1021  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Before contributing, learn from others as a newbie on: July 12, 2023, 05:47:58 AM
This is irony, you're advising a newbie for not guiding anyone when you're also the one who guiding them (the newbie).

There's no rule only for newbie, there's no rule only for full member rank, and at the same time there's no rule only for veteran user, there's only a general rule for every users. Just let it flow, it's up to everyone choice with the intention they create an account in this forum.
1022  Other / Meta / Re: ،how I can upload a photo here , I use a mobile on: July 12, 2023, 05:33:18 AM
I know that you have to rank up to a certain level before you could be able to use images on your post except you have to pay to be able to do that, but is that even possible? I really have no idea of paying before you could upload pictures/images.
It's possible, he can buy a copper membership and able to attach an image even though they don't have any activity. But since @OP already have 4 merits and 9 activity, he can create another 21 posts and will become Jr. Member rank that make him allowed to attach an image, of course not spamming.

But when you pay which is refer to as purchasing the copper membership, you will be able to upload a visible image and also  have the benefits that a member rank enjoys.
Copper membership has a similar benefit like member rank, but not same since the BBCode is more limited in copper membership. Copper membership is between Jr member rank and member rank.
1023  Economy / Gambling / Re: Using ToS against users normal? on: July 11, 2023, 10:02:35 AM
However their are many information stated in the TOS of most gambling site, like concerning the free bonuses and rewards, some sites hand over rewards on sign up to attract users to patronise them and most times those rewards are not withdrawable but used as a means to keep users active in their sites, because in as much as users are looking to win and make profits the casino also indirectly want you to lose and bet more, enriching their companies.most times they give these rewards to attract new users from their competitors, that's why I stated earlier that you should read carefully and not between lines upon registration.but if a site doesn't include in their Tos a particular statement and do otherwise then such sites should be considered a site or app and reported to the appropriate authorities.
Which authority it is? even the casino is licensed, there's no authority want to take care about it because Curacao license has nothing to do to protect the gambler against of scam casino.

Well, it's really wrong if someone think casino is a charity. When the casino offer 200% welcome bonus, it doesn't mean you just need to make deposit and the casino will give double of your money instantly without requirement.
1024  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: An Intriguing article: How to Perfect Your Gambling Strategy on: July 11, 2023, 09:58:06 AM
Take martingale as an example, generally, it's referred to as a gambling strategy, but the outcome of it is quite evident if you ask any regular gambler that once in their life used this strategy to try and recover their losses, you will only hear that the strategy is a perfect fit to get your bankroll empty in no time.
Users who have mentioning martingale is a gambling strategy and saying it can make a gambler to win in gambling should be tried by themselves first before suggesting to anyone. Someone who don't have experience using martingale to gamble wouldn't know the reality of using this strategy.

If martingale strategy will work, there's no casino can survive until now since the gambler always make profit.
1025  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are there real sports bet groups on: July 11, 2023, 09:28:14 AM
If Ninety percent of gamblers are losing to bets and others what is there to discuss about? Why should I gamble base on what others are saying? If something works for you through gambling it doesn't mean it will work for me and that strategy that works for you won't always work for long time, because we are dealing with group of people that makes money from the losses of people, this is not some shooting games where you only need to get better at shooting, you are dealing with human like yourself, so change is constant and stopping you from winning is every casinos goal.
There's no such strategy like that, although you're earn money from people who're bet wrong team or fighter, but it's completely depend on your decision to bet which team or fighter will win. You have full control over your bet, if you pick the right team or fighter you will make money. It's not like you're want to bet in a match and the site randomly pick which option you're bet which is similar like you're playing slot.
1026  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do I make an anonymous post? on: July 11, 2023, 05:39:40 AM
Short answer you can't. Just create a new account with throwaway email and then create that post, no one will know if it was you.

And I would love to know who the user is without actually going to read all the comments made in that thread. Seems more like a forum moderator who got access to anonymous account rather than a general user? Also, can be someone from Government who wanted to provide data to a group of people on this forum? Not sure.

It's pretty cool that anonymous accounts existed in the past. Maybe there is a way to do without asking for admin's permission.
The user is pretty obvious, if I mention the user then there's no point for theymos to replace the previous user with Anonymous account.

Nah, there's no way for doing it without admin's permission except you're exploiting the site even though there's no guarantee you could do that.
1027  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Question about paper wallets on: July 11, 2023, 05:06:36 AM
I don't understand what's the question you're want to ask because you're already answer it yourself.

