Sri Lanka vs Pakistan 2nd test match, Sri Lanka Played well in first innings both batting and bowling but in second innings they have lost 5 wickets for 35 runs on 3rd day still 2 days are left, if Sri Lanka give more then 350 runs target then it will be mostly towards their side.

This is ironic, isn't it. They have a 200+ run lead, but Pakistan still isn't out of the match yet. The next session will be crucial, if Pakistan can bundle out Sri Lanka quickly, then we will have an interesting chase.
102  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Japan leader bitcoin? on: October 07, 2017, 08:37:55 PM
after china and Korea Ban bitcoin exchange

Are you think Japan now bitcoin world leader ?

Korea hasn't banned bitcoin exchanges, only China has. Japan definitely is leading the world, with bitcoin-friendly regulations.
They have finally wiped off the Mt Gox stain from their memories.

Australia started well it seemed, but suddenly it changed and Indian bowlers did some remarkable bowling for sure. Its very disheartening to see their form dip this low. Australia might have gone out of sync with each others, though I accept India is now becoming top of all formats, but still it feels good to see a good clash on field. Today's match got struck by the rain, which was pretty obvious, but India played their game accordingly to the rules pretty well.

The pitch had a role to play, with variable bounce. But 118 was a bad score by Australia. They misread the pitch. Australia would have batted first if they won the toss as well. And once rain intervened and the target was reduced, Australia had no chance at all.
104  Economy / Economics / Re: The Making of Currency on: October 07, 2017, 08:05:40 PM
The founder of 21 Balaji Srinivisan put it very succinctly in an interview.
If 50 people gather in a room, close their eyes and say let X fly, this won't happen.
If 50 people gather in a room, close their eyes and say let X have value, then X suddenly will have value.
Currency is only as valuable as the people who believe in it.
105  Economy / Speculation / Re: Charlie Lee: Chinese bitcoin FUD is whale manipulation on: October 07, 2017, 07:46:49 PM
On top of the Twitter post that was posted by OP weeks ago, I find this article very interesting:

https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/china-will-likely-resume-cryptocurrency-trading-by-licensing-bitcoin-exchanges/amp/

It's very possible that China was testing how powerful their influence was and they are attempting to regulate the trades that will happen in the future only on exchanges they license. We may even see taxes on BTC introduced in China.
106  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: October 07, 2017, 10:14:23 AM
It would be interesting to watch for the first T20 match which begins today between India vs Oz at home forums of Dhoni . It's being done good gap so all the players would be charged up for today match and will put thier best to win the T20 match . Looking for some good game of cricket with nail baiting finish.

It is nail biting, not nail baiting finish.  Tongue
Australia have some injury worries with Steven Smith not playing. India seem to have a strong team, but haven't performed that well in T20s. I would still pick them as favourites in this match.
107  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest In Bitcoin? on: October 07, 2017, 10:11:20 AM
Should I Invest In Bitcoin?
If you want to earn profit, it will be better if you will invest to it. It's wrong to say that you should since it will still depend to you. Many investors are earning huge amount of income from their investments in Bitcoin because it is getting more expensive as time passesby. And as its value increase, the profit is also getting bigger. Investing to Bitcoin is a good option and decision.

You should also think of how much to invest. There is a big difference between having 5% of your wealth in bitcoins and having 50% of your wealth in bitcoins. The bottom line is that it is a risky investment and you shouldn't invest more than you can afford to lose.
108  Economy / Economics / Re: The Supply of Bitcoin Is Limited. The Supply of Cryptos Isn't! on: October 07, 2017, 10:01:41 AM
So, if Bitcoin really takes off, we think we have an honest, state-free money.  No central bank, or anyone, can create bitcoins past the 21 million limit.

Correct?  In practice, no.

What Western central banks are doing now is getting us used to the idea of multiple cryptocurrencies being viable.  When they use their printed money to buy some new cryptos, their values go up.

