Today our account was banned on r/bitcoin.  It's been a solid ride of two years, and LONG days guys.  I run enjoybitcoins.com,a Bitcoin directory with nearly 200 exchanges, over 100 wallets, and almost any service supporting Bitcoin.

Today, we are banned from r/bitcoin.  This has become a place of centralization, and the last few days are really starting to shine a bright light on what happens when you have a central failure point, in this instance, not only the mods, but specifically a few who also operate  this site coincidentally.

I am very happy to say, r/bitcoin has been deleted from our directory, as basically practicing everything Bitcoin as a whole promotes the direct opposite.  Bitcoin promotes freedom, critical discussion and opinion.  It does not promote centralization or overbearing community dictators. 

Proudly unsubscribed from r/bitcoin, I encourage others to follow suit.  A truly decentralized structure surely cannot thrive with its main community practicing a culture that is in direct contrast.  Healthy discussion and practice motivations come from conversing, ideas, debate... Not filtered opinions and biased content sharing.  Audios r/bitcoin.

Hope you do well with your new auto trading site.  Best of luck with it.  Not a very original idea, seeing as we were discussing this is my thread about an auto trader, but no biggy.  Your mentality, lack of originality, and basic bitch mind state shows pretty clearly that you are unfit to turn an idea into reality.  Best of luck my friend, you go get em! As outlined in your history, you seem to have quite the ambition for entrepreneurial ideas!  You were going to create OpenBazaar prior to the team that created it, wow, what a knack for innovation you have!  Very impressive my friend.  And the vast number of ideas you have started, and ran away from, truly a novel reading your history, very entertaining to say the least.

Wish you well with your idea, I hope you can see at least one of them through to launch in the future!  Would however recommend anyone considering business or discussion with this fellow to check out his -16 trust rating, history of shady business practices, and well, his history of $5 loans.... I actually fail to see a question in your initial response, and to be honest would rather not feed a troll =)  Thanks for you input however, and a project with such magnitude will always require a strong team which we are working on building.  I really don't feel the need to lay out our intended business, financial and marketing plan, and of course our growth and competitive advantage to you, unless you are interested in the role. Appreciate the messages, feel free to PM with your qualifications if indeed you are, and I am more than happy to discuss the project in details.

As with our expansion, we are adding an affiliates / points platform, and looking to expand our blog.

The positions that are in dire need:

Blog manager - http://enjoybitcoins.com/blog/ - Someone to revamp the enjoy blog with strategies and a plan... No coding necessary, if you are a management personality who loves to develop based on goals, we can manage what you need implemented, of course, if you are a coder this is also welcome. 

A person looking to take control of the blog completely, from categories, to scheduled content.  Someone who is willing to take on a big project and move our blog in the right direction including conducting interviews with interview professionals, locating guest bloggers, weekly segments, and finding authors for, or personally writing articles that align with our keywords and strategy, and monetization strategies.  The blog will be yours to love, cherish, and develop into a real contender for Bitcoin information. Structuring categories and sub categories the way they need to be structured, the way you believe will be ideal.  This will require a little bit of time and someone with a real love for the scene.  We are not micro managers, so this person has to be self motivated.  As for code and such, you can either help out in the back end, or be the idea generator while we bring everything to life.  This position will include donation and a % of listing income as a means to reimburse.  As we do not bring in much of any revenue at the moment, the compensation is up for discussion, as for now we will suggest it's a volunteer role.

Points / affiliates / community engagement - Do you like social media promotions?  Generating leads and engaging the community with fun promotions? In the next week, we will be relaunching our affiliates / points system as a way to encourage users to contribute and leave reviews after experimenting with new bitcoin services.  We have everything structured to a basic point.  Your job is to review and perfect this system.  Strategies on how the system can improve, and engage with the community about the system in new exciting ways.  Develop a plan based around goals on how to up user engagement and generate a buzz in the Bitcoin community, but also forums and social networks that are not yet using bitcoin.  A points and bits earning system is a great way to excite  people who have yet to try Bitcoin.  It's your job to come up with a plan on how to excite people about bitcoin and use enjoy bitcoins to try. 

Sales and partnerships - This is a very important job.  We want you to be the front runner with communicating with services we have listed, and build relationships within the community.  Unclaimed listings will need to be contacted to let organizations know they can claim their listing anytime and update it to their standards with files, videos, audio and the applicable content to get noticed.  Likewise, we would like to build partnerships and enhance the user experience through effective networks, this is your job.  Enjoy Bitcoins has a number of listing enhancement features, which will pay this position a commission of 15% on each contacted businesses enhancements.
