1001  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Autopilot Money Method - No dropship/affiliate BS - 20-40$ per day on: December 04, 2017, 09:46:19 PM
Method seems plausible. As OP mentions, it requires a bit of work on a daily basis (especially at the start) with some hope/chance of automating the process.
Personally, the work involved (despite not being overly difficult) won’t be worthwhile for everyone. On the surface it looks a little tedious, but if you’ve got free time and want to earn a little on the side without laying out any capital (other than the method purchase cost) then this could be useful for you.
All in all, I guess it depends mostly on your position and schedule to see whether or not it’s worthwhile. There are plenty of other ways one could spend the same amount of time to get similar profit margins.

NEW QRL VIDEO! Good info for those new to QRL!

great video, is it possible to stake it already?

Really high quality. Well done.

Agreed. Well done! An informational and well made video all round.

Why are you asking for tips for offering a service that is freely available online?

Your title says you have 3 for sale but your post says you have 6?
Don’t expect anyone to buy an iPhone via satoshibox. Nobody on here is silly enough to do that.
Escrow is the only way people would actually consider buying from you.
1006  Economy / Goods / Re: WANTED - Nintendo NES CLASSIC MINI - Ship to UK on: December 03, 2017, 09:23:45 AM
I have one and am considering selling since the kids haven't been playing it very much, nor have we.

It's in excellent condition and includes the original box as well.  Shipping would be around $30 since I'm in the US.

What would your offer be, in BTC?

Somewhere like 0.0075BTC - 0.01BTC  or - shipping

I saw one on eBay the other day for £100 with a best offer available. You might be able to get him/her down a bit.

I respect the humility you've shown here, even though you messed up by offering your services to the prankster.  Sometimes greed can cloud our judgement and make us do ridiculous things.  But your response after the fact shows that you at least have a conscience, which is more than can be said for the rest of these booger-eating morons who would stand on their heads and spit nickels for a few satoshis.  So props to you for this.

Thanks for the kind words. I appreciate it Smiley

Very much agreed, and mind I point out I am not a prankster. This was merely and experiment to expose those who are doing/ acting against the forum rules.
Though I have gained great respect for you AT101ET. Hope you can go back to trading and gaining trust, like you always have. I can sense you have a good mindset, and yes, greed can screw someone's mind up quite easily.

You did a good job. I didn't question your motive or methods at all. It's with thanks to work like this that we can have an open and upstanding quality forum.
Cheers Smiley
1008  Economy / Collectibles / Re: ISO Physical Coins of Low Value on: November 30, 2017, 10:00:00 PM
If you're looking for loaded lower denomination coins with smaller premiums, then;
BTC:
Satori Chips
BTCC Chips
CryptoImperator 10k Bits
Casascius Aluminium Blanks (DIY)
Denarium Coins
LTC:
Lealana Singles
CryptoVest

I'm sure there's a bunch that I'm missing out on. There are also other options you could explore such as the various DIY coins available. If I recall correctly there are some other smaller denomination coins too but they demand a higher premium.
There's a Physical Coin Encyclopaedia somewhere. You could give it a look over to see some other possibilities.
1009  Economy / Reputation / Re: AT101ET - Explanation & Apology on: November 30, 2017, 09:49:48 PM
I probably won't tag you if your trust rating gets nullified. You're a rare case (in that big bunch), along with 1 more person that doesn't deserve a negative tag given the right conditions.

