101  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you day trade with bitcoin these days while it is full of stress? on: January 10, 2021, 06:15:45 PM
It's hard to compete against the bull run market, day traders hardly get considerable profits, so it's not the right time to trade in the short term.
one way to ride the bull run is typically actively and confidently invest in some coins with a higher probability of making a return., at a relatively lower price than bitcoin.
Or else, do not buy and hold bitcoin to sell at your goal, waiting for a correction then buy the dip.
102  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Govts would want to regulate exchanges much more! on: January 10, 2021, 05:23:16 PM
I don’t really get it when you say government can save the funds of their employees ? How will it work in the first place if there is no end-to-end tracking of the bitcoin transaction. If you are saying that people will save their pensions and salaries in the form of bitcoin then they could go anonymous easily. I mean there are so many services like chip mixer which can blend your coins and output would be completely anonymous. This it could go really wrong for the government to track all of this and maintain the integrity of to whom they pay.

Moreover, exchanger is even different thing and payments can’t be made on that too. That’s complicated process. That’s why bitcoin was sought for in the first place.

He may be referring to the new proposed regulation by FinCEN (Financial Crimes Enforcement Network) that will make cryptocurrency exchanges behave a lot more like banks. Under this regulation, an exchange would be required to report personal information if someone makes a total of more than $10,000 in transactions in one day, and if someone wants to send bitcoin to others who has a private wallet, he has to provide some detailed personal information about the recipient, then exchanges obliged to collect reports of all this and turn them over to the authority on request. Really a pain in the ass for them in the US, better to stay away from exchanges then.
103  Economy / Speculation / Re: When The Inevitable Happens With The Dump - What Will Bitcoin Be Worth? on: January 10, 2021, 04:07:21 PM
I think it is going to happen very soon, the dump will be happening but what will happen when everything on CMC shows red? How far will Bitcoin fall?

After the crash I think it might settle around the $12,000-$13,000 mark before finding a way to work upwards again over a period of time.

The all time high was set just hours ago of $40,180.37 according to CMC

I believe the ath was $42k based on bitstamp, even if you check it now the day's range 38556.27 — 41450.00.

it won't crash anytime soon but some corrections may occur like 30% and max 40%, which mean around $24k - $28k.
The real crash will take place after bitcoin reach the peak probably by Q4 2021 if history repeats itself. Then bitcoin price will gradually lose its value to 80%-90% in 2022.
104  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do not be too happy on: January 10, 2021, 02:39:09 PM
There is no restriction to buy and sell bitcoin, it's a free market for everyone even for institutional investors and big companies. Although they have bought bitcoin and accumulation a large amount, at least they don't plan to dump it at once and store it as a reserve asset, they have inspired more people to get into bitcoin investment.
Therefore, we have to be prepared whenever the time might come when the institutional investors require to sell bitcoin, the price may be corrected 40% - 80%.
105  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin can hit $50k? on: January 09, 2021, 07:06:48 PM
Bitcoin definitely has a higher chance to achieve that target this year but the question is; when will that happen?
Reaching $50k may not be as easy as hitting $40k in a few days since bitcoin surpassed $30k, bitcoin still hold its position above $40k after a brief dip to $37k may indicate a strong support level and the next attempt to break $45k in the next week.
106  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Balance on Exchanges Reducing on: January 09, 2021, 06:22:32 PM

Bitcoin on exchanges from October 2019 - October 2020

https://glassnode.com/

Let me ask you, if it is true that the decline in bitcoin on the exchange from October 2019 - October 2020. then what about November to January, while the trading volume continues to increase day by day? So, who trades large amounts of bitcoin, if deductions are made?

