101  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Season on: December 07, 2016, 11:15:51 AM
Best bet on Boston at -4.5 v Orlando because it's too easy to bet on Orlando after winning against Washington on the road, putting 1.5 units for Boston. Thank me later guys.
102  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Season on: December 06, 2016, 06:05:46 PM
While Minnesota Timberwolves will be infield into this clash but they have low chance to beat San Antonio Spurs, I will take San Antonio Spurs -3 AH they have good offense and their current streak is so impressive there, than it will be nice to place bet on them.

I'm with you with this one, most often than not when San Antonio is on the road they cover the spread usually rather than when they have the home court advantage. Unfortunately I got the spread at -4 though.
103  Economy / Services / Re: yahoo62278 Campaign Management services(Get all your needs here) on: December 06, 2016, 04:25:03 PM
I can vouch for yahoo's professionalism in terms of handling a campaign, he was the first manager that has accepted me to be part of one of the many sig campaigns he handles. He's a strict but very understanding manager just don't be stupid, just be yourself and most importantly read carefully about his rules and conditions and you will be fine whenever you're included on his campaigns. Kudos to yahoo.
104  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: price action trading strategies. on: December 06, 2016, 11:39:34 AM
My best price action reversed or continued trending trading strategies are inside bars or pin bar at the support or resistance level. This two bar give almost 80% accurately signal at support or resistance level. Do your research online and get adequate knowledge on this two price action signal and you will have a new view on currency trading.

What type of minute intervals do you usually use with these bars? Because it's different on every minute interval, for me I use 5 min. when I do day trading, as well as how many pips is your usual sl and tp.  Tnx
As a trader, trading within minutes is very risk. I advice we should used daily charts for trending market analysis and four hour or one hour as to enter trade, set our stop loss and take profit. I set my stop loss based on risk reward ratio; stop loss at the end of the tial of pin bars and take profit few pip before the next support or resistance level.

Ok thanks for the reply, I may try using per hour trade for now and see how it goes. Have a nice day.

Am I doing this correctly? Here is the code below with mycelium address

Code:
This is zero1ten from bitcointalk.org and today is 2016/12/06
1tyg1zSVXL22vsXoV8yfuWi97XipC734E

It has the address and the message, but its missing the actual signature part.

Sorry I'm such a noob, here below I copied a format

Code:
-----BEGIN BITCOIN SIGNED MESSAGE-----
This is zero1ten from bitcointalk.org
-----BEGIN BITCOIN SIGNATURE-----
Version: Bitcoin-qt (1.0)
Address: 1tyg1zSVXL22vsXoV8yfuWi97XipC734E

-----END BITCOIN SIGNATURE-----

How about this one?

Edit: I think there is no signed message option in mycelium ios wallet app unlike in the android version

Edit2: or is it the public key portion? Is that the one I supposed to put? Sorry again for bothering

Edit3: I put the public key

I dont know if you can sign with the iOS version, I cant test it. The xpub is not the signature, its like all your addresses in one code. If you care about privacy you shouldnt post that publicly, but since this is a test it doesnt matter much. The signature is specific for the message you want to sign and address you want to sign with, you need to select "Sign Message" or something similar. It should at the very least ask you for a message.

Ok thank you so much for the time Shorena, I guess ios wallet don't have the sign message option, I did try to look for it in the app but I can't see one. I'll just have to use a desktop for this one I supposed. Thanks agsin

That's really saddening, you were accepted by a foreign country with open arms then you did a horrible and tragic crime against their citizen, that's just unacceptable and when these countries try to limit immigrants they get furious and hold rallies as if these countries are obliged to do what they want. Smh
107  Other / Off-topic / Re: What would you do if... on: December 06, 2016, 11:14:17 AM
If someone told you that he is Satoshi Nakamoto, what would you do? Is there any way that he can prove that he is? No matter what they say or have many Bitcoins he has, how would you prove it? Is there something that could verify it, like a signature? Like staking your own address?

What would you do and would you believe him?

