1001  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin cannot drop in price on: July 03, 2017, 02:46:47 PM
And remain the No. 1 cryptocurrency at that

If we are to cut the crap and face the facts, Bitcoin is at the top of cryptocurrencies simply because it has managed to attract the biggest amount of fiat (dollars, euro, etc) compared to other currencies (note that this has nothing to do with the so-called "market cap"). And it did so because it has been outpacing most other coins in terms of generating profits in the long term (while generating less losses when it didn't fare quite well, say in 2014-2015), apart from being the first mover, of course. Some coins have recently been (or had been in the past) more profitable than Bitcoin but they all lacked consistency, i.e. the capability of generating profits over long enough time frames. Conversely, if Bitcoin starts generating losses and that wouldn't be temporary while some other currency shows more profitability over the same time span, people will start losing interest in Bitcoin as a speculative asset and turn toward that currency. The inference is that if you want to make Bitcoin die a painful and miserable death, you should, first, make its prices at least stagnant, and, second, pour enough cash into some other coin (more or less decent in terms of technology behind it, say, Litecoin) while (and this is the most important point here) keeping this growth for a certain period of time until the process turns self-sustainable and self-reinforcing

That might not make a lot of sense in the past when Bitcoin was strong (since that would be outright prohibitively expensive), but things may change if, for example, Bitcoin fails to scale successfully. In fact, it may happen even without external and deliberate influence but just because of Bitcoin price declining for a sufficient amount of time on its own. And this is the point I want to discuss

In long term, obviously  good suport economic so cannot drop in Bitcoin price.
Absolutely. Bitcoin has variations to engaged in the economy. The rate of bitcoin may be in a lower point but it rises as soon as the economic growth develops. It's like supply and demand case wherein the product rises when there is scarcity but in the world of bitcoin, money is traded in different ways whether goods, investments, and the like. At the end, the price won't drop for people hold to what bitcoin stands. As a result, bitcoin could increase higher and bigger to reach.
1002  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Outcome of Horn vs. Pacquiao on: July 03, 2017, 11:57:13 AM
I think that Pacquiao was robbed at that fight, it is clearly seen at that fight that Pacquiao's cause of blood is because of the headbutt and the elbow came from Horn. And Horn's blood came from Pacquiao's clear punches. And I love that fight but I still can't believe until now that Pacquiao really lose that fight. According to the statistics Pacquiao really wins on that fight. Search for it and see how and why Horn lose that fight.
That's a big disappointment for the entire fans that Pacquiao lost to Horn. There are several outbursts that the match has got so many flaws. Rumours are getting spread that a rematch between the two will happen this year, but enthusiasts say that such a possibility is quite low. Let's wait and see what gonna take place then.
It surely is. I guess Pacquiao needs to quit playing the game and focus more on the senate because multitasking is quite difficult to handle specially he is holding a big duty in his country. In connection with the game that happened recently, it was kinda useless game. After all, he could still have money. I mean can still make a living without boxing. And, he even have a business perhaps that is more profitable than playing and though people are used to betting everytime he has a fight, the more that if he lose again and again people don't want to bet and lose at the same time.
1003  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it even possible to regulate bitcoins? on: July 03, 2017, 10:15:47 AM
Bitcoin here in my country is already regulated with our government and central bank but they not adopting bitcoin they just regulated some rules in trading and marketing of bitcoin.
At least the do recognize that Bitcoin does have an active community in your country and it is the only way the government  authorities can try to regulate bitcoins by falsing some companies that are directly involved with bitcoin in complying with anti-money laundering rules by giving companies the responsibility of collecting data on their users through KYC
Definitely, it does. Though bitcoin hasn't approved yet by the government but through trading in the market makes it regulate. On the other hand, bitcoin has played a better role in the society discretely. Thus, it might be fairly existing and registered sooner. In order for the people to be more secured for their money.
1004  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Pacquiao VS Horn (Boxing) on: July 03, 2017, 08:48:00 AM
I knew the pacman was done and he should have seen this coming, even though the judges might have cheated I still think he shouldn't have gone to this fight but should have kept remaining a politician and hanged those gloves after the mayweather fight but those greedy promoters urged him on. I think he shouldn't embarrass his illustrious career with these games and should call it quits.

