For those that are using the -connect command that posted yesterday - please remove that and replace with -listen
We are past the fork, so that is no longer needed
example >>>>>> x11coin-qt.exe -listen -addnode=162.243.109.24
thank you

haha you guys can't even get proof of stake right and you think you're gonna pass bc and drk, with no real merit to the coin...can someone explain to me what is going on here?
There is no issue with proof of stake, it is working exactly as it supposed to and if we need to optimize the code for better performance then we will.

WARNING: ProcessBlock(): check proof-of-stake failed for block 75340b7ec9b3875e99e6801785da09388c4f7c932025785029a997d632eb885d
So for those re-syncing to the block chain, those errors will pop, the client will sort through that and it will catch up, give it time

Restart the wallet, it should download the blocks As for the long block times happening with Proof of Stake, I'm reviewing the debug logs to determine root cause

anyone know why XC is disabled in Bittrex?
Yes I just spoke with them, they are rebuilding the wallet to ensure they are on the correct chain How do I know if I am on the correct chain? you can compare you block height w/ the block explorer to make sure but I don't believe that the fork exists anymore (at least I haven't seen it sending out requests to the network)

Hi Guys/Girls
More people having problems moving XC around? several exchanges all are hours and 0 confirmations.
Just withdrew mine from mintpal. Showed up in wallet within 10 mins. Strange, deposit to mintpal 3.4 hours on the way, to polo 2.5 hours not even showing up. Happens a few times a day, pretty annoying. Similar things happened right when Cinni moved to 100% PoS. It should become better over time (which was the case for Cinni). are you still at zero confirmations? Check your block height against the Block Explorer - http://cryptexplorer.com/chain/X11Coin

Hey I have a silly question(probably), do I HAVE to add the conf file in appdata ? I haven't added it tbh, but wallet seems to be syncing fine though. Could it be that the problem that my coins are not staking? Currently only 2k mind you.
I would put it in server=1 listen=1 rpcuser=changeme rpcpassword=changeme2 rpcport=32347 rpcallowip=<yourmining_ip> --- not needed now addnode=162.243.109.24 This is exactly what I have to paste in it? Leave those "changeme" and "<yourminingip>" just like this? There are more nodes I searched for them and I will add them as well, those lines need to be changed or remain like it? Do i need to set them to something like an exclusive ip or something? Im not sure cause ive done it like a couple of times only, sry for being a noob This goes into your X11Coinf.conf

Question: I currently have a few thousand coins in one wallet, and even after 3 days it hasnt been staking. How long does it take?
now that POW is over more POS blocks, it will happen, give it time
|
|
|
Always make sure to have your X11Coin.conf guys: server=1 listen=1 rpcuser=changeme rpcpassword=changeme2 rpcport=32347 rpcallowip=<yourmining_ip> addnode=162.243.109.24 addnode=188.226.174.16
yes I will add more nodes either tonight or tomorrow

I sent some money from poloniex to mintpal and cryptsy around the same time. Cryptsy got them, Mintpal shows them with 0 confs.
Hm...
so they should start to confirm soon... Okay, looks good, everything is back in order.. I will continue to monitor the blockchain

Block times are taking longer due to some users being on a fork, if your block count is higher than [check http://cryptexplorer.com/chain/X11Coin] currently then you need resync with the blockchain is that why it keeps showing extra block acts like its about to sync them and they disappear and they never show up, i am still on 21014 i was seeing that too. i made a .conf file, and my coins suddenly showed up. looks like we're on 21029. that sound about right? yes

Check the block # in your client, if it is different than http://cryptexplorer.com/chain/X11Coin then you are on the forked chain -- you need resync your wallet from the masternode -addnode=162.243.109.24 -connect=162.243.109.24 this will force your wallet the correct chain Backup up wallet.dat, delete everything in %appdata%\roaming\X11Coin\ Then copy back wallet.dat to that folder run wallet x11coin-qt.exe -addnode=162.243.109.24 -connect=162.243.109.24 thanks, we need to convey this to the exchanges This is only for people who's block shown in wallet doesn't match what is shown on the block explorer http://cryptexplorer.com/chain/X11CoinCurrently 21013