The higher your inputs, the higher you need to pay the fee. If Bitcoin price is really expensive and there are a lot people traded their coins, obviously the on chain transaction fee would be high.

This situation was similar like Bitcoin on chain get attacked with BRC-20 tokens where people choose to wait until the mempool is already back to normal, there was no solution, not sure what will be in the future.
1028  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is more important for crypto users? on: July 10, 2023, 03:16:53 PM
So what's the point you want to say?

It seems like you're want to get huge amount of money, but you can't risking any money? that's not gambling, however trading nor investing you are still need to risk your money too.

Online gambling isn't only accept crypto to gamble, from long time ago you can gamble in offline casino. Gambling is important for people who are have free time and know gambling can entertain them.
1029  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think at some point government will change its stand and adopt Bitcoin? on: July 10, 2023, 03:11:20 PM
I also have the same question because nowadays, there are not too many governments banning bitcoin, most of them already accept bitcoin. But I saw him mention accepting bitcoin as a legal tender of El Salvador, so I thought he was referring to accepting bitcoin as a payment method or currency, not a commodity. And if that's what the OP meant, then I really doubt it, I wouldn't believe other governments would do the same thing as the El Salvador government did. They will never allow bitcoin to become the world currency and replace the current fiat system.
It's just funny how people are want to see Bitcoin is accepted as legal tender. I believe those people will not use Bitcoin as a currency and complaining the transaction fee is high, after all they will keep complaining and in the end they will use fiat to pay bills or daily needs.

There are already many online marketplaces accepting Bitcoin payment, I'd bet they're not even regularly order something and pay with Bitcoin. They will choose local online marketplace where it's more convenient and safe to use.
1030  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best crypto savings on: July 10, 2023, 02:59:04 PM
If you want to give an advice, it's better if you not only mention some part and forget with the other part that's important.

Investing in Bitcoin is obviously safe in the long run and the price is always increasing after 4 years cycle. But the thing is, don't think after you but Bitcoin, your investment is 100% safe.

Leaving your coins on the centralized exchange or staking to earn interest is no longer safe, using a daily driver device which you connected to internet and clicking random link is no longer safe etc. You need to know how to safely hold and maintain your Bitcoin.
1031  Economy / Gambling / Re: What other gambling sites offers free bitcoins like freebitco on: July 09, 2023, 09:06:12 AM
Earlier in the past, the rewards from Faucet was too good to be true, and some people HODLed it and made a huge chunk of money but now it's clearly impossible. Why would someone give out free money if they aren't earning from you? So freebitco is the only website I think which is earning from people by Ads and sponsorships and giving out the part of it to the community for free.
It depends on how you view the faucet reward is too good to be true.

In the past Bitcoin price was only $1,000/each, so if the faucet give you 1,000 Satoshi, it's worth $0.01 for every click.

Now Bitcoin price is already reach $30,000/each, so if the faucet give you 30 Satoshi, it's worth for $0.01 for every click.

It's mean the reason why you see past faucet give too good to be true amount because the current Bitcoin price is high. What if you regularly claim the 30 Satoshi and then next 10 years Bitcoin price is already $1,000,000?
1032  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Healthy mindset to save earnings from gambling on: July 09, 2023, 08:57:23 AM
A low wallet balance can be pragmatically used and utilized to become a rich balance if we play with more precision and focus on the target but all still depends on our luck on the time because despite the research we conduct sometimes it doesn't favour, luck come like the wave of the wind. However, I have seen series of low balance accounts being built into rich account but the challenge is lack of management because they will lose the winning pattern and keep playing heavy until they go back low. Discipline is important in gambling.
I don't think there's a gambler who's not play more precision and focus because they're looking to earn money, they always consider loss in gambling is shameful which mean they will trying to win. But sadly they're always lose because the casino has a house edge for few %, this make the gambler has no way to beat the casino in the long run. Discipline, consistent etc are useless in gambling.

The first thing is gambling and investment give an opposite result in the future.
1033  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 09, 2023, 07:49:33 AM
Why the Premier League clubs targeting Dusan Vlahovic? from Tottenham reportedly to replace Harry Kane if he moved to Munich while Man United does need a new attacker. So far there has been no confirmation from each party but maybe we will hear something on Monday. My prediction is that Chelsea and Man United have a greater chance.
He's a young top striker in Juventus in the last two seasons, that's he gained some popularity and many top teams want to sign him. If he's playing for Premier league team, his market value might reach at least €100M because European player always expensive.

