1001  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] 42 | + | + super rare + | + | + | + only 42 coins to be mined + | + | + | on: January 16, 2014, 04:43:54 PM
Hi can someone help, I'm trying to mine 42 solo, but I keep getting Invalid user when I start up CgMiner.
I haven't had any problems mining other coins solo. I've set up the conf file as you normally would have tried many time but to no avail.

Thanking you in advance

do u have downloaded the 42 blockchain and running the wallet?

Yes all good on that front, wallet is in sync.

Conf file all good
Bat file all good

it just won't connect. : invalid user

then look again at conf and bat file, if everything is correct - look at user and pw. is the 42.conf in the right folder? %AppData% -> 42

Conf file in the right place yes, thanks for the help I'll keep persevering, I think this coin has potential.

Same problem here, don't know what I'm doing wrong. keep getting

probing from an alive pool
pool 0 slow/down or url, or credentials invalid

yet I'm solo mining with cgminer and not joining a pool?

wat.

wtb: as many coye as you're willing to part with for 0.04 btc
1003  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Coinyeeeee Buy/Sell Thread on: January 14, 2014, 05:29:14 PM
It's funny on 0daycoins there are only 2 buy orders for coinye the rest are sell orders

Buy Orders BTC -> COYE

Sum   Rate   Total
3.11145055 BTC   0.00000002   155572527.5 COYE
20.87003943 BTC   0.00000001   2087003943 COYE
I think the site owners are trying to drive the price down so they can buy it all up.

I haven't and never will trust that 0daycoins site...sorry people got taken, but it seems there's a lot of bitter feelings towards this coin from people that were taken.  Unfortunately, that's what happens when you put 'trust' into a new site...plus it looked primitive/corny as hell.  The buy and sell orders aren't even clickable...and most likely are completely bogus.

However, a shady exchange site is not a reflection on the coin itself....but I think a lot of trash talk on the coin in here should be kept to the official coinye thread in the alt section...not the buy/sell section.

Also, please keep all the 'i told you so/your stuff is worthless' comments to pm's...just makes you look bitter.  People can ask whatever they want on stuff THEY own...if you don't like their price keep it moving...no need to flame.  After all, you're the buyer, not the seller.

Thanks.

Not sure if you have noticed, but there's a panic in the air.

Developer is selling the whole project.

Get at IRC, check reddit.

DUMP ALL YOUR COINS FAST.

You have an URL to reddit?
No, google it. I closed the tab and I wont bother looking at history for this coin Smiley

( I'm no spreading FUD. )

I just checked the coinye official twitter and the reddit page.  No mentions of anything about panicing or developer selling project.  In fact, they're on the verge of going live with the devoted coinye exchange.  So uh...what's your sauce?
http://www.reddit.com/r/coinyewest/comments/1v6iu3/lead_coinyecoin_devs_turning_project_over_to/

Enjoy.

lol I couldn't even find that thread in the new tabs...only 2 replies?  I don't buy it.  Plus, no mention on the official twitter.  I would 'think' the devs would make some mention of that on the official twitter.

https://twitter.com/CoinyeCoins

Seems more like a troll attempt than anything.

WTS 30M for 2.5BTC or any good offer will be taking into account.
Pm me for more info. (ESCROW only)

LOL  Smiley

Some people still haven't woke up...  Smiley

Hurry up, you can get for real 0.59 BTC for your 30m. Probably within hours you can get 0, nada, nix, nothing...

PM me when you wake up.

So you are the one from these good guys who helps people in trouble?

No, I am the guy who has offer for 0.024 BTC/million from somebody. But this is dropping fast. I am not doing charity, when he'll pay me less, then I buy with less too.

So if it's dropping so fast, going to be dead why you are buying? You want to lost your money?

It's called trolling and fear mongering.

Happens all the time on ebay.  'hey, this item is dropping in price quick, sell it to me off ebay for 50% off, because I said it's junk.'
1008  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Coinyeeeee Buy/Sell Thread on: January 14, 2014, 09:56:18 AM
ITT: fear mongering

hahaha, if you guys are so sure it's dropping fast, then by all means buy from 0daycoins...plus you won't get scammed Smiley

Also, if you're so sure that it's going to 0, then you sure are doing yourself a disservice by throwing your money away, even at your supposed 1 satoshis.

Troll harder bro.
1009  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Coinyeeeee Buy/Sell Thread on: January 14, 2014, 08:23:35 AM
The coin is gonna die. People are selling at 0.00000001 BTC from earlier 0.00000010 BTC.

Huge dumping is going on...

Please show me these people.  Because I will buy all of it, right now.

I knew it was a scam.