Is it your claim that you only offered to be a shill bumper this one time, in a heated moment of greed?  Or have you been engaged in the paid bumping of announcement threads for an extended period of time?
Correct. I have never been paid or accepted payment to bump a thread before.
Unfortunately for you, there's no way to prove this. Now, if our position were reversed, Quickseller would spam everywhere about the chronic greed of mine as otherwise couldn't be proven. Lucky for you, I am not mentally ill like he is.  Smiley

It seems like it has been.
I agree that my actions weren't ethical but don't see the link between that and my trade history as a buyer/seller. Nonetheless, I am accountable for my actions so I have come to terms with the consequences. I'll have to go about building my trust again. Hopefully we'll get a chance to deal with each other someday and you'll see me for who I really am.
Regarding your last point, I don't know how to prove it. I guess a thorough look through my posting history might be the only way although I don't know if that alone would be enough. Again, you only have my word to go by (which to you may not mean much). I don't know how else to go about it but would be open to suggestions  Smiley
1010  Economy / Collectibles / Re: $50k Casascius Error Coin sold on eBay?? on: November 30, 2017, 08:08:00 PM
madness. i would love to see how many ebay sales of these things wind up going horribly wrong. it seems way too obvious a temptation to me.

what with all the different bitcoins floating around right now there's a whole world of possibilities to fool buyers too.

The past year I've had a gpu sell on there, buyer tried returning after 3 months, paypal sided with me and a buyer tried a dispute about a satori coin and I won.  Although I hear horror stories and I could take the risk with low cost items as if I lost no big deal.  Wonder about anything of decent value in crypto and the outcome if anyone has any stories...
[/quote

What was the dispute about with the Satori coin? I’ve heard stories about buyers trying to return faulty GPUs/CPUs to the sellers claiming that they were faulty when they actually swapped the item for the new one that the seller sent.
I’ve never sold any physical coins on eBay due to the fear of chargebacks. The risk always seemed to outweigh the benift IMO.

If you have keywords then you should be able to export your key (private export key using private key dump command in the console) without the need for a wallet that needs to be synchronized. You can import that key into something like blockchain.info, electrum and the like. If you want to use blockchain make sure to also use 2FA when doing so. Then under Import / Export paste the button and click Add Private button.
It links tutorials to illustrations of them. https://blog.blockchain.com/2014/06/18/tutorial-the-import-export-feature-in-your-blockchain-wallet/. Grin

Don't copy posts. It's unoriginal and unhelpful. besides, if you were going to then at least put some effort into rewording it and by that I don't mean just the first word of the sentence.
1014  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: help please on: November 30, 2017, 04:46:14 PM
sorry.  i downloaded a cold wallet.  so i have been putting in some deposits over the years.   i have the retrieval code.  but not sure what to do next.

By retrieval code, I assume you mean the private key.
You can create a wallet on here: https://blockchain.info - Make sure to use 2FA when doing so.
Then under Import/Export paste the key and click on Add Private key.
Here is their illustrated tutorial. https://blog.blockchain.com/2014/06/18/tutorial-the-import-export-feature-in-your-blockchain-wallet/

May I ask why you want to move them from the cold wallet?
If you want to store them long term than an offline wallet is the best option.
1015  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN AT $10,000!!! History in the making on: November 30, 2017, 04:41:22 PM
As CryptoBull said: 'Hoping we stay inside the elipse. If we touch the cloud we might trigger some rain again. You should bring your umbrella just in case.'

Hopefully not...let the strong wind of BTC sweep up further up

I think this is the small correction we've been anticipating. As it approached the $10k mark it was getting a lot of hype and media attention (people I haven't spoken to in years began asking me how to buy in). I think $10k was the point in which many holders were happy to sell at. The two combined caused the huge change we see yesterday. Outlets pounced on that and decided to label it as the 'bubble crash we've all been waiting for' prompting others to sell.
Nothing serious to worry about. We've only seen the start of things. 2018 has high hopes for BTC!
1016  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: help please on: November 30, 2017, 04:37:37 PM
Are you sing Bitcoin Qt (core wallet) or another type?
If you have the password then you should be able to export your keys (export priv key using the dumpprivkey command in the console) without needing the wallet to sync.
You can import the key into something like blockchain.info, electrum and the like.
1017  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: What if Exodus shuts down (Wallet) on: November 30, 2017, 04:12:03 PM
Hi,

what will happen if the Exodus Company shuts down or just vanish.
Will the Programm on the Computer still work and i will be able to transfer the funds to somewhere else?
Same question about other wallets and the ledger wallet but exodus is the most important.

