World Cup because it was the best world cup even a good experience compared to many other world cups we saw, they just spent money, and many workers died for the world cup which makes that tournament smell blood and dirty while I think the world cup we are going to see in America Canada and Mexico will be a better experience because there are enough facilities compared to Qatar.

I agree with you, Leviathan.007.

LOL... keyscore44 believes that spending a ton of money would automatically mean a better experience for the fans. Personally I felt that the 2018 World Cup was much better organized. Even the 2014 edition was much better than the bland version we had in Qatar. In both cases (2014/2018), the host nations made sure that the guests are treated like royalty and did their best to showcase the local culture and customs. On the other hand, Qataris were very busy in splashing their money and show to the world how rich they are.
I think it is important to remember that football is what people care about. That's the core thing and I agree that Qatar may have been not so great but the final was great and if all the games were like that then I would have agreed. However, when you do not have a nation who doesn't have a proper football team, then it is going to be boring because the culture is not there.

You need to find a culture that accepts football as it is to make it happen and make it work. I have to say pick the world cup hosts from the top 20 ranked teams in the world, and I bet that you are going to be doing fine. Look at the top 20 leagues of the world and you will see where the world cup should be held, it will definitely be better that way.
118  Economy / Economics / Re: Swiss Government-Owned Bank PostFinance to Offer Customers bitcoin and ether on: April 13, 2023, 05:23:00 PM
This is a good initiative by the Swizz to give access to customers a means of purchasing bitcoin. It is good news, since it has shown that bitcoin adoption is full approved in the country, which is a plus to the bitcoin community.

I don't like the idea of customers leaving their coins with the bank for safety because it is not how bitcoin should be store. This means that the bank will be in custody of their bitcoin, just the way that they are in custody of customers fiat currency. This banks are funny and are only after making money from customers which is not right. I just hope that anybody that buys bitcoin from the bank should transfer it to his noncustodial wallet, to keep his coin safe
I think having legal reasons to be able to do this is a good way of doing business. After all we are talking about law that prevents many nations from doing something like this and it looks like they could potentially do it here. I know that it is going to be a hard one but that doesn't mean that all of the world can't do it. I know that it is going to be an easy one but I think it is going to end up with something much better when the time comes.

I hope that people would finally pressure their congress to get crypto be accepted in banks as well, that's something we direly need nowadays, if banks start making money from crypto then that means they will not fight against it and bribe the politicians to make it more public.
119  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are lotteries really a good way to engage with gamblers? on: April 13, 2023, 09:36:39 AM
-Do you personally take part in lotteries by online casinos?
-Do you track the progress and results of such campaigns?
-If so, are there any changes you would offer to make lotteries more exciting?
I wouldn't say no, but I wouldn't easily say yes neither. I mean I wouldn't say no because you can definitely engage with gamblers and attract customers and freebitco.in has proven that time and time again every single week, and even once every 6 months for lambo as well.

However, if we are talking about a situation where is it good to just do that and nothing else? Of course not, the engagement from that alone would be minimal and nothing serious and it should not be your main marketing neither. You should be focusing on getting even more people with even more stuff, that could help you out a lot. I personally would add in a big tournament type of thing, or a challenge to get people gambling in order to get them used to the casino.
120  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2022/2023 on: April 13, 2023, 08:45:10 AM
Maybe the rest of the team should use that as a benefit? They were not ready for something like this obviously but when opponents guard Ronaldo that well, that means there must be someone else out in the open and they could pass to those players instead of trying to pass to Ronaldo all the time.

Right now, they are focusing too much on making Ronaldo score, and other teams know about this and guard him very well which leaves Al-Nassr without having any type of understanding how they could continue to play, whereas if we are talking about a better manager, then the solution would have been find out another scorer, like Talisca, or if he doesn't play someone else, and switch to focus there to make sure defenders can stop both.
when you have a big player like Ronaldo in your club, assisting his goal is an advantage to the player too. So everyone wants to be popular in the team. Don't blame them for building the team around Ronaldo. He's the market of the club. Once he scores the world will be aware then anyone else in the club.
I think the fact that he would be upset about the manager is given considering who he played with in his career. Think about it, this dude has had managers that were world class up until now, all the managers that worked with him has been great managers, aside from maybe a few ones lets say.

However, here he is managed by someone who is much under that level, maybe the manager is someone good in this league I do not know him, but he is not a world level and that's why Ronaldo might have trouble with it. I am pretty sure that after 20 years playing in the big leagues like that, even Ronaldo must be a better manager and if he was player-manager right now, they could have gotten better results for sure.
