101  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading with Bitcoin on: August 21, 2014, 01:37:25 PM
Btc.sx is an FX style trading platform that we run. It runs from a broker model and executes orders out to market via BitStamp for settlement. It allows leveraged trading without the complexity of margin trading and the management of margin.

ooo I forgot, by the time Etoro entered the game, but their CFD is ridiculous (execution 4 times a day!!!!!!): https://openbook.etoro.com/markets/btc/

yeah fuck that. the leverage on btc-e mt4 is 3:1 right? what's the rollover like? I really should try it with a small sum

one big advantage of MT4 is the possibility to trade with demo-accounts first

I look around the site and I couldn't find a download link for their mt4? I think it's gated, you have to join first.

yes, you have to have an account:

Just added new leverage options at Btc.sx.

Is that allowed?

Quote from: theymos
- All bid prices must be evenly divisible by 0.05.

1.55 / 0.05 = 31

I bid 1.6 as i thought 1.55 wasnt allowed.

  • Sell limits
  • No subscription fees, Free deposits and withdrawals

112  Economy / Service Discussion / Leveraged Trading at Btc.sx - What improvements would you like to see on: June 21, 2014, 09:04:54 AM
Hi all,

It has been just over a year since I originally launched Btc.sx with the help of a number of Bitcointalk forum users. Since then the market has been on a rollercoaster with a number of large volatile spikes right up to highs of over $1200 and a subsequent demise of MtGox. We've rode the waves and have come out the other side a stronger company, helping our traders maximise profits where possible.

Without this community and their input telling us what they wanted, the site would not be able to provide the service it has been. Thanks to those of you who helped, Juniors, Heros, Admins and Donators.

Speculators of Bitcointalk: What would you like to see improved and what other services would you like your trading platforms to provide?

Please keep comments and discussion constructive.
113  Economy / Speculation / Re: Websites for Bitcoin Speculators on: June 21, 2014, 08:50:37 AM
Great topic Blitz,

I've taken the chance to tidy up the list (Removed the MtGox ones) and added some more useful links that I use. I also made it semi alphabetical.

Bitcoin Analytics: Live charts and order books, different exchanges
BitcoinWisdom: Live charts with indicators, different exchanges
Bitcoin Clark Moody: Live price chart and order book
Bitcoinity: Live charts and order book visualization of different exchanges
Bitcoincharts: Live prices for different exchanges, Price charts with indicators and order books
Bitcoinx: Prices, various stats and charts
Blockchain.info: Stats, variety of charts
SierraChart: Live chart feed for different exchanges for SierraChart program
blockchained.com: Prices, various stats and charts
Btc.sx: Leveraged Long and Short trading with Bitcoin. No fiat required
Bitcoin Ticker - Mac Users: The tidiest Bitcoin ticker I've come across, different currency and exchange support

Can you update your original list Blitz to make the list more relevant.

I am missing some BTC here because of this post. There is no excel sheet, nor did you tell how much you have paid. You will have to look at that yourself, sorry.

Till the end:

You guys paid out more then 17.3817048BTC in total. That is 17.3817048*449.61= $7814.99 right now. Damn!

EDIT: Well, I found a new signature provider. I hope you don't get mad at me Seal. Thanks for everything Wink

Thanks! 0.025 BTC sent your way.

Thank you everyone for your participation and kind words. I'm also sad to stop the campaign. Feel free to join other signature campaigns but don't forget to mention us if you know of anyone looking for a bitcoin trading platform!
115  Economy / Services / Re: [BTC.sx] Get paid for your signature on: May 15, 2014, 09:32:25 AM
Hi all,

Thank you kindly for your patience. This month's payments have been made.

And with that, I sadly need to announce the closing of this scheme. At Btc.sx we've all taken pride in the fact that we have run the longest paid signature scheme on this forum and would like to thank all of our participants who have helped spread the word about our business. We've seen a solid amount of traffic come from these forums to our site and we have you to thank.

One of the main purposes of this scheme was to in part, share some of the profits that we made back to the community that helped us kick start our business into life. Over the past year we have paid out thousands of dollars through this campaign for your signature spaces.

The exchange rate I used for May 1st was the Winkdex price of: US $449.04

To the members who were active within the last month, as a thank you, I've given a 50% bonus to you all (and also as I'm really late with this months payment). This has made some members make almost $40 in the last payout.

If anyone has time and can tell me how much we've paid out in total I'd be interested to know. I'll give the first person who does it $10 (give your btc address along with the totals).

For anyone curious as to what we are up to, look out for an exciting new re-development of the site soon. I've decided to stop this scheme as it is becoming very time consuming to manage and we are going down conventional routes for our marketing needs now which are more focused and deliver a better ROI.

If anyone else has any marketing ideas let me know, I'm considering setting up a Btc.sx bitcoin faucet as a good way of promoting our name while giving people new to bitcoin the opportunity to get some free bitcoins.

Kind regards
Seal

Hi all!

Sorry for the delay, this totally fell off my radar until someone sent me a PM earlier. I'll get these processed soon.

Thanks for your patience.

Congrats to the Seedcoin team on a very successful round in SF1. Looking forward to seeing the next batch of startups graduate from them. I've met a few of them already and they're all very sharp guys.

Hi all,

Here are this month's payments:

Thank you all for participating. The price used to calculate payouts today was the Preev 24 hour weighted average at $482.

As for the startup, we've landed funding and backing!

payment will be delayed for a month, I heard..... Smiley
Doubt it.

You guys do realise what day it is today? Get a sense of humour :>

Lol. I'm loving all the Doge-related aprils fools today.

Besides April's fools, you all know what day it is today. Payday!!!

I logged on earlier to find bitcointalk down, its alive again so I'll be doing some maths and making the payments shortly.
120  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Let's talk about BTC.SX and MT.GOX on: March 22, 2014, 11:27:09 AM
16.8 sent from 5 different accounts belongs to 5 different people they've linked up together coz mostly we communicated with them from 1 mail about all the acc's(the way they answer once in a century it's useless to email them from different mails, tho we did it as well, but didn't even had 1 answer to any other mail). Sent to 1 btc-e account coz we wanted to withdraw with wire transfer in order to pay less for transfer.

This is also untrue. See below.

I also have emails from you informing us of your 5 accounts.
