101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bminer: a fast Equihash/Ethash/Tensority miner for CUDA GPUs (10.5.0) on: October 19, 2018, 09:08:26 AM
I thought dev fixed the;

Starting miner on device 0...
CUDA error DRIVER: '209' in func 'Initialize' line 56
Fatal cuda error in GPU 0. Terminate soon...

Miner died! It will be restarted soon...

Error but clearly he doesn't give a small fuck about the problems me and others have here. Nice!
102  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ChangeNow.io (Evercode Lab) - Scam. Illegally holding of 100 BCH (11 bitcoins). on: October 16, 2018, 06:39:21 PM
Read all 29 pages and dewinsec & crazy_elky seems like the alt of ChangeNow team, so I left good red trust in their profile.

For Vizefog & matej krkic, I admire their effort to cover up the scam and engage with every single person on this thread so they can gaslight the readers and try to make them believe OP was a scammer. Man, they really tried hard. But they are in red trust as well  Grin

OP's thread is a big lesson for everyone! Don't act fast, do not try to race with time, just slow down, pay attention which service you are using. Always go with the known/big names in Crypto.
103  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ravencoin [RVN] PoW GPU Mining | Asset Transfer Blockchain (Updated ANN) on: October 16, 2018, 12:29:09 PM
OP wrote it as like it's two different thing but Medici Ventures is belong to Overstock. They are the same thing.

So, Overstock C-Level got interested in Crypto so much, they couldn't help themselves but to create a coin.

They say, no premine, no ICO but I'm quite sure they kept the mining rigs ready to dominate the game. After all, when mainnet gets launched someone needs to keep the network secure(!), am I right?

All this Binance and other exchanges happening because of Aggressive Marketing/Branding push by again, Overstock.

They got immense amount of experience in Business, I have no doubt that Overstock will do everything to make sure Raven stays relevant and popular.

Regardless what they do, Raven is a scam. A scam by Overstock. Anyone can contribute the network sounds like a bullshit to me. I'm sure they can but Overstock will keep the control all the time.

Long story short: Without Overstock, this coin is literally DEAD.

Token launch on platform? Sounds like C-Levels got super greedy want to achieve same success of Ethereum. (make no mistake, Ethereum is a scam too)

Community looks solid, algo looks unique, nice UI/Design but Overstock most likely the majority miner, dev teams probably getting funded by Overstock.

So, Meh. Just saying... Good luck though.
104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Profit mining calculator. More Than 250 Exchanges!! More than 400 pool!! on: October 13, 2018, 08:17:58 PM
Edit: I have just tested website.

I must say dude prepared hell of a website, I can only imagine how long it took to prepare it. Kudos for that.

Too many pool, exchange connected to it. That's a plus.

Trick here, this calculator makes your job quite easy because;

1. Run the ccminer(or cpuminer-multi) in benchmark mode and collect all hashrates for each algorithm.

2. Use this website, enter all hashrates for each algorithm and since this website contains every single coin for all algorithms, you will easily find out which coin brings you the best revenue.

It might not have the best UI, but I appreciate the hard work. Worth giving it a try!
105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bminer: a fast Equihash/Ethash/Tensority miner for CUDA GPUs (10.5.0) on: October 13, 2018, 06:17:36 PM
This error for Bytom, Ethash:

CUDA error DRIVER: '209' in func 'Init' line 42
Fatal cuda error in GPU 0. Terminate soon...

I have Nvidia V100
Driver 410.48
CUDA 10 ($PATH set corrently as well)
Ubuntu 16.04

Would be great if you could help...
106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CoinCalculators.io - Mining calculator website and mobile app. on: October 10, 2018, 12:12:43 PM
Compared to Whattomine and Crypt0 your website is way ahead. Kudos and keep up the good work!
107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Bytom Mining - ASIC algorithm now cracked by GPU miners? Big profits? on: October 10, 2018, 12:02:03 PM
How do you even mine this?

I could find only two pool: Via and a chinese pool starts with uu.

There are only one nvidia linux miner and it's not working for me.

116  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Electrum segwit format on: April 08, 2018, 07:51:10 PM
Does any of you know how can I get segwit address and use Segwit in Electrum? Because, it seems like I still have a non-segwit address.
Electrum does not convert your current wallet into addresses with bech32. Install the latest version of Electrum, go to File>New>Standard Wallet>Create a new seed> Segwit.

Take note that you have to backup both of the seeds since they are not the same at all.

Awesome, thanks.
117  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Electrum segwit format on: April 08, 2018, 10:13:36 AM
I think you're having problem importing your Electrum wallet to Bitcoin Core since both software have different wallet format. But if you experience the problem when you export the private key from Bech32 address in Electrum to Bitcoin Core, you should check these guide https://github.com/spesmilo/electrum/issues/3620 Smiley

The problem in here is Electrum and Bitcoin Core use different Wallet Import Format, that's all.

Even though Theymos brought Merit system, this forum it's not what it used to be.

CCN, Coindesk, The Merkle full of shit. /r/bitcoin is getting spammed by stupid memes and price posts.

I will self-moderate this thread personally and if the person who comments has a signature of a shitcoin, I will delete it. If the comment is useless, trash, unhelpful... I will delete it.

This thread is for Bitcoin Maximalists.

Let's try to keep it civil yet informative and helpful.
