I am still locked out of my account, you've been ignoring my emails, support messages and pm's.

Please contact our Live Support agents, we do not answer queries of this kind on Bitcointalk.

Trusted bookmaker, meaning they'll pay if you win.
But it may be difficult to win as often there are problems with deposits, meaning your money may get locked.
Helpful support, but not with  deposit issues  - their wallet is often offline and there is nothing they can do with this, you have to wait...
All major footbal leagues are included, but no that many lower divisions.
Live betting offer is very limited and they sometimes remove some matches after half-time  Huh

Thank you for your input. We had some important wallet updates in the past week and deposits have been halted for half an hour each time, this is true. However the depositing service has been running non stop since then. Some matches may be removed time time from our Live Betting provider, Anonibet has no input.

Regards,

Deposited funds successfully, but didn't receive 10% bonus, although was informed in chat, that bonus will be added automatically. Why did I not receive bonus?

All requests are handled via our Live Chat Support. Please contact our Support if your account was still not credited with the bonus.

Anonibet do something the second day in row i can not access my history and in live betting my bet was placed twice with only one click , how is this possible.

This is normal for them....

Then it's not cool at all from them , because without history i can not do print screen that i could use as a proof in case that something strange would happen on the side of anonibet , but without history we all can proof nothing.

We had a longer maintenance than expected. We do apologize for that. If you contact our Live Support agent they can go through your account and send you details regarding your bets.

Regards,

What is your winning limit ?

in my account  :

Australian Open : tennis set betting :1.600, tennis match: 2.800-3.200,
World championship : handball:1.200
noname volley : 3.000

What do you think ? is this normal?  or anonibet limits their users like traditional bookmakers ?

Dear Sbrzol,

Anonibet does not apply any specific limit to players.

The limits we have depend on the sport, the game and the lines etc.

Our limits are higher than the industry average, however due to the BTC price fall we will increase our betting limits on Monday.

so everybody has a 3 BTC winning limit on a noname volleyball match like :   Iller Bankasi - Bursa B.sehir Bld
and everybody has a 2.24 BTC  winning limit on an Australian open tennis match like : Almagro, Nicholas - Nishikori, Kei

so i can bet on Nishikori, Kei      @ 1.12 with  only 2 BTC     is this industry average   ?

at directbet the stake limit is 2 BTC on every tennis match at any price
at casinobitco.in  i saw  3 BTC stake limit at price 3.3

your limits is not higher than the industry average

This is a clever comparaison however with Anonibet you can place 5 TIMES the same bet. So our limits are much higher than industry average.

How the hell can you call yourself a sportsbook when you don't have any lines for the American Football Conference championship games on Sunday?

I have been waiting all week to make my bets on the two championship games Sunday.

Can you explain?

Following up on my last post, so basically the changing exchange rate of BTC will not matter after my BTC has been deposited and converted to USD, right?

Also I just tried to go to the site and I got SSL error.

This is correct. Regarding the ssl error, no problem was reported.

Anonibet 2015 new feature - USD accounts

I don't think that's a good idea but I see users can select it, so there will be no problem. I don't think many people choose that option tough.

Thank you for your input. We at Anonibet we believe in Bitcoin and we think it is on the way to become a currency like USD or Euros.

We have introduced USD balance option for the ones who use Bitcoin only as a payment solution. And surprisingly there are many of them and we received more USD account registration than expected.

It is interesting to see so many negative comments for someone who placed a bet "MAYBE ONCE A MONTH" (Your own word). Our customers (over ten thousand) are placing several bets on a daily basis and they do not complain as you do. Your intention is clear, so we will not respond your false accusations.

Wow this is really interesting.  It's making me think about playing at Anonibet again.  So I'll need a new account then, to change it to the USD option?  If I use the USD option, to be sure I understand, all my bets and winnings will be in USD, right?  And the only time I need to use BTC is for the depositing and withdrawing?  Thanks.
Yes it is in deed correct. Simple, clear and transparent as usual.

Something to be aware of when using Anonibet:

They will force you to bet 1x rollover (which means bet the amount of your deposit) before you're able to withdraw it.

This story is a little confusing because the way Anonibet currently operates is they give you a 10% bonus on every deposit. (This is, presumably, because their lines are worse than competitors', so this is a way to allow the value conscious to opt in to a fairer price.) Description on their website: http://anonibet.tumblr.com/post/97885053360/anonibet-10-instant-deposit-bonus

(It's a tumblr page, but it's where you go if you click on the "deposit bonus" section of their site. It isn't like some random page.)

