I sent some paypal to a user here to buy btc, and he now claims his paypal was blocked and can't use it, and he haven't send me the btc.
I was wondering how exactly should I report this to paypal so I get a refund? digital goods? I'm not sure what would be the best way to guarantee paypal gives me back my money, because I think if I mention bitcoin they probably wont.

if you own an exchange and got hacked of course you wanna make it worse like everything is stolen. I bet the real hacker was cursing the exchange the whole day for mentioning they've lost thousands of btc when they don't actually loss any. Bitfinex is going gox thats all. |

The sudden rise has limits of course but if ETH bagholders are moving to ETC, I would simply assume ETC is going to be a mainstream compare to ETH. And it will serve its purpose so long as it has value. |

I have here some reputation during my work for several coins and pro bono work here in the forum. In the German section I am even more (well-)known. In real life I am a lawyer and I am really public as a Person (Postal address etc.) So if I would confirm that Mr. Rettig is existing and plan to work for opair, you could be pretty sure, that this is like that.
I am offering the opair ICO to make a confidental video chat for free. Mr. Rettig can proof everything. I will keep this chat confidental and just tell the audiance here, if I am convinced that there is a Mr. Rettig existing and he will contribute to opair or not.
I think, this is a very smart solution. If Mr. Rettig don't want to invest this 15min in the ICO, why anyone should do this with a single satoshi?

look at the massive pump today, i think etc will reach 0.01  It may not, they've just started to dump it. most likely, the rest of the whales will keep milking its price now that they get to have more to invest to ETC. but we'll see. ETC seem to be getting popular than ETH itself. Etc is not etc and i dont believe that it will cross to that price and seems way to far to be happen but still little possibilites will be there if the big whales and other big traders will lift up that coin for some good purposes but seems the way i look at it it will got the same fortune to those other promising coin that has been dump, although it was bit popular today its because it is being link to eth but still it will not gaurantee that this coin would surpass eth and b rise to that price. Its linked to ETH because they say its the original ETH, smart contracts and other features are still there as far as i know. but it may take time to reach 0.01 probably. ETC once drop to $0.50 and may drop to $1 if they dump it again. in fact its slowly going there. |

Ethereum Classic is rising while Ethereum and Bitcoin are falling. I bet the free fall will end today but it might not join the ride. Must really be one of the reason as investors see ETH derivative as innovative as they are. Too bad I only have few ETC this time. I wish I have decided earlier to invest more to it.
