101  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Decisions for a better life on: December 25, 2019, 06:33:38 PM
We all know that being an addicted gambler is a very tough spot in our life, but what if you need to decide what to choose, your addiction or you family? i.e., the given situation will be that you need to decide on the spot if you want to pursue your "career" in gambling or make a good simple life with your family? what will you choose?
Its not too hard to live healthy life with family while having gambling as your daily habit but you don't have to spend more money for your entertainment than you family needs. If I have to pick only one then I will o for gambling and I can skip gambling habit forever in my life but the fact is there is no need for that if we have clear mind.
102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My Points Why Crypto Future Will Be Totally Unstoppable on: December 25, 2019, 04:13:29 PM
2019 is finally coming to an end, i can't help but keep thinking that huge money will flow into crypto world soon, here are few reasons to back my claim

1. Banks are very slow in their reaction towards virtual currencies yet by now over 70% of central banks around the world are looking into crypto.

2. Major changes will surely rise because bigger transnational organizations are showing interest in crypto.

3. China is really leading the way with their upcoming owned central bank digital currency (CBDC) which will be the first of its kind.

4. To add to this list of mine i read somewhere that Mark Zuckerberg is pointing out to China as the reasons why U.S should act quickly in regard to crypto, he personally believes that U.S needs to see more progress with cryptocurrencies.

Honestly i believe Libra is supposed to bring a new huge changes to the world of international transactions but who can predict what will happen about Libra? Because Bitcoin is still the mother of all cryptocurrencies and Libra still relies on fiat currencies as underlying assets. Bitcoin is decentralized and other crypto assets with their own use cases and purposes will likely keep existing side by side of bitcoin. Wrong? Or Right? Drop me your points
Banks will never look into crypto which are decentralized because there is no need of any service called banks when we got cryptos so all they will do create their own centralized version of coins or fiat if crypto becomes more adopted by people.

Facebook may never launch their project since US didn't support them.

China also will create their cryptos not the decentralized one.
103  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [What IF] Part 10 (Celebrating the 10th Week!) on: December 25, 2019, 01:55:49 PM
Just go and help them that is the reason why god gave you that free money will be my first and primary thought if I were in that situation and I will not be happy when others are dying because I am just a fellow human. Smiley
104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The biggest crypto fraud of all time on: December 25, 2019, 12:51:37 PM
I always think that bitconnect scam was the biggest in crypto space until i heard about one coin, a Ponzi scheme that defraud investors approximately $4 billion around the globe and one coin ceo have been missing since 2017, we really need to be very careful where w invest our hard earned cash, when a offer is too good to be true there is always more that met the eye

I remember people calling one coin the bitcoin killer, lol 😆 oh i hate centralized coins, the fact is there was no coin mined, no blockchain, nothing, I have never seen anything like it, any coin that claims to kill bitcoin is red flag lol,
You can add that list with XRP,USDT and any other centralized coins which holds high marketcap is having chance of turning into scam.

People don't realize how much risky is to have all the authority of their holdings to single person who own that coins and they also trusting the promises given by the person.
105  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Simulation/Machine Learning Effects on Gambling on: December 24, 2019, 04:33:33 PM
I am a little bit curious about this because  my boss just told me last week that on their country, they have tools maybe software that predicts or simulate the horse racing game (not sure if this is an A.I.).
He said most of the people using that kind of tool/servce are winning a huge profits.
This thing is just like, you don't need to analyze or think anymore, you will just place your bet.

Here's the questions,
Is this really possible on gambling(any form)?
It is not illegal?
I guess its not really possible to predict what will happen in the future (at least for now) so these are just a tool to analyse the results based on the ability of horse and jockey, maybe the prediction will similar to the results but not all the time so risking the money has the cost.

Maybe illegal to do this kind of stuffs because the ambling owners will go bankrupt if everyone starts using this tool.
106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Much WOW?!?! on: December 24, 2019, 02:31:58 PM
I've recently read where the beginning of the New Year will also bring an Ethereum Hard Fork which will in turn increase inflation by a monumental 20%!!! What in terms of price and overall well being of Ether and it's future will this decision make? Any thoughts, comments and speculations are as usual, more than welcome. Thanks and a Happy Holidays.
Inflation will make the value to be lesser than before,so actually you no need to be happy about their inflation. But here is something different which is about to hard fork, I am not sure about what it bring to the ethereum usability hope it will do some betterment can influence its price also.
107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins getting delisted on: December 24, 2019, 12:15:58 PM
Hi guys i read on the news that major few exchanges are delisting some altcoins that falls to keep up due to present bear market, for example poloniex exchange is delisting Omni and primecoin and others, what do you have to share about this?