I tried to withdraw the amount I deposited, thinking nothing of it, and received an email saying I couldn't withdraw until the terms of the bonus were met. I replied saying something like "I know the bonus will be cancelled, I just want to withdraw what I deposited. Surely I can do that, right?", and they replied that no I can't.

It seems outrageous to me, to hold a player's deposit contingent upon a play requirement. I've never heard of a site doing that before, certainly not in the bitcoin world. (And FWIW I'm a normal user of the site. Typically when I deposit, I bet. It isn't like I'm a troll and they caught me.)

I had this conversation on live chat when one of their agents randomly initiated a chat with me:

Brendon: Hello, thank you for visiting. Can I help you in any way?

Me: Just trying to log-in to my account on laptop
(password is saved on tablet, but I don't remember it)
I suppose password reset should be fairly easy, right?
I'm in!
While I have your attention though, I do have another question, if you're still available

Brendon: Yes, you may use the forgot password link
Feel free to ask any question, I am at your service.

Me: Thank you Brandon. A week or so ago I deposited 3btc. I realize a deposit bonus is automatically given to me, contingent upon making a bet
I'd like to forfeit the bonus and withdraw the money I deposited

Brendon: Unfortunately forfeiting the bonus is not possible, you will have to reach the one time roll over in order to be able to make a successful withdrawal.

Me: Can you show me where on the website it says this?
I've never heard of a website that doesn't allow you to withdraw your money on deposit before
(And I wouldn't have deposited if I knew this. I deposited just in case I saw a bet I wanted to make.)
Could you please link me to the section of the website where it says this, and/or copy and paste the text to me?

Brendon: Please bear with me while I am checking your request, I will be back in a moment.

Me: Sure, thank you

Brendon: 5.06The Deposit Bonus will always remain as a bonus and cannot be withdrawn. The Deposit Bonus winnings can be withdrawn when the following criteria is met. In order for the customer to withdraw his deposits and winnings (including bonus winnings) without affecting the Deposit Bonus they need to place bets equivalent to the amount deposited (1 time rollover).
anonibet.com/default.aspx

Me: that says "without affecting the Deposit Bonus"
It doesn't say that I can't withdraw my deposit itself
This description makes it pretty clear that the bonus can be forfeited on a withdraw: http://anonibet.tumblr.com/post/97885053360/anonibet-10-instant-deposit-bonus
So I'm confused why I'm being told that it's not possible to cancel the bonus

Brendon: Please be patient and bear with me as i consult my superior concerning your request

Me: Thank you

Brendon: According to the rules and regulations, it is clearly outlined that once you have received the deposit, you will have to fulfill the deposit rules requirements for your to be able to make a successful withdrawal. We kindly ask you to place more bets and reach the one time roll over and your withdrawal request will be approved.

Me: It is not clearly outlined in what you pasted to me
nor anywhere else on the site that I can find
(nor is it intuitive to expect that a deposit would be held hostage)
But OK, if that's the way it's going to be then it isn't worth either of our time to argue about it
Not your fault personally.. thanks for the help

Brendon: We greatly understand your concern, it might have been misinterpretation of the rule but according to the deposit bonus rules, you will be required to make more bets.

(I'm not trying to blame this service agent. It's clear that he is taking direction from the people making the decision.)

To me it seems kind of sleazy to even have such a policy. (Like, even if it were clearly stated that this is how it works, it would seem weird and unfriendly to me.) And to operate this way when it's NOT listed anywhere (and further, when the description seems to actually contradict what they're telling me) makes me feel downright sketched out.

I'll never deposit again. I remember Anonibet from a couple years ago, but there are better BTC books, who don't have this weird operating style.

I ran good betting heavy favorites and profited a little (with the money they were forcing me to bet with), and can confirm that they paid me. But in theory I feel as though I was essentially robbed by 5% of 3btc (or whatever the house edge is).

Anonibet terms and conditions are clear about the bonus and we have no hidden conditions. 1 Time rollover is the only requirement. You could have contacted our live support to cancel your bonus when you have receieved it and NOT after placing bets and winning. When customers are opting not to receive a bonus, we cancel it but this is done before they place any bets and win.
