1001  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Betcoin.AG fraud on: April 29, 2019, 03:11:57 PM
I believe if you have any strong evidence against bitcoin. AG you should go straight and open a scam accusations against them and from the response of they representative here he try to clear the air on they past fraud issues and how it was resolved but he failed to touch the part where you said they are deleting comments on they official thread and there after locking the thread. But I guest time shall tell since they claim that the project is now under a new management.
1002  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to coins that peeged their ICO to Ethereum? on: April 29, 2019, 02:32:07 PM
It depends on the general market conditions, most tokens operate on the ethereuem blockchain but their token price does not go with ETH because what determine their price is the ability to command high demands in the market and that in most time have to do with the working product that support the token so in this case even if ethereuem price is going down such coin will still be increasing.
1003  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which one is favourite bounty in 2019?? on: April 29, 2019, 02:27:35 PM
Bounty has not been profiting lately because of so many factors such as scam projects and decline in the general cryptocurrency market but despite this there are few bounty campaigns that have earned they users huge return but very few and most of them have not even get listed on exchange but one can see their potential already and being able to earn passive income through staking. But to me this year I have just being following up with new projects but not participating in they Bounty's due to past experience.
1004  Economy / Economics / Re: 100 ways to get Bitcoin, collected on: April 29, 2019, 01:44:16 PM
As an attempt to spread the word about Bitcoin and cryptocurrency we managed to gather long collection of ways how to earn Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. We strongly encourage to at least peek at the list. Maybe you'll find out a way to build a bit more of your portfolio, of course if you are not happy with what you already have.

How to get Bitcoins? 100 ways to earn cryptocurrency.

If you have an idea to expand this base of ways how to acquire crypto, please leave a suggestion.

a good list, and in my opinion, almost all of the ways that have entered the list, just how we will choose the path to get bitcoin and cryptocurrency. But there are some lists that I don't like or suggest I just delete them from the list, like
at number 33. Try to participate in very risky High Yield Investment Programs. This method is high risk and requires a cost that could be a scam and we actually get a loss in the end.
Despite the fact that high risk investment program that the ops mentioned was not specified, but we all know that the entire cryptocurrency industry is all about risk taking. So in my own opinion that point is very effective but were you base your risk on is what matters the is no crypto without risk and every investment involves risk.
1005  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Youtubers promoting bitcoin unexpectedly on: April 29, 2019, 01:34:31 PM
What do you think would make a good channel name? Basics of bitcoin? Bitcoin Brilliance? Bitcoin 101? Bitcoin Learning?

My first video will be going over the whitepaper, my 2nd video will be going over the client (bitcoin core), my 3rd video will be going over safety of your accounts (cold wallets, skeleton keys, leaked data bases, social engineering) my 4th video will be mining, my 5th video will be why not to trust exchanges *cough banks* (mt.gox, quadriga, poloniex to name a few)

I could make over 1000 videos on the subject.
I will make over 1000 videos on the subject.
Your videos will not still be different from 100s of videos on YouTube already, because from what you have mention none state a video about the advantage of using bitcoin or ways to use bitcoin, yes I know you point out safety in protecting wallet what about safety in carrying out transactions on bitcoin. We already have loads of youtubers who have dealt with all those aspects why not try something different. YouTube have been the only source for online video documentary channel for bitcoin and the number of videos promoting bitcoin on YouTube is on the increase on daily basis.
1006  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Mental health awareness friends on: April 29, 2019, 12:35:59 PM
So sorry about that but in all no body have the right to take his own life no matter the the level of your anxiety or depression, we all need to know that depression is developed when you lack the motivation to face life challenges that comes your way. But in all just know that everything fades away with time.

I know that some people view suicide in different ways and you have the right absolutely to your opinion and it often leaves people behind really quite angry. You put the reasons for anxiety and depression and the solution to it so simply, but in all honesty it’s really not simple at all. Regardless of the level of motivation to the individual , that doesn’t always solve life’s challenges. And problems don’t always just fade away like that. From a personal perspective I can say each individual is different but the common trait that people with mental illness share is suffering and it’s a very tough journey for people to overcome it.

