Week 15 of the Bundesliga will open with the match Monchengladbach vs Borussia Dortmund
Dortmund have a chance to recover from their defeat last week but despite have a better chance of winning today's match, they must not let their guard down because Monchengladbach are not that will be easily beat even though Monchengladbach have suffered consecutive defeats in several matches.

Moncehengladbach have been performing poorly and with some of their players out of the next game it seems Dortmund should take 3 points easily out of this fixture. Their defence is also quite pretty weak so I think Dortmund will find good time breaking their defence and find some good attack plays. Monchengladbach do have some good players but right now they seem pretty weak against a side like Dortmund. Should be an easy one for Dortmund but I also will not rule out a surprise here from Gladbach.

The news claims that PSG are planning to sign Joao Felix from Atletico Madrid. They even want to do this on loan in January. However I don't think it will be easy for PSG to do so this much early unless the player starts to insist on leaving at the earliest opportunity. But it is the truth that Felix has been on the radar of some big clubs for some time. I don't expect PSG to be the only club considering the interested clubs. Atletico Madrid aren't having a good season. If things go this way most of the time then Felix might lean towards leaving I suppose.

Transfermarkt shows the recent interested teams list like this:

I can see why Felix is being heavily linked with big clubs but I think he is gonna stay at Atletico Madrid. He is discontent about the play time he is been getting lately but I think Simeone can fix this if they both talk about this situation. Atletico aren't an attacking side and he is one of the key dribbler in their attack so it will be very hard to find a replacement for him. But if Atletico somehow finds a replacement and gets good offer on Felix then very much possible that they might let Felix go.

I am not worried about the Manchester United team. Manchester United's performances have been completely erratic this season. And their front-line squad has not been consistently performing well. Manchester United team won against the top team Arsenal in the league. But they have also lost against weaker teams. And so if Manchester United build their second-tier squad, I don't think their performance will change. I think United's match against Fulham will be a draw. And in this match, Manchester United players will try to draw by playing defensive strategy.

I also feel the same way about United this season^^. They have improved their defence but in attack they need to work a lot to score goals. I also think that game against Fulham will likely be a draw. Fulham are a good side and they really have good attack with Willian, Pereira and their main man Mitrovic. It will be quite some task for De Gea to protect the net. Unless United finds two early goals I don't think United are gonna comfortably win this one.

Even though Wolverhampton is not a team that can be defeated easily, Arsenal will make sure they maintain their position atop the table during the World Cup break by protecting their record. I know Chelsea fans are not happy about Arsenal's recent victories, but they actually deserve to win this season. Gabriel will need to do a good job because Wolverhampton is aware of how Arsenal plays.

The wolves do not have the ability to stop Arsenal. Arsenal is a very strong team. On the other hand,Wolves ios now in the relegation zone. They have won only 2 out of 14 matches. And Wolves' main weakness is their very fragile defense. On the other hand, Arsenal's attacking players are still in excellent form. So I don't see the Wolves as a strong opponent for Arsenal at the moment. And I think Arsenal will win against the Wolves even with their second-tier squad.

Yeah, should be an easy win for Gunners. Wolves haven't shown a good form since the start of this season. Coady was their main man in defence and with him gone, it seems their defence has opened up and not so strong. Should be an easy job for us to penetrate the defence and score goals. Still there is an element of surprise like in any of the games and I really hope Arsenal get the job done easily and keep the gap intact before the WC.

Ronaldo transfer rumours trending every where but the right move haven't been done yet. Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the top high profile players currently in manchester united, Erik ten hag should let him go to the team he pleases rather than keeping him on the bench. But we all know the basic problem of Ronaldo which is to play for a UEFEA team rather than Europa. He's aging and top teams would rather go young promising players than the Portugal international.

Isn't he playing in Europa right now? I also felt the same but seeing him play now I think he is ok with it now. Yeah he has high standards given his stature but I think he keeps helping United above all that but he can't if he doesn't get chances. Ten Haag still finds he can use him and I also think he can turn out to be a game changer in latter part of the season for United. I am sure that Ronaldo will not leave this transfer window. Maybe in next season but this seasonI think he is gonna stay at United.

Nothing is more important to the fans than winning the EPL this season; they have been waiting for it for quite some time. Arteta must disregard the other competitions this season and focus solely on the EPL. Nobody will ever tell me that the Arsenal team is unbalanced. They only need to keep the dynamism and consistency. Injury is a fact of life for every team, so Arsenal shouldn't take offense at it.

