1001  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: About Bitcoin Cash? on: September 21, 2017, 11:30:07 PM
Bitcoin cash price is higher than any other altcoins, but it's stuck over there without any chance to increase even further.
Altcoins prices always depend on bitcoin price, whenever bitcoin rise up or fall down, altcoins follow it.
Current situation for bitcoin price isn't so good and the price seems decline rather than increase, hardly to break $4000 mark at this point.
1002  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Taxless and free society? on: September 21, 2017, 11:21:15 PM
If they can buy a big land and regulate it as they want, it maybe a good way for them to live freely from taxes.
But it should be established outside the territory of a country, as govs could claim to collect the tax from their land.
US or Europe area isn't a good option to avoid taxes, so they may choose a land in the middle of nowhere in Asia continent.
1003  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: First cryptocurrency dedicated imageboard - TalkCoins.org on: September 21, 2017, 11:10:56 PM
Your site need a better design, for better interface. Honestly, it looks boring and only few people who want to post in your thread.
There are some similar sites that trying to compete with bitcointalk, but stand no chance, just like altcoins compete with bitcoin.
Well, we can't say 'compete', but at least your site should be able to contribute more, giving more information than just trying to copy this forum.
1004  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Is Falling Down? on: September 21, 2017, 11:01:18 PM
Bitcoiners eyes all over the world are on China govs, people are getting ready to dump their bitcoin again just in case China regulators completely ban bitcoin, including mining pools. Current price keep declining since few hours ago, not sure why but maybe it will continue to drop.
It's inevitable how the market react according to China regulation about bitcoin, since there are more good news about bitcoin development in Japan and Russia.
1005  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-09-21] Russian Governor Invites Cryptocurr. Miners to Set Up Mining Farms on: September 21, 2017, 10:45:05 PM
They should just regulate about bitcoin and exchanges to prevent any problem in the future just like in China.
If they want to adopt bitcoin, legalize it as legal payment is a good thing to encourage more people, business and companies to use bitcoin.
But at least miners have invited to set up the mining farms and the best thing is they have cheap electricity from NPP.
1006  Economy / Economics / Re: SEC Hack, what does it mean to you? on: September 21, 2017, 10:24:55 PM
Not affecting some people who do not trade obviously, even not affecting bitcoin environment significantly if I may say.
They got information about publicly traded companies, so they may be able to manipulate trade activities somehow.
We don't know about it yet, as SEC refuse to give further information, only time will reveal the truth.
1007  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Tlind Messenger on: September 21, 2017, 03:43:08 PM
You want to start preICO in 4 days but didn't mention about ANN Thread? How we gonna reviews or give recommendations for your project without read any further information and details? Second thing is; are you serious with this project or just a way to collect more money? You should start some campaigns and bounties to spread the words about your messenger app.
1008  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Low Trade Volume on: September 21, 2017, 03:02:23 PM
Cryptocurrencies trading is a risky activity obviously, you should aware what's going on in the market, current price seems on the brink due to Chinese regulators investigating cryptocurrency trading and shut down most exchanges in there. That's why, bitcoin, ethereum and most coins prices decline rather than increase.
1009  Economy / Economics / Re: the great drop in price "What if?" on: September 21, 2017, 02:26:48 PM
Let's say that the bitcoin price drops to 300$ for some reason tomorrow. What would happen to the further development of bitcoin? Would that mean that the bitcoin may never recover due to lot's of businesses, that have implemented it, dropping out due the instability of it? What would that mean for you?

I'm interested in the events in case of btc price drops significantly and how would that effect the entire concept of bitcoin and crypto currencies.

Lets assume it will gonna happen someday, there will be a sign/news before it happen, maybe bitcoin nodes get cracked/hacked or something big like most countries ban bitcoin. I will sell all of my bitcoin immediately, waiting bitcoin drop to $300, and buy back as much as I've sold before. I believe bitcoin will rise again, even though it takes years, so I will be waiting, end of case.
1010  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BELIEVE I HAVE BEEN HACKED.. on: September 21, 2017, 01:38:21 PM
WAtch out for Ultra coin,.. didn't do my research and tried to install qt to phone... asked to install Ministro II and it downloaded all my information from phone... I'm preparing for an unslaught of cyber hacking. FUCK MY LIFE

So what happened? What do you loss? You mean your information was engraved in your phone? What sort of information is that? Ministro II, if it's a harmful app will probably removed by Google but still it's not and honestly widely being used at some cases.

So what exactly do you loss on the way?

