1021  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitvest (Low class admin processes / personnels and sneaky methods) on: January 05, 2021, 06:02:32 AM
Well the 2nd paragraph stated does well imply enough what they do in a way "scam" big winners out of their winnings through limited hotwallet amounts.

Okay perhaps I shall repost and find it in the Reputations section? If there is one.
Did someone got scammed because of that empty hot wallet? If none, then you can't say bitvest scammed their player. It's player decision to wait a little until hot wallet refilled or they can gamble it again. I also think this is more appropriate on reputation section since no one has got scammed.

Update:

They've unsuspended my account and allowed me to withdraw what's remaining of my deposit. Thanks for reinvestigating this matter and doing the right thing. I didn't think it was fair to paint you guys in a negative light when I did not have much of a chance to play on the platform.
Well glad you received your remaining deposit which is 0.08 btc. Now you have 2 choice, either selling it on $32,000 or HODLLL just like i told people do.  Grin
You can lock this thread if you still login on here (i doubt it)
1024  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔶 YOLOdice.com 🔶 play&invest BTC ETH LTC DOGE on: January 03, 2021, 01:06:03 AM
You can't just not refill the hot wallet while the price is rising over 100%.
Don't want to make you feeling more desparate, but DOGE price has been fallen to @29 sats, while it was reached more than @40sats (on binance it even reached @43 sats). This doge pump really crazy, it pumped on same time with bitcoin too

This user got his deposit back. He deposited $100 and had about $700 in winnings. Betcoin.ag decided to withhold the winnings and give back the deposit. What’s the basis of keeping my deposit when that user’s situation and my situation is the exact same? Is it because my deposit is more? You guys returned his deposit because you guys do in fact agree that there was nothing done wrong except his use of VPN.

If you have concrete proof of me cheating or doing anything related to fraud on your platform please provide concrete proof.
The screenshot above only shown he was accused by multi-accounts and then betcoin.ag asked them to provide KYC, which isn't same with yours. Your problem is, you broke the ToS by using VPN, trying to hide your real location which from banned region. Idk betcoin.ag would return your deposit or not, it's up to them and how you convince him with your reason.

Betcoin I am still waiting on the proof of this “collusion” or any type of fraudulent activity you speak of. Why is it that the user of the deposit you returned is in the same exact situation as me but was returned his deposit? Was it because his deposit was much lower than mine?
It's not because your deposit amount. If you really curious about that, i will show you betcoin.ag have refunded 1.1 btc and 0.1 btc for those guys https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5284557.msg55779792#msg55779792
Those amount are greater than yours, right?
You can contact SBR just like they did, if you want..

1032  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Betcoin.ag STOLE MY MONEY on: January 01, 2021, 03:47:59 AM
I don't know what was your intention to playing even though you were very aware you are from restricted/banned region @shindj2. You even tried to hide your local IP by used VPN. And now you are asking them to return your deposit back, after "2 mistakes" you have been knew already even before you deposit.

1034  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcasino.io 💜 — You are wonderful 😍 Thank you for 2020! on: December 31, 2020, 10:50:05 PM
Hi friends!

2020 has been a roller coaster ride for most of us. It had moments that are great to remember, and the moments that we wish we never experienced in the first place because of how terrible it was to go through that challenging experience.

It is important to keep moving forward through the tough year rather than staying where you are and not doing anything. Tough times never last, but tough people with an optimistic mindset and determination do Smiley I’m a great believer that the setbacks we are facing in the year will turn into setups for a great comeback in growth.

I would like to thank you all here in Bitcointalk who have contributed in our thread. Thanks to your comments, complaints, and appreciations we can grow stronger and better. Together. Gambling is a fun way to make your life more cheerful, so let’s keep it fun. Let’s play fair in games and in life, and I am sure together we can make 2021 a great year Wink

You are awesome!

Cheers Wink

Happy new year too , bitcasino.io. Lot of things happened during 2020, inc in gambling. Sometimes we are winning, sometimes we are losing, and sometimes we even hit such nice jackpot, especially from slot games  Grin
In 2020, you guys have introduced many casino games to us, even with explanation on your own blog and i can say all were satisfied to read all of that reviews. A big thank you for that. Hoping 2021 would be a better year for all of us !
1035  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Am I doing anything wrong by holding bitcoin?⁰ on: December 31, 2020, 10:34:18 PM
I believe that in 2021 these held bitcoins of mine will make me much happier.
Why? Because you believe in 2021 you'll get much more money? How can you be sure that will happen? Or because you can use it to pay for what you need regularly?

Just like what has been said by others, I think you should prepare for the worst. Take a look at how the price plays out, understand when you need to enter or exit, and so on. Unless you plan to hold it for years (and I mean more than 1 year). $12k is not a small amount of money, at least for me. I think you should be careful and make sure you don't get trapped in fomo.
He already said that with hold bitcoin would make him much happier, so he assumed bitcoin price will be rise more in the future. He doesn't planning to use it for anything, just hold it.
Trapped or not, no one know what will happen later, bitcoin can be falling, sideways, or even rises more from now.

Wish you goodluck, @CaC03

1039  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BETCOIN.AG ARE SCAMMERS!! on: December 31, 2020, 09:19:16 AM
Thats good to see the accusation getting solved in a short. Just because we have the forum, as well as support people from the respective platform it is quite easy. If not this will create bad reputation to the gambling site and the player to suffers. 3.6LTC is something around $450, which is a big amount.
Betcoin.AG didn't pay OP 3.6 LTC back, it was all of his deposit+ his winning amount but got pending because OP use multiple accounts.

Betcoin should make their Tos mandatory, I agree there. Nevertheless, it is my fault as I have created sveral accounts and I am not running away from my responsability.

Finally you admitted your fault. End of this drama. I can say you are really lucky betcoin.Ag still giving your deposit back, not all casino do like that.
1040  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BETCOIN.AG ARE SCAMMERS!! on: December 31, 2020, 01:04:37 AM
This player was found to have opened and played on 5 separate accounts between 22-29 December. These accounts share IPs and wallets.

We have refunded the deposit of the account mentioned and he is free to access his account and withdraw the initial deposit. Any additional accounts found will be closed and funds seized, including the deposit.

EDIT: Update, the player has received the withdrawal of his deposit.
Glad it resolved by OP received his deposit back.
But i have a question for you, why did you let OP playing with more than 1 account after he created with 5 different accounts? Why didn't you lock or ban his account when he just created 2nd account? If you were ban/lock when he created his 2nd account, he won't deposit more on your site.
