101  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Waiting for two weeks, no one confirmation! on: January 14, 2018, 06:41:58 PM
So my first transaction with approximately 1.5$ fee took 20 days to be confirmed!

Now I've decided to make another transaction with approximately 3$ fee!

I'm just wondering, logically it should take like 10 days, 14 tops?

Cheers!

Why are you guys sending low fee transactions and then waste time talking about it on the forum, sharing your stories like it was something strange and unexpected? It isn't!
The network shows you exactly how much you need to pay to get a relatively low transaction times. I'm sending a lot of transactions every week and some of them end up having low fee per kb because at times too many addresses get engaged in a single payment making the transaction heavy.
https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/ shows you exactly how much you have to pay. A fee below $10 will make you wait over an hour, cut that in half and you'll have to wait a day... In your case with $1,5 it's going to be a coupla days. IMO it's not worth it.

You're right, now I concur!

Theme is totally and completely revealed now!

Thanks to everyone!

I've made a transaction of 33 dollars worth of BTC 14 days ago as of now with an abominable fee of 12 dollars and still no one confirmation! Preposterous! How long should I wait?

Recently I had similarly and waited 4 days for confirmation. Something is not fine Sad.

Aha, as you can see a post above my problem was resolved and now I have a new transaction with the same problem, maybe this time it would take less time!

But sure, everything is wrong with the Bitcoin blockchain atm!

World is one anyways, whether there are people or not, whether there are currencies or not!

Quit smoking

Let me help you with that, but first answer me this question: do you want to quit smoking or quit nicotine?

If just quit nicotine then I'll give you a few switchers to quit right away after you'll smoke your last cigarette from the pack!

I quit smoking instantly during the Summer of 2013 or 2014 can't even remember right now, but I never quit nicotine and I've smoked like 4 packs of cigarettes, maybe less, during these 4-5 years, mostly when I was out of my switchers, but thing is, when you know that you only need nicotine, you won't be really smoking anymore!

Cheers!

Fucking 27 confirmations already, Happy New Year everyone!

That was fast!
Haha well then George, I guess the miners are giving us some holiday spirit for confirming our transactions. Some of my pending transactions that were stuck for weeks are even confirmed. Let's celebrate, hurray! Congratulations George!

Ha-ha, glad to gear that, congrats to you too, mate! Smiley
Lesson learned to me that I won't lessen the miners fee so that it will not be stuck anymore. Thanks about that George it's like we've won some championship title just because our stuck transaction got confirmed.

Yes, indeed, we did! Smiley

114  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where can one find the Gemini Exchange bitcoin price without first registering? on: December 31, 2017, 01:01:47 AM
When I go to the Gemini Exchange there do not appear to be any charts one can see. Obviously one needs to register first.

Does anyone know where can I find the bitcoin price on the Gemini Exchange without registering?

Mycelium wallet, install, check Gemini in the settings, enjoy!
115  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Don't use binance on: December 31, 2017, 12:08:53 AM
Well i actually think binance is already one of the best available out there. No conspiracies, no closing account without explanation.... pretty good already...

So waiting 20 days for that damn ID verification is a good?

Well, each their own!
116  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Don't use binance on: December 30, 2017, 11:29:20 PM
Waiting for 15-20 days for the ID verification process, nah, Beyonce is out of question!
117  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Life before and after marriage ??? on: December 30, 2017, 10:56:11 PM
Life before and no life after!

It's like a car, always gets broken, hence better to use a taxi!

So use "taxi' instead!
118  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Don't use binance on: December 30, 2017, 10:50:41 PM
Seems like pretty much all the exchanges are a piece of total crap!

I don't really know which one to pick?

Has anyone had a good experience with any Japanese exchanges?

Like fast ID verification and fast deposit/withdrawal?

P.S. Jeez, can't wait to see more crypto on ForTrade!!!
119  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What features & functionality do you look for in an exchange/trading platform? on: December 28, 2017, 11:42:16 PM
One and only, no ID verification surely!
120  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin is going to crash? on: December 28, 2017, 05:19:01 PM
Yes, price will be very volatile over the coming months!

As a technology it has been crashed already: old, sluggish and so on!