This thread might be completely useless , but if it serves any positivity at all then I think I’ve done my friends memory justice . And that makes me happy. Just a simple conversation can be someone’s lifeline.
That right when one is not able to solve life challenges that face him or her on a daily basis it hard to get motivation in such conditions, but the fact still remains the same no sane person will consider taking his own life but to people with mental problems any form of anxiety and depression will high rate of mental instability which in most cases leave them with no choice then to take to suicide. People with mental problems need more love from the society.

1008  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: IS THE LIGHTNING NETWORK UP AND RUNNING on: April 29, 2019, 11:30:59 AM
That is right lightening network is not user friendly because of it high technicalities which have to be followed before establishing a transaction on the network and secondly despite the fact that it transactions fees a low you need to spend extre money to set up the lightening network channel before you are able to send and receive found.
1009  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: U.S. firm Genesis says it loaned more than $1.5 billion in cryptocurrency on: April 29, 2019, 10:52:57 AM
And since the loaned started around 2018 or during the start of the bear market, I'm sure that those who borrowed is just holding it right now because if they sell, then they have lost so much and it's going hard for them to recover and then pay that loan.

It's a calculated risk, but they have to pay the price and it's a lessons for them, bad timing = big lost.
Well they said loan in crypto asset which is my understanding can come in different forms such as load on establishing a virtual business or any other blockchain base projects such as establishment of an exchange and the rest. I quite agree with you on the point of them holding the fun since the loan was acquired in the 2018 bear market era but that will not stop the interest from reading.
1010  Other / Archival / Re: 🎲 Livecasino.io 🎲 on: April 29, 2019, 10:41:59 AM
Hey all!

We have now added a new welcome offer in Livecasino.io for our new customers!

All you need to do is to make a deposit at least mɃ 5, play it through and get mɃ 1 free bets in Onetouch Blackjack Satoshi Classic on the following day!

Check our promo page for more details!
I could have love to try out this new offer but the required amount of deposit is still high, try not to place a required amount of deposit to enjoy the offer just make the offer base on percentage in that way those who deposits a little amount can partake in the offer base on percentage of they amount of deposit.
1011  Economy / Economics / Re: Can you share Bitcoin percentage in your portfolio? on: April 29, 2019, 10:13:09 AM
I have 89$ of my investment in bitcoin and 10% in ethereuem and 1% on other coin's with loads of shitcoins which I accumulate through airdrop. But the only coin my mind is settled on right now is bitcoin and that is why bitcoin is holding the highest percentage in my portfolio.
1012  Economy / Gambling / Re: BEtking.io on: April 29, 2019, 10:04:51 AM
There is "scam" and there is scam, I think betking.io has been called and considered a scam because of the token sale not the casino itself. I have been reading up on that and I have come to agree with both parties here after a while, I am in no way an expert on scams so I do not feel like I have the right to say if a website is scam or not since I am no authority in the subject but the clear signs show that the gambling parts of the casino seem to be working normally and without any issue whereas the token sale and the ICO they did is a by far less than what they promised and totally scammed people out of their money.

So, we can call the ICO a clear scam whereas casino may not be part of the issue in which case how do you gamble in a place where the ICO was scam, how do you know casino won't scam you neither so I get the lack of trust as well.
This is very correct using the system theory if any part of the body is faulty then the whole can not function well, if they ICO have been proven to be scam them even the gambling site is not to be trusted because it a part of the whole system since the same team run the both.
1013  Economy / Gambling / Re: Playnow777 - Sports Betting and Casino Slot on: April 29, 2019, 09:24:23 AM
It is not about the negative rating they have, its why they got it in the first place. Hell I can see STUNNA have some negative trusts written about him and we do not care why? Because we know what primedice and stake is about and how trustworthy Stunna is and so forth, that means when we see negative rating we do not run away, we still stay and think and see if that negative rating means something or not.

