IIRC, it has been on the news year/s ago that Switzerland is the first country to have this type of idea of accepting crypto inside the banking institutions. My country just gave a noticed that people shouldn't get too attached with ICOs. They are worried that number of our countrymen will be a victim of scams.

They are not saying that it isn't allowed by they are giving warning that there are various reports of ICOs that turned to be a scam.