One simple example of how they can continue to expand their money supply is to have a basket of cryptos against which they 'manage' exchange rates with dollars, euro, etc.  Say, at first this basket contains 1 BTC, 10 ETH, and 100 LTC, and the Fed and US government have an official or unofficial policy of keeping this basket at the price of $100K, with a combination of keeping money printing and public debt under control, and selling the BTC/ETH/LTC in its vaults to scare savers away from moving their dollars into coins.

As time goes on, the Fed will want to create more dollars.  (As it always has.)  Then they will  buy up lots of new cryptocurrency XYZ (cheap) with their dollars, and raise the price of XYZ.  After XYZ has 'proven itself in the market with its technical superiority,' the Fed will add it to the basket, and the new basket will be priced at $120K.  Since the 'base money' has expanded by 20%, the number of dollars can also be expanded by 20%.

This is only one of many variations.  The Fed doesn't even have to declare a basket (as mentioned above.)  Whatever it buys will rise in value, and will become part of the 'basket'.  Whatever it abandons will die out.  It will have all the power.

The system will be no different from the early days of gold and silver standards, but with a new twist: there are an unlimited number of new gold and silver mines, and only central banks know where they are!

So, I'm still thinking that gold and silver, whose scarcity is secured by physics, rather than computer code, are the superior forms of money for improving our freedom from governments and bankers.

Their pump and dump might with small altcoins, but will it work with Bitcoin? There are quite a few backers of Bitcoin who will remain with it, even during a Central Bank dump. In your metals analogy, there are a lot of metals which central banks could buy, but that won't impact the price of gold.
109  Economy / Speculation / Re: Big European disruption coming will help BTC reach $6000+ soon on: October 07, 2017, 09:57:17 AM
Don't know if problems in Spain will cause the price to go up. But I do know that if I was living in Catalonia and having some savings I would convert some part of it to BTC. As a member of EU I still hope for the peaceful solution to their problem and of course unrelated BTC rise.

If you were in Catalonia, you would have Euros as your currency. There is no reason why your Euros should lose value. The Euros held by a German in Berlin are as valuable as the Euros held by a resident of Catalonia.
110  Economy / Services / Re: Cheap YouTube Views - Likes - Subscribers - Shares ⛔️⚠️⛔️⚠️⛔️⚠️⛔️⚠️⛔️⚠️ on: October 05, 2017, 07:08:15 PM
Cheap YouTube Views Worldwide and targeted.
We also provide Youtube Likes, Subscribers, Shares

Why are "high retention" views more expensive then normal ones? high retention means they watch the entire video right?

- Youtube HR Views (20k/day speed, Instant Start) Non-Drop, 2 min retention 0.35$

vs

- Youtube Views (50k/day speed & Instant Start) 0.3$

50k views for $0.3?? That is unbelievably cheap.
Would these views result in a video's ranking going up? Or is it just reflected in the view count?
111  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In Japan, bitcoin-bonds were issued on: October 05, 2017, 07:03:04 PM
This is a three-year corporate bond in the amount of 200 bitcoins
Japanese company Fisco Ltd has issued bitcoin-bonds. As they look, it is not known. This is reported by Hashtelegraph.com.

It is old news, but is more like an experiment. The bonds were issued to a group company. So even if the price appreciates, the group doesn't lose over all. Otherwise, issuing Bitcoin bonds might be a foolish decision.

SL snatched the victory from Pakistan in their 1st Test match by wining it by just 22 runs. On last day 16 wickets fall and Pakistan lost 1st time any test in Abu Dhabi. Herath took 400th wicket and overall 6 wicket in 2nd inning. He was Man of the Match for his terrific spell helping SL clinch the 1-0 in 2 match series.

Sri Lanka must be counting their lucky stars here. A target of 136 wasn't expected to challenge the Pakistani line up, especially in Abu Dhabi. Pakistan have lost a test match for the first time at this venue.

It was a extra ordinary performance by the Sri Lankan bowlers. Sri Lankan team were going through a bad phase; their morale was really low after losing the back to back matches against india and this win was much needed for them. Herath made the difference as the target was very easy to chase down, but he bowled brilliantly. Once again, it has been proved that Pakistani team is unpredictable and they lack the consistency.