Whenever bitcoin balance on exchanges increasing, it could mean people deposit bitcoin to sell, and a Reducing the number of bitcoins on exchanges simply means that people withdraw their bitcoins for custody to private wallet or cold-storage, which results in less bitcoin to be traded while demand continues to grow to cause the bitcoin price to skyrocket. We know that institutional investors buying bitcoin by over the counter transactions. They are the ones who suck all that bitcoin into their wallet, it is a good thing since less bitcoin to sell on exchanges means less probability to dump it.
107  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does Trading have an advantage over investing?? on: January 09, 2021, 05:43:01 PM
There is no definitive answer, it depends on;
What kind of trading? Many people lose, especially if you don't know how to do it properly.
What kind of investing?
What is the object?
What is the strategy?
How long it takes?
If buying bitcoin now and waiting for a year to sell it, do you call it trading or investing?
Most people will refer to the time frame, in the short term is called trading and the long term is investing, but it kinda the same. How about the profit? Trading might offer to maximize profit but only if you buy and sell at the right time, otherwise investing is the right choice.
108  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Oh that feeling... when the price goes crazy...after you sold! on: January 09, 2021, 01:12:32 AM
Most of all ever dealing with that feeling, presumed sell at a high price and be ready to buy the dip but turned out it rise even higher.
So whenever you sell bitcoin, make sure to have the intention to let go of whatever might happens next, you'll take it with no regret,
at least you sit on profit right, be grateful for what you have and let go of what you've missed.
109  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I am leaving bitcoin thx for helping me satoshi. on: January 08, 2021, 05:26:05 PM
Best of luck to your shitcoin.

Bitcoin is fiat 2.0 enforced tax edition.
Bitcoin is shitcoin 2.0

Elon Musk: "Bitcoin is almost as bullshit as fiat"

If bitcoin = Fiat, and both of it is bullshit, created out of thin air and slaves of rothschild, then
What do you exchange your bitcoins with? $13 Million of fiat or something else?
What do you use to pay your bills? not fiat?
So, you don't use bank services nor have a bank account?
110  Economy / Speculation / Re: another major resistance broke and the FOMO began on: January 08, 2021, 02:54:37 PM
another major resistance broke and the FOMO began

Last time FOMO began when price was x2 from previous ATH so at around $2-3k. Now we are at that time. 2x from previous ATH. So Bitcoin should be from now on all the time on teh news and everywhere you go will talk about it. But. 2017 was not anything like 2020. 2017 was boring year compared to 2020. And by picture below 2020 might be super boring compared to 2021. So Bitcoin will have to fight hard to get in the news.

If we observe the price, it went up from $20k to $40k in just 22 days, incredible. Last month, many people don't believe that bitcoin can't reach this price in a short time, me neither. At first, I thought bitcoin would encounter a correction by the time it touched $ 22k, $ 25k, $ 29k, then bitcoin broke all that resistance and kept going beyond $30k, $ 35k, and subsequently $40k without any significant pullback. What can we say, the market really in fomo and don't know where it will stumble.
111  Economy / Speculation / Re: $80k within 6 weeks, new ATH October 2021 on: January 07, 2021, 04:45:52 AM
Bitcoin hit $37,7k as the highest price so far, but it seems not going to stop there, we might see it reach $40k by this week.
within 6 weeks means bitcoin reach $80k in February? What will be the new ath then, $150k-$200k?
Too far to get that price from this point imho, for starters we have to anticipate if there is a significant correction after bitcoin be able to achieve $40k, then we can predict for the next target of $50k, then $60k, $70k, so on and so forth, though for now I won't expect excessively.
112  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Fast ways to lose money trading on: January 07, 2021, 01:12:12 AM

👉Trade based on predictions - Don't trade based on financial advice from someone on telegram or any of the social media platforms. Do your own research.

I think this is in the same context but, do not just ride in with the flow, make your researches and analysis about the coin/stock that you will be buying before totally engaging it. And if you see others gain from just joining the flow, don't be jealous, as this happening is just from luck. Stick with your gameplan  Cheesy

