Thanks for new release. Can we use this new version on rigs with less than 6 gpus? Does your script automatically detect which version of ccminer to use based on number of gpus/benchmarks?

Can somebody explain this weird situation? I have two rigs that for the last couple of days refuse to do switching routine regulary and just keep on running EWBF. Yet my zpool page shows no equihash earnings, and its full other algo earnings. http://zpool.ca/?address=1PjoqGuqbvB6GVjv8bZmSMxSDRF3nzRmJaI tried restarting Nemos, but it still keeps on using EWBF exclusively.

Chrome, Edge tried them both. Are you on FF perhaps? To be sure that we're "on the same page" (using both meanings of the phrase), you're clicking that link ^^^, going to the FLDC site, and the page never populates after you click on "Show Stats" (not even after 20-60 seconds)? Just tried it on FF in Linux VM and its working fine. No idea why its not working on Windows. When I leave the tab open for couple of minutes, Chrome complains that "page is nonresponsive".

When I click on "show stats", pretty much nothing happens, no numerical output seen at all. .... For the rest of us, it looks like this after clicking: Perhaps you need a better browser... Chrome, Edge tried them both. Are you on FF perhaps?

When I click on "show stats", pretty much nothing happens, no numerical output seen at all. I am going back to folding, this altcoinmining craze has awarded me with half a dozen new 1060s since I stopped folding and started mining all those overpriced shitcoins back in February. So a couple of months, a couple of new GPUS and a few questions: Which Nvidia drivers to use nowadays? Does somebody with 1060 practice power limiting in combination of overclocking core? Would it be safe to set PL to 80% and raise core +150? I learned that trick in altcoin-land I would not like to ruin a perfectly good WU with bad overclock. Thanks. BTW, QuintLeo, thanks for your subtle hints in altcoin forum, they brought me back. I thought that Cure is in much worst shape since Poloniex debacle, now pleasantly surprised.

sorry can't be everyones hero
Yes you can, and now you are getting there. No problem with devfee, problem is lack of transparency regarding it. Thanks for the links to older versions.

Just sort by number of orders and then look for reviews on specific listing. Also make sure to use either air or aliexpress standard shipping, otherwise be prepared for a long wait. Those you linked are ok, but not available. Go ahead and plug one of your 6pin pcie connectors to the riser, just make sure you buy riser with 6pin connector Actually it is the best method of powering risers, so no worries.

Gone back to the 1.7.5 package.
Anybody got a link to 1.7.5? I would like to use it because it just works and has no hidden devfee Much obliged. And, yes, minerx is no longer a hero for me.

No wonder antivirus kicks-in. Every gamecrack on the TPB these days comes with miners. Antivirus is just trying to protect you

Hi guys first post! Been using this miner for a few days on a single GTX 1070. Looking at make the jump to 6 x GTX 1070 cards but I have a query around pcie cables. The best value cards I can get are the MSI gaming x but they require a pcie 8 and 6 cable which would require 12 pcie connections in the PSU. All of the 1200W PSU's only have 6 pcie connections. Would I be able to use a Y-splitter similar to the one shown below to connect a single 8 pin to a dual 6 + 8 pin? The cards underclocked to 65% of TDP draw less than 150W which would be the limit of a single 8 pin pcie. The only alternative I can think of is to go dual PSU route for a total of 12 connections. No need for dual psu with 1200W psu. Just get those cables and do not forget to lower tdp before starting the miners

If others can add to this, maybe i can learn more from it all as well... im just going off of things i have witnessed in my testings...
Well, since you did such a good job at de-mystifying zpools inner workings, maybe you should ask tpruvot about connection between algo intensity and CPU speeds. Anyway, we need more Sherlocks like you on-board.

Anybody knows why?
Thank you[
Try running miner while firefox with HW enabled is On. I'm running mine like that, otherwise clocks like to drop. There is also nvidia-smi but i'm to lazy to setup it properly with commands, firefox in the background fixes it for me. The only thing that make my gpu0 to drop clocks while mining is jriver player in fullscreen mode, that's really weird. If it only drops memory on gpus with no display connected, fiddling with nvidia-smi is probably best solution. Example bat for my gtx970: cd /d "C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\NVSMI" nvidia-smi -i 1 -ac 4005,1402
pause nvidia-smi -ac command works only on maxwell OP has pascal and -ac does absolutely nothing on pascal so FF/chrome with HW acceleration is his best bet

Each pin of a 4 molex is rated by the spec to handle 11 amps which amounts to 132 watts on the 12 volt pin. This idea it can only handle 5 amps is misinformation that is at odds with the official spec.
You can use a single molex to 6 pin no problem, or if you really have to use sata then you need 2 sata to 1 6 pin.
You are right. But read fine print before you connect 6pin to single molex. http://www.playtool.com/pages/psuconnectors/connectors.html#peripheralI would play it safe and use two molex->one 6pin. Same goes for sata to 6 pin.

Those custom intensities introduced for Alexis in 1.7.6 did wonders for one of my 1060 cards that was constantly refusing to work with previous version. What is the default intensity for Alexis anyway? I read somewhere that its default intensities are optimized for 1070. True that? Since only this one problematic 1060 needs custom intensities, would it be advisable to continue using default intensities on other 1060s that work fine on 1.7.5. and use 1.7.6 only on this problematic 1060? I guess running them on default intensities instead on lower ones would improve hashrate? Or did your benchmarks prove that the new custom intensities do not affect hashrate much, and also provide more stability? And thanks again for your work and good luck buying that Asus you linked earlier, but at half the price

Ill explain this for ya some.. i have been experimenting with it and even PM'd Crackfoo about it and this is how Nemo auto miner works..
......
please dont ask me to explain anymore than what i just posted, i am not the original info that this all came from, im just passing on a bunch of info explained to me via various people condensed
The info you posted is most impressive and well articulated. Thank you. Could you please elaborate on this: what i do personally is check the profit rates daily, i normally find the same 3 are the top 3 for me rigs.. so i leave it.. but i remove all the rest to prevent the constant switching from happening.. my profits increased as i dropped to only have 3, because many times a block of data was sent to me to process and i would mine maybe 1 or 2 lines of it and get accepted from the servers, but if the entire block of data given is not processed completely from start to finish when you switch you loose all earnings on that incomplete block, when the immature's do confirmation on those blocks you mined, it see's them as incomplete blocks and rejects them in your earnings.. so every time you switch algo's your tossing small earnings out for not completing them Where do you check for best daily profit rates. Surely not on whatomine, since it does not list all the zpool coins. So I guess you use zpool somehow to trim the number of coins that are in the auto-exchange script. Please share the method of this "trimming down" of coins that end up as immature. I know I have to remove them from the script, ofcourse, but how to determine which ones to remove? Thanks.

How did such promising coin as ZEN ended up so problematic on zpool? It seems to not work most of the time. And (sorry for the OT) is it true that the ZENs lead developer quit or did something nasty? I hear lots of random gibberish these days on these forums.