When will people ever learn?
1012  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [SHS] Shares [Second Generation Crypto Currency] [Project Announcement] on: January 13, 2014, 08:20:07 AM
I'll finally admit that I took all the investors money and tried to blame it on the Chinese Devs. This is the whole story, I was contacted by Chinese Devs on New Years about Shares. It seemed all legit and they sent me the Client and everything and they wanted me to post it . So I did and posted a Bitcoin Wallet that was in control by me and the Chinese Devs. Eventually after I saw all the money piling up I kinda got greedy. I said WOW look at all this money that I could have!!! So I devised a plan to steal the BTC and blame it on the Chinese Devs. Now knowing what I have done is big which could send me to Jail, I started to send out refunds to everyone. At First I had good intentions but after seeing how much money investors were throwing at Shares I got greedy. I'm still sending out refunds and only have a few btc left to give out. I'm sincerely sorry and once this is all done I will be gone off the forums for ever.

inb4 as big a revelation as people's reactions when Ricky Martin came out of the closet

We already knew.  But I guess maybe perhaps posting that gave YOU some kind of moral relief.    Or perhaps you finally just realized you didn't cover your tracks well enough, and there will eventually be a large russian with an ak-47 knocking at your door asking for the refunds.

In any case, at least you've began the rebuilding process by refunding a few individuals.  But I'm pretty sure you have a LOT more funds from laundering that you're withholding from refunding everyone in full.

By the way, I still think your entire story about 'shares' and 'clients' and 'chinese devs' all complete BS.  None of it ever existed.  This was a scam devised by you and only you...for only your good.
1013  Economy / Lending / Re: Islamic Bank of Bitcoin - LOANS on: January 13, 2014, 08:04:37 AM
Greetings,

Seeking a 0.3btc loan to be paid within 2 weeks in full.

Or can pay back immediately if you accept other-than-btc payment methods?  Want to make additional investments in some coins while the btc price is still reasonable, and my coinbase account is limited in purchase amounts within the 30 day sign up period.

I know this is pretty much a shot in the dark, but hopefully you might be able to help!

(by the way, this is an incredibly generous service on your part)

btc address: 1pxyH3rfNYHnsMPde4wGLEkGbLBgLXjvd

Again, expecting nothing to materialize of this, but if you are able to offer...I'd be greatly appreciative.  Could send my remaining COYE balance (~1.5m coye coins) as collateral, if need be.
1014  Economy / Lending / Re: Seeking 0.3btc loan with immediate compensation/repayment on: January 13, 2014, 05:00:07 AM
Alternatively if anyone knows of any site where I can purchase btc's IMMEDIATELY in a quantity of over 1.0btc instantly (no grace period), I'd be more than grateful for the suggestion!!
See if okpay.com is suitable for your needs ...

I've heard of it, and I think I'd be open to it.  Do you have a simple summation of the fees on 3 x (~$90) transactions?

Thanks
1015  Economy / Lending / Re: Seeking 0.3btc loan with immediate compensation/repayment on: January 13, 2014, 01:17:07 AM
Just to add:

I can send paypal gift payments first on my side (gift payments are non refundable or reversible) in small increments (say $80 each?) until the full 0.3btc is paid off.  Or whatever other online payment form you can think of.
1016  Economy / Lending / Seeking 0.3btc loan with immediate compensation/repayment on: January 12, 2014, 11:19:27 PM
Okay, so here goes.

I'm humbly seeking a 0.3 btc loan under the conditions that I can repay you immediately through any online service payment program (be it paypal gift, gift cards, etc...so long as those methods do not have outrageous service fees for a transaction of this size).  Looking to stock up on more COYE coins while the gettin' is good.  (or perhaps shooting myself in the foot? who knows)

Here's the hitch: I HAVE more than adequate money to buy multiple btc's, but honestly have no clue WHERE to purchase them INSTANTLY without jumping through a million hoops and having to divulge basically everything short of a blood sample.   Am already a member of coinbase, but unfortunately the darn site limits me to 0.1btc max instant purchases every week until my initial 30 day trial period is up (which is about 3 weeks from now).  So I guess, alternatively...if the lender HAS to have bitcoins as repayment, I could repay 0.32btc directly from my coinbase account on February 9th.  But I'd prefer to just pay you back immediately via an online form of payment.

You can check my trust, albeit not quite an accomplished resume...but I can provide all the proof you need up front via pm's upon request.  Figure this would also be a good way to help gain additional trust on this forum with an established member(s).

Alternatively if anyone knows of any site where I can purchase btc's IMMEDIATELY in a quantity of over 1.0btc instantly (no grace period), I'd be more than grateful for the suggestion!!

Thank you for your consideration.
1017  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Coinyeeeee Buy/Sell Thread on: January 12, 2014, 12:54:11 PM
Say whatever you want about coye, but this buy/sell thread is already one of the biggest threads in this sub-forum only a few days after release.  There is obviously a good amount of buy/sell activity with this coin, which = activity which = interest.  A coin is only as good as its relevancy.

That is all I have to say about that.
1018  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Coinyeeeee Buy/Sell Thread on: January 12, 2014, 12:04:33 PM
0.05 btc left

looking for around 500k coye or as close to it as possible.  Please let me know, thank you!
1019  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Coinyeeeee Buy/Sell Thread on: January 12, 2014, 10:51:00 AM
wtb: as much coinye as you're willing to sell for 0.1btc

Preferably 1 mill coinye for my 0.1btc

you go first unless you have good references.  My trust is in my profile.

Glad he finally made good on it.  Most of us weren't so fortunate and had assholes straight up scam us.  However, he probably should have contacted you right after telling you what was up.