Its not new topic Pakistan is unpredictable because we have long history losing matches like this currently no senior batsman available all new they fail to play under pressure just because of this lost this match very cheaply Herath is very good against Pakistan in past also take 100 wickets in just 20 tests not bad at all

As you said, Pakistan performance can't predict in all departments don't when they will come with full force to destroy opponents or they can easily lose a match against any weak team in the world. Maybe because players are fixing the matches so their performance will not be same in all matches. Many players get caught in match fixes so never bet on in any matches when they are playing.

yes Pakistan is an unpredictable team. And nowadays we are seeing many players are involved in match fixing. This will affect the game result. So how they will perform in particular game, we can not predict. Putting money on Pakistan is a risk.

South Africa vs Bangladesh 2nd test. I think the home team will have more advantage and they may win this match.

Another factor which will add to the variability is that it will be a day night test match. Both Sri Lanka and Pakistan are relatively new to playing day night test matches. The pink ball behaves differently. I would still pick Pakistan in this one.
113  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price BTC after SegWit2x? on: October 05, 2017, 06:54:55 PM
i think segwit2x will be just the same as BCC fork, when the fork complete, the price will moving up slowly and then recover, and we will get a decent airdrop bitcoin gold. not a bad thing,i hope .

Bcc fork involved a lot of influential people, but didn't involve the miners. This fork will be different. The miners control the hashing power and hence the network. So it is not straightforward.
114  Economy / Economics / Re: The value of bitcoin? on: October 04, 2017, 09:02:50 PM
After many years I have developed a feel or intuition to tell me when prices are out of line.   When it comes to bitcoin I am at a loss.   I like the core concept of bitcoin and long term it seem like it will all work out but it’s value is another issue.   I just don’t have a feel for what it’s worth in exchange for food, a house, a car, gold equivalent.  It seem that it should be relatively close in value to the cost incurred by the bitcoin miners.   How do I find out what the current cost is to mine bitcoins.  It cost to mine a well know number kind of like the PE for a stork or index?

Actually you have got it the other way around. The cost of mining doesn't determine the value. The price (indirectly) decides the cost of mining.
Price increases --> More miners rush in --> Difficulty increases --> Cost of mining increases.
115  Economy / Speculation / Re: Chart of the Day | Bitcoin Touching $4400 on: October 04, 2017, 08:53:14 PM
BTC has shown its exaggeration by following the booming trend, BTC is now at 4K price and still continues to reach 5K.tapi journey is not as good as toll road, now today down $ 4,227 because the road is being built.

the today's dip is mostly because of the increased activity of the "fork panic" topics all around the media. and we have already have it twice this year.
- once when the BU started to gain some support.
- second when BCC started being something.
- and now with 2x thing!
it seems like a never ending FUD that goes to sleep for a couple of months just to wake up again Cheesy

I don't know what is special with $4400 level. It could have been $4500 and this would be more logical as it's an important support line for bitcoin price. It needs to stay above this line and as long as we stay above this line, the price can hit $5000 easily.

The trend seems to have reversed now. We are now hovering around $4200 and threatening to break below this level. I don't think it is purely due to profit booking. We need to wait and watch to see which way the next trend is going to be.

Yes, being whitewashed in a home ODI series is something new for the Sri Lankan team. They have got their mojo back against Pakistan now. If West Indies had played a bit better against England, then Sri Lanka would have had to play the qualifiers to get into the World Cup. Thankfully, that didn't happen.
117  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC ban is just Gold ban reloaded on: October 02, 2017, 09:10:21 PM
There was a reason for the ban on holding gold. At that point, fiat currency notes were actually backed by gold. So it was not possible for a country to print currency unless it got additional gold. No such problems now.

If push comes to shove, he will say he made those comments in his personal capacity. In any case, there is no market for bitcoin lending now. So why would a bitcoin bank be set up now?
