1021  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CANDYSTRIPES IS A SCAMMER on: November 07, 2014, 07:20:06 AM
Candy, you really handled this very immaturely. It reminds me of you when you spammed the Moneypot chat to get a 300 dollar loan because you got scammed and defaulted by many members here. I don't think I would have been able to trust you with that amount due to lack of maturity as well as professionalism and not knowing who to trust with your money. I could have easily lost that bitcoin had i given you the loan.

*facepalm*

New member advertising ponzi.

102% what the next person sends. It can't be guaranteed no matter what which leads to definite scams.

Say person 1 sends .1 and the next sends .001, that's still not enough to cover 102%.

But anyways, everyone knows it's a scam.
1024  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BIG GAW/Zen Announcement! Tell your friends, family, neighbors! on: November 04, 2014, 06:53:38 PM
Well, it's financially backed and basically the first ever coin without an anonymous developer who won't pump and dump the shit out of the coin. It's backed financially and everything. Why would anyone have a problem with a coin that has a smaller risk than anything else and already has backup money in cases where they need to develop more features or get things done?

Mining companies like KNC, Cointerra and Bitmain will go bankrupt probably because of rising electricity costs. Mining only 100 bitcoins a day would only be 100 bucks compared to their electricity prices in the sub 10k per day prices. Also all of the mining equipment will go to shit and the difficulty will drop a lot. Of course, there will be hopefuls who will start mining it at the low difficulty, but not competitively.

100 bitcoins a day? that's galactic

I've said this because the difficulty would drop like a rock due to low prices of Bitcoin making it unprofitable for miners. This is the reason you could mine even 100 an hour (like Vod said from back in the old days).

1036  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: BITTREX THE ALTCOIN SCAM EXCHANGE - BOTTREX IS THE COIN CARTEL on: November 01, 2014, 01:14:39 AM
There truly is no evidence. Bittrex is legitimate and if I could say one more thing is that they are not hidden in the shadows unlike Mr "Alex Green" who took over Mintpal with a pseudonym.

All developers of the website and such are always there responding to every question and such. Why do you call them scam? It's probably because you lost out because some whale dumped on your coin causing you to lose money. Now you take revenge after the only legit exchange there is.
1037  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin-Police - Your friend and helper on: November 01, 2014, 01:07:48 AM
well he help spotted an obvious one, that counts for something right lol.
Negative trusting known scammers isnt useful, but he has found a few good finds of scammers..

Well, he's calling me a sockpuppet of Candystripes which he is TOTALLY wrong with.
1038  Other / Meta / Re: Spammathon: Brought to you by Candystripes on: October 31, 2014, 11:20:40 PM
You know you could easily recover this account if you have previous trades with someone or you have posted your bitcoin address. You just need to sign the address with a PGP key to BadBear.

Simple as that.
BadBear has said previously that he will not recover any lost accounts. He seems to think it poses too much risk to recover accounts to the incorrect person.

That leaves him with theymos, who has said that account recovery tends to be a low level priority. Plus the fact that candystripes should have access to the account at one point as it was voluntarily given to candystripes, and the fact that the mods do not moderate against scams (which is what this is by candystripes) would lead me to believe that he is not going to get his account back via the forum

He says he won't recover lost accounts who do not have a bitcoin address previously used to sign for to show previous ownership.
1039  Other / Meta / Re: Spammathon: Brought to you by Candystripes on: October 31, 2014, 09:43:21 PM
I honestly think most posts were relevant to the topic, they were not spam. And who are you to get into my business about my posts? I deleted them anyways, so this thread should be deleted also.

That is my opinion^

Most? If most were relevant then why did you delete them?

I am actually surprised the account was not banned (maybe the only reason for the lack of a ban is because you deleted the posts before the mods could look at/see how much spam you were making)

Admins can still see deleted posts.
IDK if you saw any of the posts or not, but if so, would you consider them to be spam-like posts? (I don't think that staff can see deleted posts). Do you have any insight as to why the account(s) were not banned, as I would think this situation would fit perfectly for an account to be banned. The account was wearing a commercial signature (although I don't think it was a pay per post signature, it was still a commercial signature). Was it because he deleted the posts on his own?

CandyStripes, the question is more what you are not already banned ?

I remember you you don't give me back my account.
You tell in this post you asked to the user who actually use "Pierre11" proove he had the btc adress what is used by the loan and since you don't give us the proove. So you area spammer...