I guess it's now time for him to retire whatever the result of the match if it's fair or not. We can't blame the judges, if there is something behind those decisions we really don't know. But Manny is still a winner, in terms of shares to this game he the has most even his title was gone and he lose.
I was surprised by how Jeff Horn put up such a gallant (and sometimes bully) stand despite being the heavy underdog in this fight. Surely, Pacman's age showed and his lack of knockout power is already very evident. That 9th round would have been over had that been a younger version of Pacman we saw there. But there seems to be rematch in the making so Pacman can probably adjust his game plan and do not underestimate his opponent anymore, especially if he is fighting in his hometown.

Well the reputation of the boxing industry seems to be unexplainable with this match. There are people that are looking and are sure of Manny won this fight. But let's see if that's going to be on the plan of Bob Arum and in Manny's side if they are going to have another match to come.
It wasn't fair though that by using his reputation to lose the game. It is obvious that he is the champion but then the opponent's group has somehow offered pacquiao some money despite the decision has made. Technically, Horn wins but in the eyes of people, mostly Filipinos they called it bias. Horn has much muscle pain compare to pacquiao. The unanimous decision is not just and the people who bet for Pacquiao lose the chances of winning. It's just a recurring situation. He is still the winner for he has a big title regardless of the fight with Horn. Probably, there is a rematch. That's is the world of
gambling through sports.
Yeah. Everything was just a game as people react. Still, it's gambling because people bet for who wins. However, those who chose Pacman to win of course they were disappointed because eversince they believe that Manny is the world champ. It was a bias decision for sure but then they are the ones to decide so we feel unjust. Though Horn wins, people still chose Pacman for he has contributed a lot in the world of boxing. In the end, Pacman received big amount of money despite his mild injuries.
1005  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The reason why people do not get Bitcoin. on: July 02, 2017, 04:02:08 PM
i think that people don't know about bitcoin because there is a few place that introduce bitcoin into public and people still thinking that bitcoin is just a part of internet and maybe they don't know that bitcoin can be a way for them to make money. the other reason is they don't care about bitcoin and they don't think that bitcoin is new technology that will helped them to make money.
Actually, I think why people don’t get bitcoin because they don’t know what is it and how to use it.In addition to that, some do not have any interest in bitcoin and they don’t know that by using bitcoin they could get a high income. Lastly, I think the main reasons why people don’t get bitcoin because they lack of interest and they don’t know what is the purpose of bitcoin.
Somewhat like that but bitcoin is truly broad for the world of newbie users or even old ones because it changes some period of time(value). Some people want stability of something yet when someone says this and that about bitcoin there's a tendency that the person will be doubtful in trusting bitcoin. So that's why maybe some don't get bitcoin.
1006  Economy / Speculation / Re: downtime soon ? on: July 02, 2017, 02:24:56 PM
Nothing will happen, it's like they are just holding bitcoin so you do and I. The only thing that can make the price decrease once those agencies started to sell those bitcoins, that can have a big impact in the market that will make the price lower.
It seems to me that the sagging of prices on the market crypto currency will have little value because users are already accustomed to such fluctuations. Pessimistic scenario August 1 could cause more harm. I think to suspend any action with bitcoin 1.5-2 months. This will help me save money and nerves.
I couldn't agree more. In addition, more users will have a breather though it's a normal case when the value fluctuates yet it may recover soon if investors are willing to take more risks on their money and eventually it will rise again. That's the essence of bitcoin but it won't downsize soon.
1007  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is BTC only for middle and upper economic class? on: July 02, 2017, 12:29:44 PM
Bitcoin for all. Just depending on the class of people for a variety of it is mined. Those who have low incomes trying to make it work. Those who have average income those who are making the trading on the exchange or mining. Whales earn investment and speculation. Each has its own niche.
Exactly! Regardless of your job. People make ways on earning by means of survival or any. Bitcoin is a starter to make people with fair view on making a goal to make a living and at mine at the same time. It's not only for middle and upper economic class because everybody's equal whether others are well-off but then they still have goals for an investment to some businesses the more in lower classes.
1008  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Making bitcoin with twitter still possible? on: July 02, 2017, 02:42:01 AM
the sites which is OP mentioned is not too effective again to get bitcoin and i think from now on if OP have twitter account with a lot of real followers and crypto related then joining the twitter campaign is the best way especially joining for ICO coin twitter campaign because if the ICO succeed there is possibility to get pretty much amount of bitcoin