I think we have good enough squad to challenge others at any competitions. Obviously EPL will be on top of that list but Arteta has good chance to lead Arsenal to deep stages in other competitions and maybe win them as well. Fitness will be main challenge so that might change the priorities but I still feel that we have good backup options in all positions just in case our best players get injured.
1029  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: November 09, 2022, 07:29:43 PM
I don't have a personal problem with Victor Oshime, what bothers me currently is board and Management of Manchester United who find it difficult in signing and utilization of black player's for the club. That's my number one good reason for not even thinking bout the young Nigerian International.

He'll be best fit for Chelsea honestly, they have good relationships with black player's over the past years, so considering a move for Victor Oshime should be sealed finalized and comes to full agreement, Victor Oshime will choose Chelsea over Manchester United for enough game time and favoritism under ground.

But honestly, as for Napoli if they're to sell Victor Oshime, that would be a stupid move ans they will miss out once again the Seria A. They should better wait until the season comes to an end and if God willing they end up winning the League with the Nigerian International.

This is ridiculous.. I don't think at all that this is the case ^^. United have 3 strikers - Ronaldo, Martial and Rashford and all these players can score goals. While they all have not been performing well but getting another player like Osmihen wouldn't do them well either. If they plan to get Osmihen then they need to sell Rashford, Martial or Ronaldo which I don't think will happen. ten Haag confirmed in press conferences that he wants Rashford and Ronaldo to stay (atleast for this season), haven't heard about Martial but I think he wants him too as in Ronaldo's absence he can prove as a handy striker. xs
1030  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: November 09, 2022, 06:30:05 PM
Arsenal's current performance is indeed very good, but to finish in 1st I think it is far from expectations. Because Manchester City's points continue to be close to Arsenal. The English Premier League is a league that is difficult to predict as a champion. The ability of players in each English league club is almost equal. All clubs have great players.

So far Arsenal have been doing great but City as expected are also going strong as well. There is a long way for Gunners to win the title in the end but they are going in the right direction. City and Arsenal game are crucial ones for sure.

In head to head, Manchester City is superior to Arsenal.

Well that's just stats so that can change at any point. I think with the current form Arsenal are going into every game, they have good chance to defeat City after so many years. Its gonna be a tough clash but City aren't looking that solid either. They make a one or two mistakes but even that can turn out to be gold if the opponents plays their card right.
1031  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: November 06, 2022, 07:18:43 PM
Its actually kinda fair considering that Southampton hasnt been getting any significant result ever since Ralph took over. His managerial win rate with Southampton is only at 34% and the best position that Southampton ever got was 11th, ever since that their position has been at the bottom with close call to the relegation zone for the last few season

Well I think he has been given enough chances and also they need a change so that they can bring change to their performances and get out of relegation zone and I am not surprised he has been sacked. Saints are a good squad but this season they haven't been their best. They have some good talents and now they need a good manager who sees those talent and give them chances and also playing out the best squad with the options he has.

There are lot of managers in the market. One with the PL experience will be much better.
1032  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: November 06, 2022, 06:17:02 PM
Aston villa played great football today but seems with lot of players missing for United, they were also not in their best either. I think having Eriksen as an attacking midfielder in absence of Fernandes should have maybe supported them well in attack. Van de Beek didn't made much impact so the link was kind of broken up there. There were lot of slight lapses but Aston Villa did a great job picking on this moments perfectly.
1033  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: November 06, 2022, 02:04:10 PM
Test is complete and Arsenal prevailed. Chelsea had couple of chances but Arsenal's defence were ready for it and defended quite well. So happy to see them winning the Derby today and a crucial win for us to keep us on top of the table ahead of City. Wished City dropped points yesterday but the penalty in the injury time messed things for us and put a lot of pressure on Gunners.

Next we have EFL game and then Wolves in PL before WC starts.

To be honest, I think Firmino should be kept in the team despite his age. He is actually 31 years old now which is not too old in my opinion. Apart from that, his performance so far has been more impressive than Nunez. As long as this goes on like this Firmino can be an important part of the starting eleven.

It's like he is improving his performance more as seasons go on. This level is already better than the one in the previous season as I indicated before. Liverpool shouldn't lose their productive players otherwise this would weaken them more in performance.

