101  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if a person died with BTC!! on: December 17, 2017, 12:30:57 PM
Then all of his bitcoin would be gone for nothing just like him as well, unless somebody knows his private key, but mostly, the scenario is that his bitcoin dies along with him. No matter how much his love ones wants his bitcoin for his hard work to paid off, they just can't do anything about it but mourn with his death.
102  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: your mentality after a huge loss? on: December 12, 2017, 11:34:55 AM
My mentality is so emotional when I loss my profit.but after 5-6 hours I feel that reality & I recover my mind strongly. most important think is I learn something from my mistake and it is good experience for me.

It is normal to be emotional after you experienced a huge loss, but what is not normal is when you are going to emote on that loss forever, it is going to affect your daily lives, the depression might get you crazy and the worst thing that could happen to you is you'll think of suicide as a solution. Moving on is the key, in order to step forward and trying again, you have to accept the fact, that way you could be more strong than before.
103  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin prices on: December 12, 2017, 08:30:38 AM
With the unstable increase and decrease in bitcoin is it a good idea buying, selling or holding now? Like yesterday I saw it hit $19,000 on coinbase but today it stands at $16,000
If you have any Bitcoins then you may want to have them stored somewhere because the price is not finished growing.

I suggest holding it for a little bit more time, because bitcoin's price would be so high before this year's end, that is for sure, but if you needed the money then convert it already, there is nothing bad doing that, it is just you could lose the profits that you could have if you are going to hold it until the year ends. It is all about patients to have huge profits on holding your bitcoin.
104  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should people use Bitcoin? on: December 12, 2017, 07:29:38 AM
The world is developing and we need of course people need to adjust it as well. Similar to transactions to speed up. So people need the digital currency to quickly receive their transactions. Our world is developing in technology so we hope for such investments to facilitate our activities.

Yeah but if others don't want to use it thinking that it is just a scam or whatsoever, then it is not our problem anymore, I guess, it is theirs. People that are not using bitcoin are those who don't believe on it yet, time will come that they will realize that bitcoin is legit and not a bad thing to do, besides, if all the people all around the globe are using bitcoin, then that would be the time where this world is so developed and the technology would be beyond our imagination with the help of bitcoin.

106  Economy / Speculation / Re: End of Year Predictions For BTC Price on: November 20, 2017, 04:21:20 AM
So It's that time of year to start making predictions for next year, so I thought I would go ahead and see what everyone else thought about predictions for the end of year price for Bitcoin or BTC. Personally, I see it at about $8,000-$8,500. I think big investors looking at Bitcoin will wait until the New Year to start buying Bitcoin in order to save cost on accounting and taxes for this quarters numbers. What does everyone else think?

The prediction price this year is $1000, right now we are on the $8000 per bitcoin, so $2000 more and we're arriving at the moon. Lucky to those who holds their bitcoin because they are going to have a very huge profits in the next prediction price.
107  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? on: November 20, 2017, 01:35:01 AM
Of course it's risky. The crypto market is one of the most dangerous sectors of all finance. Even bitcoin that is deemed to be a solid value is risky... So making an all-in in is totally stupid, yeah. You need to improve your money management and diversify your investments. It's the only way not to go bankrupt if there's a problem

I don't think so, we're not just talking here about crypto market, we're talking about bitcoin, the most amazing coin living here in the cryptocurrency world. Turning your money, all of your money to bitcoin is a very nice idea to do so far, investing your money on it won't give you any regrets in the end, in fact, it will just give you huge profits in the long run.
108  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What impresses you the most about Bitcoin? on: November 20, 2017, 12:25:10 AM
I am impressed on bitcoin because of the natural way of the transaction; you can use the bitcoin worldwide with the low rate of amount fee,  you don’t need to go some MoneyGram or others. Last things impressed on bitcoin. Bitcoin can use as a mode of payment.

I agree, bitcoin is the most convenient coin I've ever use in my life, also, bitcoin is better to use rather than fiat, because of its price, I'm attracted and impressed to bitcoin the same time. Bitcoin helps me a lot, mostly on my financial problem. It gives me hope to achieve my dream and the other things that I want to have in my life.
109  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin is a good investment now, because... on: November 16, 2017, 02:21:17 PM
It really is best to spend funds in bitcoin now since it really is rtae is quite minimal now and in potential it is rate will shore very large and at that time we may possibly make significant revenue by marketing our bitcoin.