Yes, this is probably the only way to earn bitcoin. But this is very risky, because it's very difficult to guess which campaign to invest in. Another Twitter account can be used to advertise your business there

I don't do it anymore but yes its still possible if you join campaign and promote their site . Not a lot of work is needed , just 2 tweets per day would be more than enough and also twitter is a great platform to gain referrals .
Yes. This is one of the ways where I retweet or promote about bitcoin and join a campaign. Though it keeps on popping on the upper task bar of the phone for notifications but it's fun at the same time when promoting bitcoin on twitter. The more the followers, the better the chances to gain from campaigns.
1009  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be used by ordinary citizens? on: July 02, 2017, 12:32:08 AM
Hardware wallets have made it much easier for ordinary people to use bitcoin, it makes it similar to the process of logging on to internet banking and in my opinion much safer too.

Though most of these ordinary people using bitcoin don't really use it but make it an asset that must be saved for a good price in the future. So I guess they an easily use many wallets as web wallet, paper wallets or hardware wallets as long as they are arning bitcoins and saving it for the good price the next time.
I somehow agree. I guess ordinary citizens focus more on earning through working yet saving is somewhat less prioritize. In connection with bitcoin, it is important that a citizen must have knowledge in using bitcoin because not all citizens are interested. What's the use og having much money but then no knowledge about bitcoin? Therefore, I should say that ordinary citizens can't use bitcoins fully if they don't understand fully as well.
1010  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much risk in bitcoin investement ? on: June 30, 2017, 09:29:23 PM
The risk is that bitcoin may be a bubble. Every currency has capitalization. National banks can change the volume, but it is always there. At the bitcoin capitalization is our confidence, but it is too little stability and the guarantee that the price will not collapse like a house of cards.
I think risk is not only there in bitcoin but always there in all types of investment, and we can only make money if we compromise to take the risk. We need to study the market about bitcoin or any other currency where we want to invest our money. Our experience can really make it more easy  to invest our money in a good place from where we have more chances to increase our income.