I have no words to say for Chelsea, I think if there's rumor a team want to sign a player, Chelsea always joining the race lol.
1034  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think at some point government will change its stand and adopt Bitcoin? on: July 09, 2023, 04:41:15 AM
With so many news where MicroStrategy start to buy Bitcoin, Pakistan and other country allow their citizen to use Bitcoin, El Salvador and Central African Republic accept Bitcoin as legal tender, and the latest is Blackrock accept Bitcoin as ETF, now you're still asking if government would change it's stand and adopt Bitcoin? I mean there were many proof and yet you still not convinced about Bitcoin adoption.

It's already 2023, it was not when each Bitcoin worth for $1,000.
1035  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: AI can hold a Bitcoin balance, send/receive Bitcoin. Worrying? on: July 09, 2023, 04:09:51 AM
You're too paranoid @OP.

I guess you're thought if AI can hack your wallet and send your coins to scammer address, where it doesn't like that. Based on the article, it's still controlled by human since you need to write the script, enter the address, enter the amount you want to send etc. It's just more simplifier than the software version.

Pretty much like discussing quantum computing can find someone else Bitcoin private key.
1036  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 06, 2023, 09:43:19 AM
PSG is not a world-class club? I think you're wrong on this point because regardless with the myriad of big players there they are one of the clubs that are in the world class even when talking about the Champions League they are always one of the candidates to win even though they can't contribute much every season.
On the other hand, when it comes to Pochettino he couldn't contribute much to PSG in the Champions League and that's a fact that can't be changed because they lost in the last 16. Even if this is a bit outrageous, it is a fact that cannot be forgotten because in the end, winning Ligue 1 did not satisfy Nasser Al Khelaifi.
A team can be included in world class teams if they can compete against other teams.

It's funny you include PSG in world class teams because they're always qualify for Champions league. To qualify for Champions league, the team need to win in their local league, Ligue 1 a farmer league where there's no team can compete PSG.

If PSG move to Premier league or Serie A, maybe they will only qualify for Champions league for once in 3-5 years due to poor quality of the players.
1037  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Education and money as the key to Bitcoin adoption. on: July 06, 2023, 09:36:26 AM
First, anything needs money, if we discuss about any subject, money always play.

Lack of education, technical knowledge, and awareness has been the major challenge for Bitcoin enthusiasts, it is high time we kick-start the mass eradication of Bitcoin illiteracy in our society, preach about Bitcoin, but don't force it on anyone,
I need to disagree, those aren't the major factors that affect people to buy Bitcoin. There are only two major factors: religion and government.

The government isn't supporting Bitcoin, they would discuss about it and then said Bitcoin is a high risk investment. There are many bad news related with Bitcoin e.g. CEX hack, people lose Bitcoin etc, not to mention the government ban Bitcoin. This make people scared to buy Bitcoin.

There's a religion which said Bitcoin is haram, even though you've explain Bitcoin isn't haram, but they will keep say Bitcoin is haram.
1038  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: July 06, 2023, 09:23:47 AM
Well I think Manchester United fans need to calm down and not put huge expectation for Mason Mount because if he can't always play good in every matches, people will complaint and ask to change his jersey number. This is his first journey with Manchester United, so it would be normal for him to play bad for 1-2 seasons. It's inevitable Mason Mount would play with a pressure, if he's not mature enough his performance could be very bad.

I just want to give an update if I decided to remove @robelneo from my distrust list because he can view the matter in objective, not with personal feeling.

With the recent thread created for @rby where few users expose the account was changed hands, it's mean I'm not wrong for distrust him.

It looks like many users don't really care about retaliation distrust and ask me to move on, well I can't do anything than just accept it. Will lock thread, thanks for everybody who are giving their opinions.

Still wonder how there's an user can trust this account until now.

1040  Other / Meta / Re: Know who ignores who on: July 06, 2023, 06:33:47 AM
Why? You like reading shitposts? A combination of Report and Ignore makes it easier to find the posts worth reading.
I also not use ignore button, it's not mean I like reading shitposts, but I choose to report the posts and corrected the points that could mislead other users.

I think 'Ignore' feature is like when you don't like someone but you don't want to have a direct conflict with that person so you just don't want to see their post. Knowing someone ignores you will make you wonder what problem they have with you, and then there will be conflict. My point is, make Public Ignore List will negate the feature.
Correct, I think ignore is better for personal conflict because the moderators will not delete those kind posts due to it posted by high rank users, the post is long, etc. Since the posts can't be deleted, the last option is ignore him.

Yeah, making the ignore list become public will cause many problem, similar like feedback and trust list can be view in public. Many people leave feedback and trust/distrust someone because of retaliation.