Almost ALL casinos have negative ratings about them at one point, the important thing is looking at why and how. These guys are telling a clear lie and constantly double down on the same lie, 5+ million? 1k+? They all look insane, first of all if you are such a great company and such an amazing platform that is already at 25+ staff with bunch of money made, you should definitely consider hiring someone to make this marketing presentation about your company better.

Obviously they are fairly new and have maybe 1 or at max 2 people working on it and maybe barely had 10 customers to them.
Almost all casino have negative rating at some point because it not easy to deal with numerous people, internet break and the hack issue but the majority people we have on this community are people who don't actually find out the real reason behind the red trust issue before they tagged people or project.
Meanwhile, I believe they have learn there lesson because the community prefer honesty than lies.

You are very correct on this one but since the community value reputation cause that is one of the driving forces of the community, no matter what the case may be as long as there is a negative trust the sign is there to trade with caution. I know how hard it is to run a gambling site's considering the risk that in involved but the place of honesty can never be overemphasized.
1014  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why blame people for your failure? on: April 29, 2019, 08:43:58 AM
No team with capacity to sustain they coin will blame bounty hunter for dumping after ICO after all the bounty hunter worked for the rewards so at that they are at free will to do what ever they wish with they coins after ICO. Some team have what we call buy back mechanism because they want to avoid dump and sustainn they market value from dumpers. If a project have a good foundation with working product to support the token they will never be afraid of dump because they already have an existing ecosystem to back they coin up after listing into the exchange.
1015  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All ICO Project Proponents Must Also Submit KYC on: April 29, 2019, 08:38:06 AM
I have never view kyc as a negative development in the cryptocurrency industry because the cryptocurrency space is growing and at that there is a need for individual identification by the team in other to avoid negative usage of the token or coin even down to bounty hunters in that way no body can have double registration. But I support the suggestions that projects owners should also be subjected to some form of regulations and identity verification also so all parties could be protect against fraud.
1016  Economy / Gambling / Re: BEtking.io on: April 29, 2019, 07:33:51 AM
Ohh i see thank god i got cashed earlier today Wink

Not gonna play there anymore

Its an old site and it semed alright weird
Since you said you cash out then probably the gambling site's is still working despite having a scam accusations against for they token sale processes, if the site pays your winning then I don't see any reason to raise any alarm but if you want to move to other gambling site's with clean record that will be fine.
1017  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin - the Chain of Knowledge on: April 29, 2019, 07:27:50 AM
Such an inspiring story, we all have our different story but the most important thing to do at each point is to always transfer the bitcoin knowledge to another person, you where helped and thought by another person you meet on Facebook and now you have shown the same love to a newbie which is correct we all have to learn to show love because bitcoin is big enough for all.
1018  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Price of alts when BTC pumps on: April 28, 2019, 08:10:28 PM
In most cases when bitcoin price pump all other altcoin follows and that same trend of Price pumping but in most cases those holding altcoin will sell for bitcoin to ride with the market wave. So btc control the market in most cases.
1019  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Bald men discrimination on: April 28, 2019, 08:00:36 PM
I noticed that too and it falls in the category of body shaming which I believe is so wrong on all fronts .
I know someone who got so tired of being shamed because of his bald big head to the extent of contemplating suicide..
Discriminating people because for something that is not even their making is bad.

I already said about this earlier if you are bald then don't get ashamed of it,all the discrimination depends on the attitude of yourself.if you think it is more stylish then others will be ready to accept it.
Baldness is not a bad attribute and as long as you don't control it your self and it comes by nature then you have to accept it and move on, there is no point discriminating people with bald nor stop them from taking official positions in work place. I think it depends on societal differences because in my society those with bald are considered to be wise.
1020  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC Trading on Nasdaq is Coming on: April 28, 2019, 07:27:37 PM
Yes it still at it beta testing mode and have not been made official, we will keep looking forward to more coins getting listed on the Nasdaq exchange we need more of such development in the cryptocurrency exchange market because a lot of exchanges are becoming more centralized and regulated.