Firmino has the experience and that is what creates a big difference between him and Nunez. I also think Liverpool shouldn't part ways with Firmino anytime soon until they find a better striker or Nunez adjusts into the team. I think even if Nunez starts scoring they can find Firmino's use as a backup striker but as of now I think they need Firmino more than ever.

The game was very interesting, and as I said earlier, it would not be an easy three points for Manchester City, as we saw. Manchester City were very fortunate to have a last-minute penalty or they would have ended up sharing points at home against Fulham; the red card received by Manchester City has contributed to theeir performance even though they still took control of the entire game, they lack full confidence of getting the three points, but in the end they now lead Arsenal by one point. Let's see how Arsenal's match tomorrow goes because the outcome will determine whether Arsenal can still challenge for the title.

Fulham had a chance when Cancelo was red carded and they scored a goal. For most part of the match they had some good attacks and gave City a good scare. Ultimately Robinson made a mistake who seemed sloppy in the ending minutes and that costed them in the end. Still they fought well today as another goal would have made things very difficult for City.

It's now important for Arsenal to win yesterday's game and given how they are playing, I hope they really play out their best in tomorrow's game.

So even if we have the World cup the winter transfer window will not change its date.
World Cup ends in December so I think there is no reason to change the period of the transfer window. I still think we are gonna have some good transfers but not much of notable players. There are lot of players whose contract expiry is getting near and possible that other clubs might contact them and hopefully we will be able to see some good transfers.
1037  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: November 05, 2022, 05:21:31 PM
Cancello almost cost his team with an unlikely result against Fulham, but Halaad came in as sub and rescued his team to secure all 3 points thanks to a last minute penalty to put pressure on Arsenal. The premier league is really getting competitive and it seems today was raining goals everywhere, is this because of the world cup and players want to impress their home coaches who are likely to be watching?  Tongue

Cancelo's red card changed the whole dynamics of City's gameplay. City were struggling a lot and Fulham did well to hold City's attack until Foden and Haaland were introduced. They had better attacks and allowed midfielders to go deep into Fulham's defence. They were lucky getting the penalty in the end.

For sure pressure comes onto Arsenal now with their tough clash against Chelsea.
1038  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: November 04, 2022, 06:05:45 PM
I hope that FC Bayern will assess his value correctly. The statistics this season speak for Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting:

Source: https://www.transfermarkt.de/eric-maxim-choupo-moting/profil/spieler/45660

Of course, it also depends on Choupo-Moting's salary expectations. And here, the player and FC Bayern still seem to be somewhat apart. At least if you can believe in an article from FC Bayern Insider from a few days ago.

I think they will be able to negotiate with the player in the end. I think Bayern needs a striker after the series of losses they had last month and that's why I feel Moting can be a player of value here. Kinda agree with what article says as he can get some interest from other clubs if he starts and scores good no. of goals for Bayern. Now if those clubs offer a better salary then Bayern will lose a proper striker so they might need to work out a better contract and as soon as possible.
1039  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: November 04, 2022, 04:56:44 PM
Manchester United are said to be after Bayern Munich striker Choupo-Moting as well. I don't understand this interest if it is really true of course. Because he is like 33 years old now and there is no meaning for Manchester United to try to sign a player who will soon be useless. He isn't a superstar and he wouldn't be a reliable striker for them.

However, he is a reliable back-up that's why I don't think Manchester United will be able to sign him. Pretty sure he is extending his contract with Bayern.

Totally agree with @bullrun2020bro

Why United need backup player? I think they have enough strikers- Martial, Rashford (also can play as a striker), Ronaldo. So as long as they have these players they don't need anymore further strikers I believe. I can understand where the rumors are coming from as he is having a good time at Bayern right now scoring goals but I think with Bayern at times facing a proper goalscorer at times he can come handy in those situations. I also think that Moting extending contract with Bayern is likely outcome (considering if Bayern also feels the same).

As for Chelsea it is a win or they will draw with Arsenal, Arsenal has seen two or more goals at away this season end there games

If that's the case then Chelsea also have been conceding at home but that's just stats and can change at any fixture in future. You can't predict outcome accurately based on that. After their manager change, Chelsea seems to be adjusting and they have some crucial players facing injuries. It will be tough clash but I am going with Arsenal here. They are on different form right now and have a great team bonding which is why they are playing great football. The loss against United obviously hurt us and that's the only game we lost at away this season. It's gonna be difficult scoring against Chelsea but I feel like if Arsenal use the possession well and create some sharp attacks then we can find the net in upcoming clash for sure.
