Is it really that hard to prevent hackers from hacking exchanges, wallets and God knows what other methods they use... I mean how on earth is crypto supposed to flourish if it's so venerable to hackers? Every month a huge hack happens and totally destroys the crypto image yet again. At this rate, bitcoin will go to $1 as it gets hacked every day. Is it possible to take simple precautions to protect against hackers? For a so called "unhackable" wallet, private key ect, it seems to be a cake walk for any hacker. Sorry for the rant, it's just irritating to see crypto slowly dying because of hacks.

Hacking is not only a problem in cryptospace, it's happening everyday, websites get hacked for data, people's personal computers get hacked to gain passwords etc, social media accounts get hacked for whatever reasons and so on. There's a lot of money going around in cryptospace and a lot of people are careless with their security of their wallets and computers etc. On top of this the risk of getting caught for hackers is very low, so interesting for them. Same goes for the Exchanges, they are big targets and not all of them have their security in order, cold storage of funds is a must imo. There always will be hacking attempts because they are one step ahead of the security measures. Sadly we have to live with it.
Be safe

Not just crypto currency. A better question would be why is everything being hacked. Bank accounts get hacked on a daily basis too and not to mention all the genius phishing scams all over the internet. We just need to take the necessary safety precautions like with everything else

You can't hack bitcoin!!!! Bitcoin is the protocol running on the blockchain, it has never been "hacked". What is getting hacked are unsecured web wallets, servers, and even personal wallets when the user is stupid enough to download malware programs that are promising to mine at huge rates or to double his coins. This is not the fault of bitcoin, it's the fault of the ones providing services with no clue how to do this securely. Besides, most of those "server hacks" are just exit scams. Sorry for the rant, it's just irritating to see crypto slowly dying because of hacks.
You're watching a pretty bad movie, turn off the tv, nothing is slowly dying around here.

hacks are becoming parts of everyday lives, not only in crypto. We need to learn to protect ourselves and not leave ourselves vulnerable. Centralized exchanges will become past soon.

Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are not hacked. Some people are hacked because they don't pay attention to their security. It is not the matter of cryptocurrencies. There have were many hacking story since the internet was invented. There is no problem with bitcoin.

Be safe
Bitcoins and other crypto currencies always get hacked because some other hackers intentionaly hack bitcoins accounts because it gives them so much money.

The fonts too small to read. Is it really that hard to prevent hackers from hacking exchanges, wallets and God knows what other methods they use...
There are too types of hackers and the ones that are robbing exchanges are the black hats and that's their way of living, preventing for an exchange to get hacked depends on their level of security. I mean how on earth is crypto supposed to flourish if it's so venerable to hackers?
Don't look at crypto's only even the banks are also targeted and have this type of incidents. At this rate, bitcoin will go to $1 as it gets hacked every day.
Correction, bitcoin can't be hacked or it's blockchain. What is being hacked are the exchanges, their wallets. Is it possible to take simple precautions to protect against hackers?
In everything on the web, it can be hacked.

You are wrong, Bitcoin is safe and can't be hacked. Exchanges and wallets are getting hacked because they are not secure enough and because users don't know how to secure their wallets. Bank robbery exists too

No one can hack bitcoin; it's up to you to save/protect your money. Most hacks happen due to negligence, misuse, ignorance of technology, failure to update protection systems. [Survival systems connected 24 hours cause it too] These operations do not pose a severe risk to the Bitcoin but the owners of those sites and wallets. "Hackers will not allow the price to return to $ 1, because their fatigue will be wasted."
Always remember: 1. Do not let your money in the trading platform. 2. Keep your BTC offline.

It is not bitcoin network that is being hacked and there is no reported news about bitcoin itself being hacked because it is the exchanges that have poor security and the people that are careless of protecting their private keys and wallets. But it can possibly done in some cryptocurrency and lately there are several coins that reportedly became a victim of 51% attack because the hash power of those coins are not distributed equally and can easily perform an attack.

how else do they also pertained to workers, in fact I am annoyed with the hack because it can destroy the value of crypto, but on the other hand I also appreciate them for thinking hard to produce though by cheating, so my advice to the hack, do not take too much😉😊.

Getting hacked is not only a problem for the users of crypto it is a great issue.
Also, Bitcoin and cryptos don't get hacked only the reason something get hacked because of our mistakes otherwise there is no way to hack any address.

I think most of these are false news. They just want to make bad and then trick you into selling your token, which affects the price of the token. This is a common price manipulation method.

The people want to earn easy money they use the talent in the bad way that's the goals of the hackers, to avoid this need to be careful always check your online wallet where your investment stored. And donot show it to others aside from your very trusted family member.

The same can be said with banks, did they stop flourishing when a lot of theft is happening? When some of their branches are being rob by robbers? I don't think so, criminals are always where the money is. And since Bitcoin and crpotucurrencies exist digitally then no doubt this criminals will also try to steal everything virtually. Now it will be up to us if we will fell trap to phishing sites or HYIP investment schemes or on any hacks. This can easily be avoided we just need to be careful as they are always there lurking for another victim.

because many people are like you! they read something and their brain only registers a small portion of what they read. you read some exchange was hacked and you registered it as bitcoin got hacked. they also read something about security and how to do it properly and their little brains registered it as a hot wallet is safe kind of thing! there is also a lot of scams where exchanges rob their customers and blame it on some hacker that doesn't even exist.
