Well yes, Max could warn us about his plans, he is not obliged to do it. The system open source and platform developed exactly for people to use at their own, to build new projects, platforms and etc. Everyone from community, holders and founders have this right. If not Max, sooner or later it could be someone from you. But honestly I'm very happy that Max did it first. He have great experience, he is a real hard-working man, very delegated to job. I know him personally, met him in Germany, he is a very bright and smart guy. I'm sure he will spread Lisk to whole blockcain world by pushing more on pr and marketing.
I hope ICO funds be enough and let do a really great job to bring the platform to the world. We in Crypti pushed on development and did a great job having a great platform as a result. Unfortunately no money left for marketing and further development. And for me personally Lisk is the same project with the same idea we wanted bring to the world. For me nothing changed. Same platform which can become more powerful with the new ICO.
Especially I'm more calm and confident in success knowing that Max is the one who will continue our great job. That's why I and our team including Boris support Max and wish him success. It can't be done here in Germany so fast (would move the ICO approx 2 month later) and sometimes it is wiser to wait for some feedback from the ICO. I recommend this NGO, because it save approx. 30% - 50% taxes at the beginning, which should be better invested into the coin. And it shows to all dapp developers some stability, trust and the aim to support the coin for longtime. My guess -and it is only a guess - is that he is applying the 15% bonus to coins that are not supposed to get that bonus. These is no place to go with an automated program and get the 15% / 10% / 5% / 0% reward totals. I have been tabulating it manually at the changeover times. If he agrees that is the problem, he can use numbers fron my spreadsheet to correct any bonus problems in his code. |

As a potential investor in Lisk, i find this thread absolutely repulsive. I'm sorry to say this but you guys will never attract real strong hands that will build something of real value on this platform if 99% of this thread is nothing but a bunch of excitable people yelling ROI! If I understand correctly, if the amount of BTC doubles, we will receive 2x less lisk, but the price of one lisk will be multiplied by two. So the ROI should stay the same no ? OK, I am finished tinkering with my new spreadsheet that maps out the Lisk ICO progress on a day-to-day basis. It's not perfect but everything lines up well enough for now. One of these are "real" and the other three are "being created out of thin air". This is not a scam, this is how the real world operates. Every business in the world has "infrastructure expenses", "advertising expenses" and "management expenses" that exist and have to be paid for outside of their "cash in the bank". So does Lisk. This is all going exactly as everybody agreed to in the Terms and Conditions you read before donating any "real" BTC. The "real" BTC are of course the actual BTC donations, and these are currently around 64.4% of total market cap - a very healthy number, I think. The other three categories of "effective" BTC being "created" within Lisk are the promised early participation bonuses, the Crypti transfer, and the Lisk Foundation treasury. As of today there are no more early participation bonus BTC being "created", so for the rest of the ICO there will only be additions to market cap by the other two. Ultimately the financing of the "created" BTC listed here comes through acceptance by the public of Lisk as a strong coin that will deliver new tech. Such acceptance comes at the exchanges when we get there. Once the market judges the future potential of Lisk and sets a price per Lisk above the launch price - THAT'S when all of these "created" BTC become "real". And that's gonna happen. Making sausage is not a pretty process but in the end it tastes great. I don't think any other cryptocoin has been this open with its numbers behind the curtains. If you mapped out the ICO of every other coin in this manner, including Ethereum, I think few if any of them would have numbers that look as good as these. I believe Lisk can hold its head high about and be very proud about how they have organized their ICO.
