1001  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I've got $20k to invest. Please recommend! on: March 29, 2016, 01:13:31 PM
invest in a strong altcoin, you will be rewarded up to 1k%, strong alt like lisk decred ethereum are all good investment, for easy money

i would not invest in anythign else, unless you have cheap electricity

Ethereum and the other coin you mentioned are already pumped (nearly?) to their limits.

What profit can you get from these coins beside riding the daily ups & downs?

How Did You Calculate The Pumping Limit Of mETH?

I just like to know the formula so I can use it when people pull facts out their ass
1002  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I've got $20k to invest. Please recommend! on: March 27, 2016, 07:20:02 PM
£20 could set you up with an awesome hot dog stand. By Selling low cost hot dogs to drunken fools at football matches you could turn your £20k into £100k in less than a year.

Beware the hot dog mafia though that jeaously guard their patch. also unscruptulous hod dog suppliers that fill their hot dogs with pig bottoms and cow kneecaps. Drunk punters are required in such circumstnaces
1003  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: New Project; Distributed Hierarichical Blockchain on: March 27, 2016, 04:38:41 AM
We're at this point, bitcoin is being labelled as a known Ponzi. Implementing the blokchain in a hierarchical format will surely make the suspicion come true .The model you proposed doesn't look distributed but more centralized.A node will have basically two more child nodes with more leaf nods. The parent node shall have a Root Node.Seems like a Pyramid scheme to me.

I've read better critiques on the back of cornflake boxes. Nga you cray

However, you are probably right about the name though... the name of the project shall now be: Distributed Blockchain Hierarchy Project
1004  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / New Project; Distributed Hierarichical Blockchain on: March 26, 2016, 02:12:34 PM
Dear  Friends,

Following some considerable analysis, we have concluded that the monolitihic structure of the Blockchain is preventing it from scaling efficiently. This results in confirmation slowness, storage inefficency and mining centralisation

We are proposing a new hierarchically distributed  blockchain structure to address this situation. We are calling it Project Blockchain-Pyramid

Briefly outlined:

1 The monolithic blockchain is re-expressed as a set of blockchain nodes each distributed to a partition of the total mining pool
2) Indexes exists with blockchain node to represent a connected hierarchy of nodes
3) New blockchain nodes are created dynamically as the total sum of transcations grows
4) As a result the size of each node grows at ln(n) rather than n

The result of this is that small miners will once again be able to participate, transactions will be faster and storage of the blockchain will be less of a problem

Anyone wishing to participate in Blockchain-Pyramid type content below vvvv

Best way to invest 20k is in a greyhound  or a hot dog stall

Or both as a hedge againts the dog being a rubbish runner

1010  Economy / Economics / Independant Scotland to adopt Bitcoin! on: February 16, 2014, 10:40:56 AM
Apart from not giving a fuck either way, I've been pondering the consequences of Scotland leaving the UK and becoming independent.

The UK says that an independent Scotland will not be allowed to use the pound, leaving two choices: the Kraut dominated Euro or make their own currency.

I propose the following solution: Scotland adopts a basket-pegged national currency that includes Bitcoin, gold and a bunch of other stuff!

People will see Scotland as pioneering, confident and innovative rather than a bunch of deep fried chocolate gobbling smackheads.
1011  Local / Español (Spanish) / Re: BTC con Moneybookers, PayPal, CC, Transferencia bancaria, paysafecard, Ukash on: January 01, 2014, 07:42:19 PM
Skrill/Moneybookers are scumbags. They keep money if your account is inactive for a period and call it "maintainance charges". Its in the small print so they have no comeback. They lost a lot of business from me through this shitty lowlife theft.
1012  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Chargebacks on: January 01, 2014, 07:35:55 PM
In nearly all the posts I read regarding Bitcoin people mention that irreversible transactions are fantastic and the way forward.

I can understand this from the point of view of businesses but not from the point of view of the consumer. Why would people switch to start paying in BTC if they have no comeback should whatever it is they purchased not be as described or not received?

I read it all the time, people saying how they sent x thousands of $ to a random company they found on the internet in expectation that they would receive BTC in return - of course many people get ripped off and have no comeback as they are sending payments by non reversible methods.

If Bitcoin will continue to gain ground it will not only change how payments are sent and received but will change the very nature of how things are done leading to a survival of the fittest scenario where people not blessed with a large amount of common sense end up penniless and destitute.

I have read so many sob stories on this forum from people who have sent money for BTC to a company with no address listed on their site based in some backward country that it makes you think how could someone be so stupid? I have also read recently someone who sent money 3 times to the same company as each time they gave an excuse as to why they needed more? I mean come on!

Just wondering if the general consensus from long time Bitcoin users is that if someone is stupid enough to send money to a company that is so obviously not legitimate they deserve to loose their money?

The solution is simple, a thrid party middle man to act as honest broker -> a quick fortune to be made here

1017  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think some countries already adding BTC to their reserves? on: December 23, 2013, 08:51:44 PM
The recent China dump was a deliberate act of market manipulation by the Chinks to lower BTC price and allow China to add to its reserves... FACT!

Any country lumbered with USD will be unofficially buying BTC

You need to get your facts straight. China simply wanted to keep bitcoin separate from the banks and their fiat currency. When you put your fiat money do you really know what happens to it? Do you know the long-term damage that is caused to the government and the banking system when you take your fiat money out and put it into a digital currency like bitcoin? It doesn't sound like you do otherwise you wouldn't be making this accusations about China.

Banks aren't going to go down without a fight, expect to see more of this around the world and at the same time the media outlets reporting as they want you to see it an hear it but not what really is going on. Smiley

This is why I don't rarely watch the news on the TV, and see why now with the control the media has over people like yourself why the "wealthy" not the "rich" are raised without a TV.

Sorry buddy, could you re-phrase this rambling gibberish into a succinct and coherent arguement?

I restate: The Chinks deliberately manipulated the Bitcoin market recently so they could add it to their reserves... still a FACT!

the chinese goverment could buy every  coin in the exchanges if they wanted to
the fed is not the only one who can print shitloads of cash with nothing behind it lol
there would be no need to crash the price to get it cheaper for the likes of the chinese govt

The best method is still a market crushing news flash so the chinks can buy out panicking yanks....
