The video published today was taken 31 Oct (see dates and difficulty level at bfgminer screen).
The prototype uses hashing board which is emulating the unit - it is based on Bitfury chips (the worker at btcguild is "exion_bitfury").
It would be nice to have some visible signal (at least a blinking diode) of starting the system, until it turns on the display and the fans.

I'm very curious why KnC didn't use for mounting the heatsink the standard four-holes plates which are in a box with the Arctic freezer i30, but rather used additional aluminum bar.

"We expect to close the expansion this year" doesn't mean "we will absolutely close, for sure, and nothing is going to change that".
It means "this is the plan for now, we can always change it (to continue expansion) later".

We have reached the hashrate of 200TH/s. We will expand the mine and add hashing power, but it is not yet predictable when and how much. We expect to close the expansion this year and after that we will focus on maintaining the mine. The mine will work closely with the megabigpower.com shop. Hardware scheduled for sales will be tested in the mine. This means that the mine will experience hashrate fluctuations that depend on shop hardware supply and stock.

It looks like the e-mails from giorgiomassa/gotah don't get to FSB (are quietly filtered or similar), so he thinks there were no answers.
My proposition is to use forum PM (private message) system, so there will be no problem with e-mails going to null and with polluting the thread.
