All the investments and mining are only worth anything because people buy bitcoins to obtain illegal goods with.
You mean like with real cash?

You can use Bitcoins like cash in a usual store or supermarket. You can shop on Amazon or Itunes(through http://spendbitcoins.com), what's so illegal about that? You can buy coffee and tea at http://bitbrew.net/ , or shirts at http://www.squarewear.biz , nothing illegal either. I for myself offer to sign you up at a porn site, so your credit card billing won't show porn. The market is still small but it's growing every day. Of course there a dirty corners on the interwebz like SilkRoad but there are also dirty corners in every city where you can buy the very same stuff for cash.
105  Economy / Gambling / Re: [BITLOTTO] Aug 3 update thread - approx 38 BTC so far on: July 29, 2011, 12:16:30 PM
I would enter a weekly one and I am thinking of entering this one. All I do is send my .25 BTC to 16U6zvTH3UKP8EHT6mPZod8C2FrS4oVyy5   Huh
It's less than a week to the next draw. Enter now Wink
I prefer the huge monthly pot instead of a smallish weekly one

All rates updated, check the first post!

At the current exchange rate (~13.50-13.70$ per Coin) the price for a single account at 1.4BTC is <20$.
If you sign up directly through realitykings' site a single account will cost you 25$.
So basically you will get a 20% discount if you sign up through me plus you will get anonymity for you, your email and your credit card billing.

Haha oh my god thats some funny shit if I had a bitcoin I would donate to you just for the service haha
Well, when you get hand on a bitcoin, i won't to stop you from doing that -> 1VyAtncE5QLQWKvAxiP347jCsJC5awJtP

"Damn, I want my pornz and he's asleep. Wake up you $#%#! I want Instant Access!!!"   Cheesy
I'm awake now!!1!1
But seriously, i thought about making a site to automatize it but i haven't got the time yet/wasn't in the mood yet.
107  Economy / Services / Re: realitykings.com account sign up with BTC [NSFW!] on: July 29, 2011, 10:50:42 AM
$20+ for a one-month membership is a pretty steep premium.
I reduced the rates a bit but I can't go any lower than this, i don't really get anything out of this. At the current exchange rate (~13.50-13.70$ per Coin) the price for a single account at 1.4BTC is <20$.
If you sign up directly through realitykings' site a single account will cost you 25$. I offer you to sign you up with ~20% discount for a single account and even more if you do a bulk order plus anonymity for you, your email and your credit card billing. It's not that bad of a deal.
108  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin traders, why don't you just trade forex? on: July 28, 2011, 09:20:55 PM
It makes me wonder, why don't you guys just trade real forex? You can open micro accounts with as little as $25.
[...]
what are your reasons for trading these shady, unsafe bitcoin markets over regular FX?
Gambling. I personally don't trade bitcoins for a living(yet), i do it in my spare time. I actually started trading out of pure boredom while browsing the interweb and reading some article about bitcoins. Like when you go to a Casino... "I have a hundred bucks that i don't care about, let's gamble". It's a nice experience to feel a little like a broker at Wallstreet. Sure i could do the same with a micro account and real forex but that would make it somehow "official" and not just for fun anymore.
109  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hello Bitcoin forum! on: July 28, 2011, 08:32:32 PM
Oh and while I'm here I'd like to ask, is there any way that a person can convert visa or credit card money into bitcoins?
I doubt that you will find someone for that. Accepting reversible payments like credit cards or paypal as seller is just to risky.
110  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: My first Bitcoin purchase: M:tG 2012 on: July 28, 2011, 07:01:31 PM
Is that your site? Why not advertise it officially? It's a good thing to accept Bitcoins, no need to hide it!

112  Other / Beginners & Help / Newbie restrictions? Kill some time here! realitykings.com[NSFW!] on: July 28, 2011, 06:11:08 PM
This thread is meant to be a spin-off of this thread, for new newbies.

Still have Newbie restrictions on you? Still need to wait hours before you can post somewhere else? How about some entertainment while you wait for your newbie restrictions to be lifted?

I will sign you up at http://www.realitykings.com [NSFW!] for Bitcoins at reseller rates, this means at least 20% discount for you!

****you need to enable images to view the latest rates****
For comparison, the original rates on http://www.rk.com/enter.htm without reseller discount are 1 month - $24.95, 3 months - $49.95 and 12 months - $89.95

Besides the discount, your benefit is that you will stay anonymous, you won't receive spam emails and last but not least your credit card billing won't show porn.
Contact me by posting in this thread, by pm, via email (timmcguyver@ymail.com) or through TorChat(q23xl6bdgdzhawhf).
Let me know which account type and how many you want, i will reply to you with a bitcoin address where you can pay to. For the payment process we can of course use an escrow service (like these: eptiv.com, btcrow.com or mybitsafe.com). As soon as your payment arrives i will sign you up the account/s and will send you all login data. The username and password are not choosable since Realitykings uses automatically generated logins. Because of this, you can also be sure that i'm not selling you brute-forced accounts!

My time zone is UTC+1 (Central European Time), so please bear with me if i'm not replying within 5 Minutes if it's 4am here.

for bulk orders read here

04/08/11 - edit: to further ensure that i sold you a unique account, feel free to post the first part of the username! like here

tradehill.com operates from Chile. I doubt that their platform is for sale tho. Contact them, maybe you can make a deal with them to get your exchange started.
115  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: POLL: What are you mostly doing with BitCoin? on: July 28, 2011, 05:49:45 PM
I trade. And I want to buy more stuff for coins directly in shops instead of exchanging them to $$$.

maybe not a wallet stealer at all but a "normal" trojan:
http://www.virustotal.com/file-scan/report.html?id=d51bfe70bc04cf0266cd6fa83d53951a5c74e6fcb2ea0e37b7ee40da0278eef2-1311868992
118  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Did the programmers of the official bitcoin client release the trojan? on: July 28, 2011, 03:53:00 PM
wallet encryption is on the developers roadmap, note that the client is still very beta. Of course it won't prevent from key loggers and trojans. Every dumbass can copy a file but not every dumbass can write or use a keylogger.

Deposit USD with Dwolla -> Buy Bitcoin -> Sell Bitcoin -> Withdraw Pesos in Chile

How is this not money laundering?

You mean like
Deposit EUR in Finnland -> Western Union -> Withdraw USD in USA
or
Deposit USD in USA -> paypal -> Withdraw RMB in China
or
money bookers or Liberty Reverse or WebMoney or C-Gold or....?
