1021  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin about to go really high on: June 14, 2019, 11:06:15 PM
There is no doubt that the Bitcoin price will go high, but I am sure Bitcoin will not hit 25K to 30K USD within 3 months or even in this year. The market chart looks very well, but look at the market condition, It is still not that good to hope BTC at 25K USD!
In 3 months? Of course, it can't be, unless there is a magic around in crypto. But the situations are getting pretty hard which even seeing the market prices moves slowly. This couldn't be enough to jump high reaching into the top in just 3 months, it may be a year after.
Though it looks amazing and tempting to see at that price but it is too far from the real thing to happen.
Yes, during 2017 bull trend we experienced similar form of growth. Until the days close to drastic price increase the market was quite normal and suddenly it began to grow in multiples and some day there is growth happening in $1000+ which took it to reach ath in very small time period. There is possibility for a rise in this year, but we're not sure whether it is to $25k or higher. If we're about the year 2020 then surely we'll reach $25k which can be described based on the halving.
1022  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: GAMBLING AND CHARITY on: June 14, 2019, 11:05:19 AM
As a gambler I do always lose money in betting but it does not regret me because I might be able to win sometimes and that enjoy me during my free time. I have already chosen a good platform that has suited my desire like having a greater chance on winning and does not have any problems when it comes to funds deposit and funds withdrawal.

Now, I have done something that I never did before and that is by donating money to charity. Whenever I win I am not going to give some percentage of money to the charity in the hopes that I can help those individuals who are in need. I have already seen the effect and that was very heart melting knowing that many are thanking for the donations.

So, I encourage everyone especially gamblers with huge profit to share or to donate those who are in need. Besides, I get the feeling that I am bless in betting if I will share profit.

What do you think guys? Do you think that the charity had made me fortunate to win in gambling?
Congrats on the step taken forward in helping the people in need. Whether we're gamblers or not, commonly we're human beings and we have the responsibility to help the one next to us in need.

It is always a blessed feeling when you help others in need and nothing big need to be done, it is more than enough to help with what we can.

Also one should not help with a mind thinking that he'll win on gambling further. Helping without expectations or some form of believes is the best.
1023  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Swapping useless ERC20 Tokens on: June 14, 2019, 10:30:51 AM
There is nothing to do with the useless ERC-20 tokens, also no exchange or other service renders provide with the access for swapping. Binance has got a feature where large number of tokens can be swapped to top listed cryptocurrency. Here it has got limitations and at the same time if those were useless tokens here also there isn't no way for swapping.
1024  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Bitcoin SV going to crash? on: June 14, 2019, 10:10:17 AM
When the forking took place and bitcoin cash evolved as an altcoin there was a claim that bitcoin cash is the true bitcoin. Later it gained its own importance into trading and further speculations came stating that bitcoin cash will crash and nothing big took place. Same is gonna take place with bitcoin SV, unlike all the price speculations it has reached its ath and the market is quite strong and there is no reason for a crash by now or in the later days.
1025  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto Scams are a global issue on: June 14, 2019, 09:50:58 AM
Scam were common in the crypto ecosystem, because each and every activity happens through the interlinked platform. As of now the user community is very small compared to the fiat usage around the globe. Upon the same crytpo scams weren't a big issue as people are much aware about the possible ways of scamming and the measures to stay away. Earlier it was easy to scam people in the name of cryptocurrency and particularly in the name of bitcoin.
1026  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers needs to control their emotion! on: June 14, 2019, 06:52:31 AM
Gamblers can control their emotion but I don't think they can control the urge to gamble,

It's your emotion who are dictating you to gamble and that's the urge, of course you can control that if you are capable.

they are good in hiding their feelings and their denial that they need help but they cannot control the habit or the urge to gamble, and that story is not an isolated case there are a lot of unreported cases like that.

That's the attitude of a real gambler, we don't usually show our feelings when gambling especially when losing as we thought we are challenge and that would make us weak if we accept our loses.