And does someone know a good offline wallet for ripple? I tried rippex or RippleAdminConsole-1.4.1 called but its just not accepting my password so i will defnitly not put any coins in this wallet because i reset this wallet already twice.

Kind regards Florian

You should be able to export all your funds out using the private keys / seeds they provided you with.

http://support.exodus.io/article/77-does-exodus-have-advanced-export-options
http://support.exodus.io/article/86-how-can-i-view-my-private-keys

Here's how you are able to export your private keys into another wallet, in case they go down.

This^.
Online wallets and exchanges are not recommended for storing coins in the long run. You want to ensure that you're using a client/app that gives you full access and control to the private keys to allow you to move your coins when you please.
1018  Economy / Collectibles / Re: $50k Casascius Error Coin sold on eBay?? on: November 30, 2017, 04:01:37 PM
Can you sell any item on eBay and not take PayPal?

Yes

You can ask for PayPal, BT and cash on collection if I recall correctly, but buyers prefer PayPal as they get buyer protection with it and usually always get favourably ruled if it ever escalates to a dispute.
1019  Economy / Reputation / AT101ET - Explanation & Apology on: November 30, 2017, 03:52:25 PM
Hey,

I felt like I needed to do this for my own conscience.

As you may/may not be aware, I was called out for offering to bump an ICO ANN thread over here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2477918.msg25363037#msg25363037

The post was deleted but that is the thread.

This was my PM:

I discussed this briefly with Lauda and aTriz
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2477918.msg25462919#msg25462919
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2477918.msg25479739#msg25479739
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2477918.msg25489076#msg25489076
but there is no way that I can prove my intentions so we have to leave it at my word against theirs. They do an excellent job on the forum and I respect their views despite not fully agreeing in this case

I do concede that what I did was wrong. My intent wasn’t malicious and I meant what I said in my PM about only posting fairly and honestly. Having been said, in retrospect, I agree 100% that I should never have even contemplated to offer my service even if my posts would have been unbiased. Being paid to bump a thread is unethical and I hold my hands up to that.

For those that have traded with me in the past, I’m sure you know that I am a trustworthy and reliable person. I was greedy and slipped up. This should never have happened and for that I do apologise.

Consequently, I have decided to take a break  from all signature campaigns and all forms of paid promotions. I will resume my normal activity on the forum posting genuinely in all threads that I am interested in. I will continue to try and contribute to the forum as best I can, calling out on scams, questioning the legitimacy of posts and reporting any content that breaches forum rules or that has been posted incorrectly.

As a legendary member on here (since 2013) I admit I should have known better.
I truly am sorry and hope that I can prove myself to you all again.

It has also been pointed out here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1702409.msg25474860#msg25474860 that my account and the account ‘SHIBANU’ are linked.
I do not deny this in the slightest. I worked for SHIBANU and my identity was never kept secret. The company records are public and can be found freely online. Anyone who has traded with me has my personal details and this can be verified.
My work with SHIBANU was 100% legitimate and together with a couple of others we sold (what I believe) to be a great product at an affordable price. There was only one issue the company encountered which involved the pouches that the coins were shipped in but this was quickly rectified. See here:

SHIBANU has since stopped trading. I have a personal project that I have been working on for some time now which I hope to announce in the somewhat near future. I put a lot of time into it and utilised the services offered by a fantastic designer here on the forum (more details will be provided once it is complete).

I hope that clears up any confusion and I really hope that I can prove myself to you all again and justify the green trust I used to have next to my username.

Thanks

————————————————————

P.S I have opted to self-moderate this thread to avoid hate and spam. I want this to be an open discussion and as such I invite all to post freely. Having been said my actions do not warrant any abuse or hate (or random irrelevant newbie posting). I will address all posts as best I can.