Some are saying its good to invest in old coins now few old coins are dying, I believe they've met the end of their roadmap, no more excitement about them, this is why i still feels that newer coins will take the bigger advantage of future greenish market, what do you think?
Old coins is good to invest but not all the coins can be included on investing list, make sure that you invest on a coin which others go interest as well because if it is a newly launched coin there will be some hype around it which will increase the price but when a coin is old the real potential can be found by the community support.
108  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Purposes to play gambling, except being rich on: December 24, 2019, 05:43:39 AM
I'm just curious about what people think about their main purposes to play gambling. Usually, we only know that people play gambling because they expect to be rich (earn money). Are there any other common purposes of a gambler why he/she plays gambling daily? Let me know what your purposes are, mate. Thanks
Sometimes I need that adrenaline,so I wanted to gamble until I exhaust my money or I feel I got enough of adrenaline rush for that day.Making money was never my intention to my gambling because I know I am not that much lucky person. Grin
109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook Loses Data for 267 Million Users, Calls Libra Security Into Question on: December 24, 2019, 04:38:38 AM
Anything which is in under control of someone has the security breach risks because they own the entire control and if some hacker find a way to break that security shield then everything will be gone that is why centralized projects will not make better future.Facebook itself selling data so they won't consider this as breach only loss to them.
110  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What did you learn as a gambler? on: December 23, 2019, 04:34:08 PM
Never lose your money, yes really I did learn this from being a gambler.Maybe it loos very easy to make money from gambling but its actually not and you have the highest risk of losing all your money so when I want to place bets mostly I will try to not deposit any new amount I will just play with what I got and if I am lucky to win I can make that money into big one if not then I shouldn't have to gamble.
111  Economy / Economics / Re: Question about MarketCap and Cashing Out on: December 20, 2019, 07:21:45 PM
So lets say BTC is worth 100K / BTC

Now lets say that i have 1 BTC , and i wish to sell it to someone and they say "I'll give you cash -5%"

So i take Fiat money , and take out 95k and proceed to send them the BTC.

Would the market cap go down if i took out 95k out of the market cap?

How would anyone know or how would the metrics figure out that 95k has been taken out in cash if i have just sent BTC to someone else?

Thanks everyone!
Total market will still exist the same, because the market value for one bitcoin is 100K so you just lost your total profit and the other person made that profits in no time.Actually market cap value is just a crappy calculation as other explained its just the multiply of total mined coins and the last selling market price on any listed exchange which is more high.
112  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin price pump to $20k dollars next year? on: December 20, 2019, 06:21:56 PM
Next stop would be $50K,so forget that $20K and the halving is expected to bring such kind of bullish trend hopefully in 2020 or in 2021.

But no one actually knows when it will happen. Smiley
113  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which game is most fair in Online Casino. on: December 20, 2019, 05:49:12 PM
I guess it depends on the site where we choose to bet over the game for fairness because most of the online casino proves them as provably fair and anyone could verify their results so all casino games are fair enough when you choose a gambling site which is renowned in this forum.
114  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling as a profession: there's people who live out of gambling? on: December 20, 2019, 03:48:16 PM
Professional gamblers are often seen at casinos and famous gambling spots, but I am surprised that some of them are well-known business people and government officials, so the true definition of the gambling profession is not very clear because they clearly have a better source of income. Online gamblers who depend their lives financially are also not easily visible in the real world, except for a few colleagues who are seen discussing gambling activities with me as often as possible.
Those who are totally relying on gambling for their income do not feel like talking about it because this is something usually people take as a negative or bad habit. People take gamblers usually as lunatic or May be addicts. As far as rich people are concerned they are do gambling simply for entertainment and to kill their time. Even if they lose their money, this does not make them suffer from financial crisis

It is not only that

People who are "professionally" involved in gambling, even though this use of the term seems a bit oxymoronic to me (unless you are a casino's owner, of course), should be extremely superstitious up to a point where them telling someone about their gambling habits (or someone accidentally finding out) could be considered potentially ruinous to their luck. Whether it is really so or simply no one can be lucky all the time is open to discussion
Rich people in a physical casino bet with high amount to show their financial status of how much they can afford for these entertainment purpose but not all the rich people will do this. But someone who goes to an online gambling site and bet with huge bets has the intention of making more money alone.Even a single hit can give them better life which also comes with risk who may be considered as professionals.
115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stop shielding Scam, fake, or unproductive altcoins project on: December 20, 2019, 01:18:28 PM
With what I can understand what altcoins are now wasn't what they were before, it was more productive, more realistic and made getting on board cryptocurrency more diverse you don't always have to base on Bitcoin.
But the problem now are different. Everywhere is filled with altcoins the more populated it becomes the More exposed it is to drop in utility.

