The price does not means anything, the marketcap is what defines it. Also, ethereum does not have a limited supply, it is always rising, so it means that they are printing a lot of ethereums everyday. I was wondering from what I have read in the forum threads and a lot of people talking about the rise of altcoins. Most of it are saying that it will be ether to achieve what bitcoin has achieve today. They talk about its market price volatility or its price that is slowly recovering other than bitcoin that for somehow as of this moment has fall down a little bit on its market price. One thing came to my mind and that is the possibility that ethereum could be next to bitcoin? I am also happy if this will happen since I am holding a 1 ether in my digital wallet and I am hoping that one day ether will somehow break the record for bitcoin even though it is an altcoin.

They wont, this process will take more than months, i doubt that they are gonna distribute it anytime soon, in fact, i start thinking that it can be a real scam.. More than two years already With all that transpired with in the team last year, it does not look good. Hope they follow their promised roadmap and release the coins soon for trading.

Ripple is just a little piece of crap, there is nothing that you can do with it. The only thing that you can do, is just to send payments, but it is the same function than bitcoin, ethereum ,ltecoin and all the other 2000 coins on the market. Opinions on Ripple. Yes but it doesnt mean that this coin is going to explode anytime soon, it is already on the top 15 at this moment, going to the top 10 would mean that it needs to be better than IOTA, and i really doubt that. The coin has already been adopted by several South Korean corporations. This adoption is guaranteed to drive investor interest into this coin, which will in turn see its value grow significantly. Most Asian leader countries like Japan, South Korea and China are heading the way to cryptocurrency domination in the future beating other countries like USA and some other European countries. Hyper connecting the entire blockchain ecosystem is their most ambitious project.

There is no way that NEO can be better than Ethereum, let's admit that the entire ethereum network has some issues, but that is nothing that we should be worried about, i still prefer eth over neo. From my understanding, NEO has much better tech for long term growth than ETH as it currently stands. So, there is no reason for NEO not to overtake ETH.

Yes, but anyway, ethereum is never gonna be better than Bitcoin. Those people who think that the "price" means which crypto is better, are those who do not even know what an altcoin means. Why not ? But it depends on the market ... Only market can manipulate itself , we'll just wait and see what happens later on ...
I don't think ETH can be reach BTC value. many of people is supporting bitcoin than ETH and you can see on the market that BTC is the huge volume and the top volume. It will be a long way to go before ETH makes it, maybe when BTC stop to grew which is impossible until it reached it limits then ETH will not be able to have that amount too, I guess ETH is finer at these amount for us we have an option whenever we wanted a service like Bitcoin did in a lower amount. Actually, in the ranking of cryptocurrency, the market cap is the primary factor to decide which cryptocurrency is better than other cryptocurrencies in the value. Therefore, as long as someday the market cap of Ethereum can be higher than the market cap of Bitcoin, Ethereum will be the cryptocurrency has "high value" than Bitcoin.  |

There are a lot of tokens in where you can put some money at this moment.

Everything is undervalued right now, even with Stellar Lumens you can make a x2 as soon as everything recovers back to normal again. The same for NEO, and a few other coins like ETH too. I can say that nearly all coins currently are undervalued at a certain point, - they have a crazy potential to grow x2-3 times minimum.

I think that it is more than possible, we all know that if it touched that price before, it can really happen again, just like it always happened with any asset before. In fact, i am more than bullish on ethereum at this moment. It still possible but not in a short term as now we see a huge market correlation . And as you see it still going and hasn't finished yet. So we still have to wait for all the prices to get higher
No one can know for sure what the value of the Ethereum would be, but considering how its value went up in the last 15 days, maybe in the next months you can increase even more. But also everything depends on the price of Bitcoin, since it is very unstable and can price its price, in its case the Ethereum has high expectations in its value for this year. Eth already proved its power that it can reach $1K and possibly it will go higher than expected. With so many uses, we will be surprised of what this coin can do the crypto market. As of these moment, ETH increased dramatically and probably will continue to rise until next month. So, better to buy some of these especially it is still low because we don't know by next month it will double its value. |

EOS is probably one of the only altcoins in where i trust at this moment, it is one of the best projects that has ever been created before. I think, that EOS and NEO are one of the best projects at this moment. I am very surprised that EOS is so fast growing! In an hour, I saw growth at $ 2 and this is a very cool indicator. I believe that this growth is not tied to the growth of bitcoin and I think that EOS is a good coin that has all chances for success.
All crypto growth is linked to bitcoin, it is too dominant in the market for it not to be. If bitcoin falls (even for reasons unique to it) then alts will follow suit. That's not to say that EOS isn't a good coin of its own accord, it has great potential and could be the no 2 coin before too long, but it still needs bitcoin to go strong for a while yet before it can be somewhat independent of its price movements. |

Yep, and the OP was not talking about bounties or airdrops, he was talking about normal altcoins.. it has nothing to do with bounties. I think that it is a very different topic and it can not be discussed in here. I try to pick only the best projects, for me the most important thing is number of participants.
It might work somehow but what if the manager limited their participants to join, can you determine if it was a good project by just looking only the participants? Most of all the important part of securing a good project is to look at their team and whitepaper for better understanding. This will tells you whether you are going to participate to their project or not. |

There are many icos in where you invest $100, and by the next five months you will have more than $1000, it has already happened to me. People is always buying ethereum because you need it to invest on Icos, and ripple.. well, no one is buying ripple because there is no utility from it, the only ones who are buying it are those who want to have more money. Actually, it's better to take 50/50. The etherеum has a huge potential for investment purposes, which pushes the price up. Ripple now has a small cost, but with this being in 3rd place by capitalization

I am seeing less ICO projects than before right now, and this is something extremely strange, maybe this is because of the market conditions, but yes, most of those ICOs are succesfull ones after all (they reach their hardcap) Number of ICO in this year still high, but i see some project failed because they dont have any protection to the investor. All ICO should have any rule to protect their investor from lose. Some rules they should be do is buy back token model and burn token to decrease the supply, and the team founder should solid to development the aim of the project. When many ICO has protection to the their investor, will be more demand for ICO.