If you are going to buy now then buy now, because bitcoin's price is increasing more and more everyday, if you are going to hesitate most of the time, you are going to regret it in the end because you missed the opportunity to make profits before bitcoin hits its predicted price this year. Taking the risk is up to you, if you wanted to make some progress or to make some big money, because if you are not going to take any risk, then you are not going to grow.
110  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Safest way to keep bitcoins? on: November 16, 2017, 01:00:06 PM
For me personally im just keeping my password on my small notes, fb ithink just is a one way to maintain r bitcoin safe  or maybe uwant  shop in equipment purses . always remember just keep it personal dont scatter passwords to anybody .

Facebook? you mean storing your passwords and private keys on Facebook? I don't think so man, what if someone hacks your Facebook and that someone knows about cryptocurrencies, steal your money, and when you check your wallet, it is all gone, I bet you are going to be annoyed because you saved it on your Facebook, that was a naïve way to store your bitcoins.

To keep it safe and sound, I suggest to use hardware wallet, because it is so hard to hack unless you are going to give it to someone personally or if you are just going to let your hardware wallet lying on anywhere around your house.
111  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Losing faith in BTC... on: November 13, 2017, 03:08:30 PM
"Losing faith" is a bit over-reacting, isn't it?

I mean, we all know that bitcoin is subjected to much fluctuations... We all know that even though it is "sure", it is also quite impossible to make any forecasts.

People are playing with bitcoin for the moment. And I do not say it is bad.

Yet,  understand this feeling of "bitcoin will change the world!!" and... actually nope. Though, I think it is still a source of positive transformations within society, especially regarding huge financial institutions. Just leave it some time. And let people take their time too. Getting acquainted with bitcoin is way easier if you see it as a leasure, a source of fun. I think this is the best way to learn.

Leave it some time, things may change. But slowly, as for any lasting change!

We can't blame them for thinking that way, about losing faith on bitcoin, maybe it is just because they are just new on this cryptocurrency world and don't know how things work here. The fluctuations of bitcoin may be the reason why they are thinking such thing to bitcoin, it scares them, and I think it is natural to be scared since we are talking about here losing profits to the bitcoin that we are holding.

But we don't really have to worry that much, because this fluctuations is just normal also, bitcoin's price is volatile so we must expect some fluctuations everyday.
112  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin also lead to corruption ? on: November 04, 2017, 04:25:09 PM
We all know that there is corruption everywhere, like in government or any other organization. Because of money, corruption can always happen with greedy people who always wants more money to them. Since bitcoin can be considered as money, can it also lead to corruption?

This ought to be true. The problem is bitcoin has a very high value, and some people are way too greedy, so they end up wanting to acquire more bitcoin than normal. That is why it may lead to corruption.
For me, as long as governments or any certain senator or something that would be managing it, it would be safe for corruption since most people who started corrupting people are those who are in the position on the government. So for me, as long as bitcoin will not be controlled by any government then it will be corruption free.
113  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When do YOU sell? on: November 04, 2017, 03:54:59 PM
I usually set a fixed level before investing. It helps you control your emotion and get the purpose.
For me,  this is one the best way to trade our coin where we sell our coin on a certain fixed amount and wait until it reaches it. But in this kind of case emotion isn't your enemy but rather your patience because this method will really do test your patience since putting a certain fixed price could take a lot of tkme before it gets bought or sold
114  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Patience and Holding on: November 04, 2017, 03:45:40 PM
It is very hard to control the emotion. I have tried several times, but the results are not good. I was usually late to sell and lost the peak of price.  Sad
Emotions is one of the greatest enemy of most investors not even just crypto investors but rather all of the investment. Every single time that there is a negative thing happening on what we've invested like a deep dump or price or a something more bad, we feel that we want to back out of that no matter what even knowing that we haven't gain anything and even lose some of our money but we still decided to do so. Sometimes backing out is good but most of time we will end up on a lose so we better stick onto something that we have invested and trusted on.
115  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be used in space? on: November 03, 2017, 05:36:13 PM
well, they do have internet in space, but my guess is if martian guys are accepting it or they use only MarsCoin.. let me check marsstockmarket.mars and gets back to you!
on a more serious note, why in hell they need BTC in space? to refuel their shuttle? Funny question though..
Bitcoin or money isn't necessary on space since they only need foods and things they needed to do they're job out there like those astronaut doing above us. And they do have an internet but based on the video NASA uploaded on Facebook where they said that they do have internet but it's slower than in the earth in short they can access bitcoin on there but that isn't they really need to do. And they're rich already being on space or stuff so they don't really need it.
116  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I HATE 90% of Bitcoin investors on: November 03, 2017, 05:26:24 PM
It's all part of the plan.