I will simply asked him to show me the wallet that contains that million bitcoin which has never been used ever since, if he can provide me that including a signed message then most probably I would believe him.
108  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What’s your hidden reason for becoming a trader? on: December 06, 2016, 11:08:06 AM
For my part, I do trading simply because of the time I have when trading in comparison to doing a regular job, if I can be a good trader I will definitely earn the same amount of money or maybe more than having a job but most importantly I can have ample amount of time to do other things I love and that's more priceless than anything.

For starters try signing a message like this:

Code:
This is zero1ten from bitcointalk.org and today is 2016/12/06

with just any of the electrum addresses and post it here so we can try to verify it.

Hi Shorena, I think electrum is not available in my country or maybe not in ios. I'm just using an iphone and I don't usually have the time to use laptop. Is there other wallet you may suggest preferably an app wallet? Tnx again and my apologies if I'm bothering you.

AFAIK electrum is only for desktop/android. I rarely have access to an iOS device, but mycelium is available for iOS[1] and on android it can be used to sign messages. It has the advantage that it even does the formatting for you, so you can just copy to clipboard at the end and paste the entire thing here.

Ok thanks again, I'll get back when I'm done downloading mycelium.

Hi again Shorena, finished downloading and here is my address from mycelium 1tyg1zSVXL22vsXoV8yfuWi97XipC734E

I need this signed message thing but I'm not that techie when it comes to this kind of stuff, so I'm really confused on how to use it, I have an airbitz wallet, but I can't find the option for signing message, I guess it doesn't have one. So do I just need to change wallet? If so what is the best and secured wallet to use with sign message option? Thanks anyone

I never use airbitz wallet, so I can't help you to sign message from there..
Very good desktop wallet - that i use over two years - is MultiBit Classic (not HD).
I don't like MultiBit HD just because is more comlicated to recover.
I'm almost sure that after instalation, you will not need any help to sign message from MultiBit Classic. Smiley

I wouldnt suggest using mutlitbit classic just because its no longer maintained (besides critical bugs). It will likely no longer work properly when SegWit is activated.

@zer01ten as you can see from the first post there are several wallets that easily allow you to sign messages. The question is whether or not you need to sign with a specific key, for a specific address. If thats the case, it might not be possible. If you can sign with any new address, electrum is probably the quickest to setup.

115  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Referendum in Italy Which could lead them to leave the EU on: December 05, 2016, 09:34:12 PM
This referendum has nothing to do with the remaining/leaving the UE. In both cases Italy will remain in EU.

staying or leaving the EU is not related to this referendum directly but the resign of the prime minister after this fail will endorse the other parties including the one requesting to leave the fallen union Tongue

I'm kinda out of the loop with this one so what's really at stake with this Italian referendum? Is there going to be a negative economic repercussions either way the referendum results went?

117  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you bet on "Sports" games that you don't know? on: December 05, 2016, 08:37:42 PM
When I'm tilted I usually bet on the 'starting soon' games whatever sports it may be, sometimes I ended up betting on cricket even though I have 0 clue on how that works and how the team's scores and win game, so I usually ended up losing more money. So the lesson for me is to have a break when a streak of loss occurs and never attempt to recover it by betting on the unknowns.

119  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Money Management Principle in bitcoin and altcoin Trading on: December 05, 2016, 08:10:06 PM
I have been trading forex for a while now, one subject in forex trading that I  don't want to talk about is money management or risk management. Most time I want to double my capital in a month and because of this I will not follow money management principles. I loss a lot and most at times my entire capital wap out. My question is what is money management?

Just my own analogy about money management, by the definition itself it wouldn't differ on how any other management thing is done, it would just be identical in terms of the principle however you're just dealing with money and in this case your own and not the people that usually goes with managing which you handle and works for you so if you don't know the basics of management and failed on money management, you already know what went wrong.
120  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When did you begin using Bitcoin? on: December 05, 2016, 07:44:45 PM
I began using bitcoin last February 2015, I found out about it when I got interested on paid to click sites, there I saw an advertisement and got curious so I read and watched stuffs about it, searched blogs on how to earn some, then I learned how faucets work so there I started earning but then I realized faucets were a waste of time so I searched more until I ended up joining btctalk, to look for all the infos everytime and usually everything I need.
