Ken this needs adressing. It's getting to a point now, within this long drawn out process that I'm starting to disbelieve everything you say. I've been an avid supporter for almost a year now. You are not treating our invest and trust in you and ActM with any outward facing business acumen. Sparky has questioned exactly what I was going to as I've been good at keeping my feelings to myself, however; that is unfortunately changing by day the day with ActM.
Shares which were transferred to the issuer by bitfunder will be automatically transferred to CT after the AMC-TENDER shares have all be verified and transferred.
Why has the website still not been updated? You said it was a top priority more than 10 days ago and still nothing. It is a 4-6 hour job to re-do that site not a 10 day job. Why has the extra hash power not been added to the DC yet? You said once the AC was fixed (which you have since said it has been) it would just be a case of flicking the on switch as everything was set up already, was this just another lie? Do you have any comment on the equipment that is just sat idle depreciating in value by the day?

Sorry, Ken clarified the other day that it would be within days: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=462370.msg6380807#msg6380807"No, we have everything in place and my Project Manager has told me to expect ~170 TH by the end of the month. It may take a week or so longer as there are only a few more days left in this month, but we do have everything is place to put THs on line quick."So up until the problems over the weekend, we'd been adding about 5TH/s every 2 days roughly. Ken, do you have a revised estimate for the 170TH/s? Adding over 100TH/s in even 10 days (a week overdue) seems like we'd have to at least double our throughput to achieve.
A realistic estimate is better than a hopeful one.
Thanks.
70th now, we stll have 100th to go?is it enough time ? left 3 days.
The farm is expected to be up to 100th/s around the end of april and up to 170th/s around the end of May.

Well, boys, I was just reading this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=529946.0Remember the good ol' days when Ukyo had that great website where people could trade shares in fluff and vapor? Ah! The memories! At one time, I actually regretted having invested so much in ActM instead of NeoBee. NeoBee looked like it was being run by competent people who had an understanding of the financial industry and had a real plan and were organized and had their act together. Yes, I regretted invested in ActM instead of NeoBee. Ironically, I am grateful we've not had dividends in a while or even the chance to sell shares as I can categorically say that i would have put all my dividends and sold 20% of my ActM holdings and put that all into NeoBee. Thank you Ken.....

Fantastic work Thank you Ken and your team. - I really like the name of this item too

Ken said the news is a financial report. -snip- -snip-
Sorry I missed this but where/when did he state this?

Ken, I am not happy. How dare we "shareholders" who gave you our trust find out about how our investment is doing (or lack thereof) through a third party such as this news outlet. That article is such a negative piece and it does not paint a very pretty picture. Enough is enough now, please come on here and explain to us our current situation and plans. I have been behind you all the way, but this could well be the straw which broke the camels back!! The cancellation, he said, was driven by three factors. First, Active Mining had some bitcoins — now presumed lost — in the exchange (Mt. GOX). Second, the recent decline in the price of Bitcoin meant the company had less buying power. Third, the machines would cost enough to produce that they would only provide a return on investment if the price of Bitcoin was at least $900. Did I not read on here the other day you respond to somebodies question about this, by saying that "we" had no coins on there, which has now conveniently vanished? Please everyone correct me if I'm wrong on this. This seems like yet another conveniently timed excuse to be honest.

A bug. Do they mean they suffered a malleabilty attack? If so they should have been aware of and fixed that issue last week. If it was buggy software can they be trusted to hold millions of dollars in shares and coins? 30k is a huge sum for such a smalltime exchange. A weeks worth of turnover?
Unfortunately I don't trust them. But at the minute I don't trust any centralised exchange due to how many times we (the community) keep getting burned by them - Bitfunder, MTGox etc....

Oh dear, all is not lost though apparently: Update: We discovered a bug in our system which allowed someone to hack around $30 000. All coins are safe and we will pay ourself for the lost in order that any user doesn't suffer a lost. Crypto-trade.com will open back in 24-48 hours with trading halted. You will be able to withdraw your coins, USD and EUR. When all users will have been refunded, we will close the website for a undetermined period (2-3 weeks estimated) in order to fix our software and make a security audit to reopen later in best conditions. We hope you will keep trust in us, any user will have his money back without next days.