I don't get it either, there's no loss right?
Op said; didn't do my research. What this is mean? But install Ministro II. If you have huge amount of bitcoin, better to keep it in offline wallet. And do not keep private information, but seems impossible as our daily life always around mobile phone.
1011  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitmixer.io - Every end is a new begining on: September 21, 2017, 08:00:26 AM
Bitcoin mixer closed and create another chance for others to start a new mixer. Yes, we are wondering why they stopped their services without any further explanation but only stated bitcoin created not for anonymous. Only Government could force such action to close bitmixer. But, I agree that everyone has a right to protect their privacy, to not being traced by everyone, no need to do illegal transactions if you want to use a mixer.
1012  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-09-19] China Bans Bitcoin Executives From Leaving the Country on: September 21, 2017, 06:43:40 AM
What's going on in there, maybe there was some illegal activities using bitcoin in China, so they bans all exchange executives from leaving the country. But, the most important thing is huge mining pools in there, how they will pay their expenses without convert bitcoin into fiat currency since China government even prohibit over the counter trading. Hopefully it will not affect the market once again and let other miners all over the world to take their place to process bitcoin transactions.
1013  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Btc drop near 2k? on: September 20, 2017, 11:54:56 PM
Few days ago, bitcoin dropped back to $2987 as the lowest price after china crackdown exchanges and halt cryptocurrencies trading.
But, I doubt if bitcoin could drop to $2K, you can expect $2800 but not less than that. A storm from China has ended, even though regulators shut down all exchanges in there, people will not intrigued to sell off again, but how if they state mining pools mining bitcoin is illegal? Fortunately they do not.
1014  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-09-20] Segwit2X: the broken agreement on: September 20, 2017, 11:38:14 PM
Many people have predicted that segwit will be activated but without 2Mb hard fork.
Hard fork is necessary if segwit can not solve scale problem, we may need another hard fork if more adopters join in bitcoin environment, but for now segwit seems could afford current transactions, we pay low fees even though still have to wait for an hour to be confirmed.
1015  Economy / Economics / Re: Is NOW the best time to buy or enter in bitcoin? on: September 20, 2017, 12:00:24 AM
Whenever dip happen is a good time to buy bitcoin, especially few days ago when bitcoin price dropped to $3000.
It takes a few hours before it rise over $3300 and slowly increase a bit and 4 days later bitcoin recover to $4000.
Even though bitcoin price always fluctuate, at least we know it always recover and will reach another ATH in soon or later, it just time matter.
1016  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: I am Planning to make my own Exchange on: September 19, 2017, 11:48:25 PM
Depend on, where do you live? Some countries have different regulations about this obviously.
How much money you have to make an exchange? Do you know how to develop it?
If you want to start an ICO in order to collect funds, what is the difference with another project with the same idea?
1017  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The future of Ethereum (ETH) on: September 19, 2017, 04:42:39 PM
ETH has the smart contract which oftenly used by so many ICO projects, don't you think by that ETH will really have long lifespan because there'll always people buying ETH for the sake of following ICOs?
it's an enough answer about the future of ethereum, and also once it changed to PoS, people will crazy buying eth for staking

I really remember when eth was $22 in the early of this year and could reach over $400, current price is around $287, no doubt eth price will rise again sinve most ICO support and offers, or using ethereum blockchain which encourage people to buy more ethereum. But, it's not for long term I guess. Look at the charts, check the trading volume and the fluctuation of eth. Normally, any good news about particular coins will make the price increase, but whenever bitcoin price fall down, most coins will follow to decline as well, bitcoin price has increase, so does ethereum. But, be careful if eth rech $380 levels, most companies and project devs may sell huge amount of eth to get cash in order to cover their expenses.
1018  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Genesis Mining is Going Public…will own 30% of HIVE to be listed September 18th on: September 19, 2017, 03:26:44 PM
Looks like genesis mining keep attracted more investors to have the hash power shares on their cloud mining.
A long way to read and have some time to digest the information, but I am sure a huge influx of money will join to cloud mining.
A good thing to have several huge cloud mining to compete with China mining pools, this is a strict competition of hardware and smart solution to solve every precious block into blockchain.
1019  Economy / Speculation / Re: China banning bitcoin is the oldest trick in the book on: September 18, 2017, 03:16:35 PM
indeed in the beginning of China forbade the release of bitcoin bitcoin prices dropped dramatically because china does affect most of the market, but can not deny bitcoin shot up again, this morning I saw bitcoin prices reached 3900 us dollars.

China doesn't affect shit.
it is the stupid market that reacts to stupider news Cheesy and that is different.

it may have been any other news. we have had a lot of them this year alone but everyone seems to have forgotten that! the FUD about split which came at least 3 times. once because of BU, another because of hashrate changing and another for August split. there was also another huge one back in ETF time which was rejected. all these had nothing to do with China! and yet they were big.

I think so, the most important thing in the latest crash come from people who wants to get profits by sell at the higher rate at buy back when bitcoin fall down, by riding the bad news. The proof of bitcoin market still immature and can be easily manipulated by fud news and old tricks.
1020  Economy / Economics / Re: The Chinese propaganda on: September 17, 2017, 11:58:43 PM
I definitely not involved in crypto world 5 years ago, any link to source of the news?
China government have their own reasons to do whatever they want, including ban exchanges or maybe bitcoin in the future without tell the truth.
The latest crash of bitcoin price just another clue for everyone about how volatile bitcoin if facing uncertain regulation in big country like China which most biggest mining pools located in there.