Yes that's true there were plenty of investments which you cannot be assured of it's safety all the time and that rist always involved. Although in most reliable investments like of crowdfundings of alternative currencies, promoting new coins through campaigns at social medias the risk is not that feared compared of ponzi's roaming around advertising their non sense products just to swindle people. Studying the marketing of every currency product is a very ample things to do and you can use it for future background checks of a coin whether it will hit in the market or not.
1011  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your thoughts for Bitcoin in 2017? on: June 16, 2017, 03:06:13 PM
My thoughts in this year would be the success of bitcoin. There are instances that bitcoin will aim higher and potentially improving throughout the year. The more people join or become a member of bitcoiners the more chances that it will be prosperous. Needless to say, become even popular globally and freely. I do hope by this year bitcoin will continuously increase its rate for the benefit of both investors and bitcoin buyers.
1012  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What keeps you coming back??? on: June 16, 2017, 02:40:13 PM
Maybe I'm totally addicted to gambling of course I will keep coming back because the pleasure that gambling has given to has guaranteed my satisfaction. I won't take the chance to let that passes by and get nothing. If that's the only way for me to forget my problems that I face everyday then I will feel great because gambling motivates me in my goals in life. It has a huge impact for me so I keep on coming back.
1013  Economy / Speculation / Re: Reason for Bitcoin price fall on: June 16, 2017, 02:29:29 PM
Actually there are several reasons why it happens. But tgen bitcoin will soon recover. It somehow declines for now for it is a normal case. Stocks nowadays are fluctuating yet people or investors are doing their best to rise again for they take the risk all the time. Markets in different industries also involve of a sudden change. However, bitcoin will still stay no matter how price falls.
1014  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does the location affect when we gamble? on: June 16, 2017, 01:47:02 PM
It all depends, but technically if the person has already full knowledge about gambling, location is not a reason when people gamble. It's a matter of expertise whatever situations may happen during gambling, and if you are aware of the rules when playing it won't matter for sure. So location is not a hindrance when we gamble.
1015  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How can we encourage local businesses to accept BTC? on: June 16, 2017, 01:37:58 PM
Honestly, I have no clue on encouraging local businesses to accept BTC yet, if it's a nee kind of business and it's not popular one, and if the businessman takes the risk,of course BTC can really help that business to expand. However taxes are still involve in businesses. Probably taxes are not that high and only if the negotiators are willing to listen and accept BTC openly without hesitation that is to be encouraged not just one local business but also to everybody's sake in industries.
1016  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Falling...Is it Panic Time? on: June 16, 2017, 01:14:27 PM
Nope. You don't have to be panic. It's just a normal case and that's life of the economy as well. It's just a similar situation and people should not worry about it. Soon, it will rise again There are many chances that might happen for its progress eventhough it fluctuates at times but that doesn't mean that it will be for a long time. There are better ways to move forward ahead in bitcoin's journey and success in the future so don't be panic.
1017  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Is Complete Garbage!!! on: June 16, 2017, 01:02:23 PM
That is just insane to say that. Bitcoin has already shown its potential portfolio to the world. Everybody knows at what extend bitcoin can be profitable. No offense, but can never let down anyone in the long term run. Its decentralized and public property. Everyone can play with it without any restriction and make profits. It will be implemented in real life in near future for sure.
Yeah you're right. It really has credentials already for how many years. It's just a matter of perseverance if you are willing on something let yourself grow individually but saying that bitcoin is a complete garbage well, you haven't proven it yet. Experience it first before you judge. I have exprienced the life of a bitcoiner even if I only live in simple way of living but because of my brother's support I stand what it takes because it helps us to have an extra income so don't ever say that it's a complete garbage. You don't know everyone's story.
1018  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you feel when win in gambling? on: June 16, 2017, 12:45:18 PM
Definitely I would be happy if I win in gambling the I feel happier because I don't gamble and that will be my first experience to win. And, with the monetary prize that I'll get, I will share it to those who badly need help but first I will help first my parents who are sickly people. My parents are more important than others. So that's it I will certainly be happy if I win in gambling.
1019  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BItcoin needs to die on: June 16, 2017, 12:11:55 PM
No way! I'm still have hopes that bitcoin won't ever die because some people have already put trust on it. I may not be that member for a long time but I believe that there are big chances for bitcoin to improve. People may judge on something but more than anything else, they haven't proven any evidence that makes bitcoin down. As for me, it doesn't need to die instead,it needs support.
1020  Economy / Gambling / Re: New Gambling Sites? on: June 15, 2017, 02:09:12 PM
Well if there's a new gambling site, gamblers are already expert and updated to it but since I'm not an expert and I'm not into gambling, I'm not aware of the new site. However, if I am informed to it despite without any knowledge, I would be interested somehow because I can inform others those who are fascinated in gambling. Some people can't live without gambling in their daily routine so I guess it's pleasurable on their part.