Quote from: Satoshi Nakamoto (February 18, 2009)
As the number of users grows, the value per coin increases. It has the potential for a positive feedback loop; as users increase, the value goes up, which could attract more users to take advantage of the increasing value.
Even the creator wanted it to happen so who cares if they just wanted to take advantage of the price growth of bitcoin just to earn money. As long as, you're earning money legal it's okay or fine. Anyway, investors even helps us on bitcoin community since all of the investors has part on bitcoin and helps increase it's value and the population of users of bitcoin.
117  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The best way for newbies to buy bitcoin or ethereum on: November 03, 2017, 05:13:57 PM
Hi all,

Ive been investing small amounts in Bitcoin and ethereum for a year or so now but i wanted to ask what is the best or easiest way for a newbie to buy the currency now. I have a coinbase account so im able to purchase quickly if need be but so many buy sites make it very difficult for newbies to make such purchases in quick time. What is there out there thats on board and safe for anyone wanting to join the market quickly and start investing in such currencies?

Kind Regards

Griff
My opinion: if a current newbie wants to invest in this market. Better to invest in ETH. ETH is very potent and it will grow with bitcoin. The thing to do is buy ETH and wait for it to rise

But last month ETH have no growing, and BTC close to double up its capitalization.
Eth isn't growing nor on a dump but rather it's stable on it's 300$ mark and there's no reason for it to pump or dump right now since there's no event coming yet for it unlike in bitcoin which a fork or some kind will happen soon that's why it's price skyrocketed these days but it will be sooner or later that other altcoin specially ETH to pump once bitcoin goes stable and it's event ended.
118  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did you ever convince or encourage someone to invest in Bitcoin? on: November 03, 2017, 03:33:49 PM
I tried and i do succeed. Because i was once a non-believer and then someone convinced me so well that now i am very happy in this field that i have entered. I am glad to invite others here to despite of their questions they still trust me and cryptocurrency a lot.
Congrats on succeeding and believing on bitcoin since we all know that bitcoin's price can be volatile but it never let us down even with all the event and false accusations to it and it still keeps standing on it's own. I hope this will never change and keep continuing for years to come.
Anyway, I haven't convince someone yet to invest on bitcoin but rather I invite them to join bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies and start earning and currently we are earning some decent amount.
119  Economy / Speculation / Re: how to predict bitcoin price increase or decrease? on: November 03, 2017, 03:22:02 PM
I don't think there's any certainty about the rise in bitcoin prices, because the forecasts are sometimes right and sometimes not.
I myself predict the approximation of bitcoin from the activity around it, for example There is a fork or can be seen from bitcoin volume, If the amount increases, the price is expected to rise, and vice versa.
There really is no way to know when a pump or dump will happen but there are somehow some exceptions like having a good and bad news about bitcoin that will affect it. And currently the price increase could possibly be an affect of an event that will happen soon. Anyway, I too base my forecast by waiting for a settles in a pumping coin and sell it cause for me I know that it will dump in days to come which is sometimes right and sometimes wrong.
120  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BitCoin Is Too Complicated for Average People! on: November 03, 2017, 03:11:01 PM
I think it is not a hard thing to learn how to use and understand the bitcoin technology. So, there is no need to advanced requirements to use that technology. By a good briefing or a little search, anyone can be a bitcoin user or a trader.

Yes Bitcoin is not so hard you need only time to learn it how it works. I was also a noob when i got my first coins from claiming faucets. Now I am investing in other coins.

I have learned that you need to save the coins which you earn or buy to maximize your profit in the future.
Actually it complicated at first sight but once you research enough about what it is and how it works then it would be easy for you to gain bitcoin faster and steadier and just as what you've said Claiming faucet is the first way newbies earn bitcoin since it's the most common thing you can search on google about how to earn bitcoin and after learning bitcoin that other complicated things the we encounter is about how altcoins and bitcoin is connected and it's difference.