While all this problems are happening to altcoins we also can part of this issue. Shielding, advocating and support project that are clear to fail for any financial gain or so on.
By standing with those sort of project you can
+Get investors scammed or regret why they invested
+ Lose your credibility as a cryptocurrency enthusiast
+ Make the altcoin sector become a total joke
And many vices.
Let's become more responsible with our action for a good course
We should stop thinking about the new crypto projects anymore,we have 3 thousand plus cryptos is in usage which is not enough for the 7 billion people all around the world?

Lets talk about the decentralization and why we need cryptos rather than creating new cryptos again and again then let the existing projects to die.
116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altseason Has Almost Arrived For Altcoins. on: December 20, 2019, 10:58:21 AM
It’s a well known fact in the crypto market that altcoins typically have their bull market moment after bitcoin has finished its course. With BTC dominance breaking above 60% for the first time in 2 years, it certainly seems like the time is coming for altcoins to enjoy new highs.

It's about time for altcoins to shine!!

You may want to read this blog from kucoin about altseason https://kucoinblog.com/what-is-altseason-and-bitcoin-dominance-btctk
Nothing positive is happening in the crypto space for the bull season to arrive, even the thing getting worse since price of bitcoin again fell down under $7000 very recently.Maybe bullish trend will arrive but what is going to act as catalyst to bring that?
117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the difference? on: December 20, 2019, 08:16:42 AM
Ordinary digital currency is not the same as cryptocurrency. Crypto is based on blockchain, that's the main feature here. Blockchain is a new technology, which leads to many new possibilities if we talk about currency.
AFAIK, digital money is broader meaning, so cryptocurrency is like a branch separated from it. Building on a blockchain makes it different, and that means more power and confidence.

Any currencies which are using via internet for transaction and for payment is digitized money but cryptos are more transparent and secured compared to the banking servers and ledger which doesn't need any third party but for digital fiat transaction we need bank account.
118  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it good to talk about big gains? on: December 20, 2019, 06:56:35 AM

Positive
* it encourages people to be in the gambling

Do you really think encouraging someone to gamble just because other person made huge money from it?

It should also be considered as negative side,IMHO.
thats why he gave both negative and positive.

but i agree on you mate ,because i believe that encouraging someone to gamble when he does not have any idea is something that may put him at risk.

i think we should let others to become noob in gambling than becoming addicted.
He just mentioned it as positive which I am disagreeing.Maybe it is good if you own any gambling site and he is going to play on the site otherwise it is really bad for someone to start gambling to make more money from what they have.

They will lose the money from their pocket and will start blaming you for encouraged him to gamble.
119  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: To bounty hunters & investors on: December 20, 2019, 05:53:39 AM
For Bounty Hunters
Even if i advice you not to give up on doing researches on every proje ts before promoting them this doesn't mean they wont scam you or waste your precious time BUT still the only question you need to ask is, Are there bounties that pays hunter good rewards this year? YES they are very few and good projects take time, Do not expect good projects every months cos its impossible

For Investors
ICO and STO are no go side, stay away from them because they are almost all red flags, IEO is here for you and all you have to do is go to binance for any new upcoming IEO fund raising, you will get positive results

You advice investors to go away from ICOs then how it is possible to find good bounties to promote.Even if there is a good project found after done enough research if it failed to collect the soft cap value then all the effort of hunters will be in vain.

Maybe he doesnt do any bounty campaign. He forgot that most ICO have launch campaign in this forum. Well IEO also launching campaign but not as good as those projects that got listed on major exchange such as Binance, Kucoin. But these are rarely giving out bounty campaign cause joining IEO on this exchange is enough already for marketing.
Projects doing bounties on their own without hiring any reputed manager and doing IEO on shitty exchanges is enough to know more about the project's potential. It will be just dump and dump coin to make profits for the team not to the investors that is why they are looking for more exposure and very less investment.