For people who do not know how to analyze the market, not many choices but to follow the predictions of others, therefore there is such a thing as a copy trade.
Nonetheless, you don't have to follow everything on the other side but determine your own goal and read the trend on the market, the pattern always repeated throughout history. For example, if bitcoin value increases, ethereum and litecoin are more likely to increase as well, it has been proven even at the moment, then your call to buy bitcoin, eth, or cheaper litecoin.
113  Economy / Speculation / Re: When and How much low on next Bear Market? on: January 06, 2021, 06:23:54 AM
The bear market won't occur until bitcoin hit the peak which probably in Q4 of this year, what we should consider for now is when bitcoin might encounter the next phase of correction after all this rally. If bitcoin manages to hit $100k by the end of the year, an 80% drop means the price $20k, if refer to the history it could happen in January 2021, but nothing for sure.
114  Other / Archival / Re: Are JP MORGAN part of the banksters BTC PUMPnDUMP cartel? on: January 06, 2021, 01:11:58 AM
Whatever they said about bitcoin, despite the fact that bitcoin could reach $100k, people are free to buy or sell bitcoin at their will with all the considerations, no one commands them to buy bitcoin at $34k or sell it at $40k, take it as an advice, as prediction, or get over it. The banksters have their plan as well, we can judge them to sell at a certain point but who knows the truth? Bitcoin will rise and fall in time, it's our role to observe when that might happen.
115  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: BitcoinPrice.is - Real-time BTC <-> USD price conversion tool on: January 05, 2021, 02:10:32 PM
~

I am not quite sure what you mean by tab bar. Could you show me some example?

He probably means the tab in Chrome.

That's a great feature also. No matter which tab you are using, you always see the latest price.

yap that's right, check google chrome it called 'Tab Bar'
Usually, I let the tab/page stays open while using chrome, don't have to check the price and reload it every time because the price is always shown in the tab.
116  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have my 600$ stimulus check, good time to buy btc? I plan to hold for the short on: January 04, 2021, 11:55:39 PM
It doesn't matter whether a week or a month but you have to specify your target, how much percentage gain you are aiming for? or at what price you would sell it, $40k, $50k or $100k? After determining your target, calculate the probability of bitcoin to achieve it and the time frame to get there.
Or else, it doesn't matter how much it will rise or fall, you will sell after a month?
$1,100 worth 0.03437 at $32k (current price) and if you sell at $40k = $374 profit.
117  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: BitcoinPrice.is - Real-time BTC <-> USD price conversion tool on: January 04, 2021, 11:29:33 PM
This looks nice. Normally I use preev.com to check the current price and for conversions.

It would be nice if you add any other currencies but maybe only euro to start.

Mostly I also visit preev every day because it is the most popular one for years.
Since I use chrome, one feature that I like from preev that hope you could implement on https://bitcoinprice.is/ is the price shown in the Tab-bar, as simple as that but really convenient to stay up to date even without having to click the tab to check the price. I prefer your site over preev though because it shows more than just the price.
118  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin a deep pullback @40K? on: January 04, 2021, 10:51:32 PM
There is a saying that whatever goes up most come down. Some traders predicted a pullback @30K but got smashed. Can we see a pullback @40k?
Let have you thought on this...

Again, this is new to us, unknown region, that $30,000-$34,000 price range though was smashed in the last 48 hours, so that's how fast we get to where we are right now. So as far as pullback? no one can tell as the price keeps going up with just shallow corrections along the way.

But as far as reaching $40,000, probably this month it will be slice like a butter and then we will see how everything pan out after that.

Bitcoin hit the bottom line after hit the ath at $34,8k falling sharply 16% to hit $27.8k a few hours ago but recovers shortly.
The bulls managed to buy the dip and push it back towards $31k immediately, $30k to $35k price range is a new level for bitcoin to discover a new all-time high.
Not sure when it will reach $40k, probably within a few days or a few weeks, but bitcoin has to overcome the resistance at some point such as $32,2k, $33,1k, $34,6k – $34,8k, $36,k, and $38,k.
119  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin; Then and Now on: January 04, 2021, 10:08:40 PM
The bitcoin market has become more mature with institutional investors buying bitcoin and not easily swayed to panic sell and they are constantly accumulating bitcoin.
Even a correction that occurs pulls the price slightly and a rebound happens in a short time to recover the price above $31k, it still persists quite strongly.
seems that massive sell orders can't beat the demand, hence the price may going sideways for a while.
120  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't buy what you can't hodl. on: January 04, 2021, 05:11:34 PM
There are some coins that were predicted will rise exponentially this month but it turned out only a few major coins such as eth, bch, Ltc, that following bitcoin to reach a higher level. Unpredictable results that don't go as expected cause significant losses to the portfolio, at least trade bitcoin could cover those losses. We learn a lot from experience and must be willing to lose to get better outcomes in the future. Don't hesitate to invest in some major coins and beware of some altcoins that cannot provide the desired returns.