Firstly I apologise if i am pointing the finger without warrant here. But. Has anybody including Ken verified this requested refund is legitimate. If this is a real request rather than yet another Troll account then sorry Magsy, it's just because there appears to be an ongoing campaign against this company. It's just that every single post by Magsy - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=219397;sa=showPosts who joined in January 14, 2014 is negative about VMC/ActM. What strikes me especially as odd is their first post on the 15th Jan asking about shipping, then going on to 16th Feb about having already cancelled their order 3 months prior. 9 Bitcoin / Custom hardware / Re: [VMC] Official Virtual Mining Corporation Discussion on: February 06, 2014, 10:27:34 PM I requested a refund in November. Am still awaiting my money nearly 2 months later. Customer service is terrible zero communication on this issue. I fear my money is lost and this has been a scam from the outset. I had to register on this forum and PM Kenneth directly for answers but still, there's no definitive answer on where or when my refund is going to materialise. I have already lost a lot of money on this deal. 10 Other / Beginners & Help / Vitrualmining corp shipping dates on: January 15, 2014, 12:39:00 AM Does anyone know when the new shipping dates will be? the website did show 31-dec-13 but it has changed

This will be people who have bought some of the 30,000 odd ukyo shares that were sold, and are listing them for a quick profit.
Good thinking Vince, thank you

Does anybody know any details on all the extra sell orders which are on CT? Are they Ken testing the system as there are quite a few more than earlier. https://crypto-trade.com/tradex/ipo/amc_btcSELL ORDERS (Total AMC : 204,230.00 ) Price/AMC Amount AMC Total BTC 0.0005 180854 90.427 0.00249993 40 0.0999972 0.00249996 80 0.1999968 0.00249999 100 0.249999 0.0025 4970 12.425 0.00379652 100 0.379652 0.0049 5000 24.5 0.005 120 0.6 0.0055 41 0.2255 0.0058 80 0.464 0.006 100 0.6 0.0063 120 0.756 0.0081 2400 19.44 0.008987 3 0.026961 0.009 41 0.369 0.0459 5500 252.45 0.0999 4480 447.552 0.1 200 20 1 1 1

I see there are a lot of people on here expecting the imminent release of shares by this trollfest currently taking place on these pages!!

You can't play chess with a pigeon, as they will just knock over all the pieces, shit on the board and finally strut around like they won!

Thank you for taking the time and expense to do this Bargraphics, I appreciate it. Did Ken allude as to what the extra "Hashpower" that came online last Year was from?

If we get a say in this, which is great to hear then I vote for Coloured Coins without a shadow of a doubt.

Weekly Update: 1/8/13
Comment From The CEO
How I see us going forward is we will get our chip and boards into production as soon as possible. Active Mining is in one of the best positions to take advantage of the Bitcoin network. Once we have our chips and boards in production this year we will be one of only two companies in the world which manufactures Bitcoin mining hardware and also mines. With this combination we have unlimited availability to bitcoin mining hardware only limited by our resources. What I see in the future is bitcoin's exchange rate for USD going to over $10,000 in the next year. If this happens Active Mining with its own chip, our current resources which will be increasing with the exchange rate, and eASIC as our partner will put us in an excellent position to dominate our market. Intellihash will just be an added boost should it turn out to be a game changer.
Kenneth E. Slaughter, CEO/CTO
This update has cause quite a stir to put it mildly. In this instance I strongly believe that we're entitled to a more in depth update - even a Q&A session on IRC would help. There is a lot not making sense at the minute such as products ships, however the update indicates that this could not be possible. I've also bolded a statement above specifically due to the words "should it turn". We were previously told that the delays incurred are due to Intellihash and this would be a game changer otherwise there is no logically reason to delay things for such a possibility is there? This is definitely not the update I wanted to hear...

Payment was intentionally in fiat I believe in order to avoid the BFL & Hashfast payment/refund fiasco's that we're all constantly seeing. i cannot believe that refunds are only by cheque and not in BTC, I am flabbergasted that this seems to be a minor detail.
