Actually you won't be losing the coins completely, as they're never send across the network, but you'd need to dump the privkey of your receiving address (or all receiving addresses), clear your wallet + blockchain data (backup first) and in a fresh, fully synchronized client you'd import the privkey(s) again and your funds should be back. However, setting txfee to 0.01 and/or fixing the bug is surely the best way to solve it Just wanted to make sure that nobody will lose any coins, they're still there. Thank you!! all fine now Worked for me too, thanks oc !

Is the wallet miner as effective as mining to supernova pool?
Users have reported that they found it more effective to solo mine as the payout is considerably larger, however with a Pool like ocminer's you will receive smaller amounts of coins more often. For me the payout from the (Supernova) pool is about the same, maybe slightly more than the wallet's internal miner. Maybe because the hashrate from the external miner is about 15-20% faster than the internal miner according to "hashespersec" I did not try the other pool (Maxminer) yet but will do so too

Ah, finally the pool works, thanks OC, mining !
wait what are you mining with ? a typical quark/cpuminer ? Just look at the Pool: https://esp.suprnova.ccUsing oc's miner from there.

And here is the miner: https://github.com/ocminer/cpuminer-hmq1725Use with: ./cpuminer -a hmq1725 -o stratum+tcp://esp.suprnova.cc:3451 -u suprnova.1 -p x You can also solo-mine to your wallet. And I want to be honest: The probability there is already a GPU miner is pretty high, I've checked the algos and there are already modules for Nvidia/AMD for them, so somebody just has to "rework" the quark algo in ccminer/sgminer, chain the correct modules and "voilla"... can you share windows 64 version and gpu miner ?

Interesting reward structure... It seems a lot of people are mining this one right now.. Many hashes on this coin... I did a quick view at the source... Looking pretty good... Can't find the alert keys in some other source on git... Positive Can't find the checkpoint server key in some other source on git... Positive Checkpoint server seems to be running... Positive Genesis block is recent... Positive Genesis creation code is set to false... Positive Rewards are properly coded... Positive Even the damn URI replace in guiutil.cpp is done right.. Positive.. Testnet available... Positive Anyone tested the blocksplit function yet? This is not a full code review... More like a quick check if the dev knows his stuff or not... Watching with interest oc did something similar here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1426075.msg14425445#msg14425445

The Homestead update just happened, so it is likely related to that. Best to contact the pool directly and make sure they are updated. (Not sure what pool you are talking about) No answer pool - Dwarf