That's the pride that makes them hide their emotion and with that pride they will not accept their loses.
Hiding the feeling of loss gonna hurt him more and more, indirectly it also urge the gambler to gamble again to get back the loss. To me its good to share with someone next to us or with the one whom we feel comfortable. I used to share with my parents whenever I experience huge loss, and they keep on scolding for few days. This gives me get relieved of the loss, else it gets remembered for a longer time.
1027  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can gambling turn an atheist to theist and superstitious? on: June 13, 2019, 05:25:02 PM
We all know gambling is random. We like to call it as "luck" as it sounds cute but it's like "choice of odds" in mathematics.

I'm an atheist and when I started to play, I had a fun experience despite of what I won or lose because I bet small amounts. Then I got addicted because of some big wins so I started to gamble much.

Even if I wanted to think that maybe my winning and losing isn't getting impacted by anything external, I believed otherwise. I believed my winning is the result of the color of the shirt and wearing, music I'm listening to, time of the day etc. Then when I lost big, I prayed to God to help me win/recover. I saw gambling as life and winning is heaven and losing is punishment from God.

Then slowly I stopped and the addiction got away a bit.

What's your opinion, do you believe in God/power that you think may help you win? I think gambling has the potential to turn an atheist into theist because of fear/risk it has. Smiley

God will never help anyone to become addicted to gambling, he knows that once a person becomes addicted to gambling his life will be a ruin, you are winning because you have a good run of luck, nothing more than that, God has nothing to do with it, so don't attach it to anything religion.
Yes, God will never make an user get into addiction. For me superstitious believes were just a way of coincidence, because people used to relate the winning with superstition and when lost it is termed just a loss. There is nothing more than God, and nothing needs to be related to religion or God in any aspect as people have difference of opinion in each and everything.
1028  Economy / Speculation / Re: $10000 is just around the corner it seems. on: June 13, 2019, 04:51:43 PM
This year we've already crossed the $9000 mark which gives the confirmation that $10000 is not far. It is around the corner, but to reach the same it isn't that easy as it is a next level of growth. Reaching $9000 now we're above $8000 and the price move is happening within few point. This looks to be the resistance gain, and the same will lead the market to move altogether and $10000 won't be big by that moment.
1029  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Chinese Crypto Trader Committed Suicide ( lesson for all crypto traders ) on: June 13, 2019, 03:52:29 PM
This is purely out of greed, also there can be other reasons as well same as that of the Quadrigax. Before risking such a huge fund surely he could've thought much about it. Also he's a trader who has been into the cryptocurrency trading for a much longer time period. There is something hidden in this incident and if it is true the traders who always prefer risking to get big profit will consider it a learning.
1030  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Cricket World Cup - Discussion & Analysis on: June 13, 2019, 02:49:01 PM
World cup organizing committee should have taken prior measures about the weather conditions. Continuous abandoning of match will cause a problem, because according to the table each and every team will play equal number of games, but the team which gets opportunity to play a d if won reaching the top of the points table will be much easier while the team getting equal points need to take extra efforts for the same.
1031  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: altcoin growth too slow? on: June 13, 2019, 02:13:22 PM
If you feel sick and you think that the movement for altcoins market is too damn slow, stop investing to altcoins and just move over to the coins that has good phasing base on your expectation and standards. The market is very unpredictable and it won't go according to your standard because it has its own life basing on its demand and supply.
Whether it is the top listed altcoins or the rest of the altcoins, the growth is always associated with the demand to the supply along with the trading volume, speculation happening around the market relative to the particular asset and various other factors need to be considered. Based on the same at times there will be slow growth as well unexpected fast phase growth. It is always good to move along with the market and should have patience to get good profit out of the investment.
1032  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which coins that are now $1-10 are likely to ever hit $100? on: June 13, 2019, 01:53:28 PM
I believe bitcoingold, ethereum futures, eos will reach higher than $100 in the long run. BNB too is in the urge of reaching $100, and probably these can be experienced when the price of bitcoin reach higher than the previous 2017 ath. Already several altcoins have crossed the $100 mark and now has fallen much low in value, hope to experience a recovery by the falling year.
1033  Economy / Economics / Re: Does it helpful when blockchain integrated to government system? on: June 13, 2019, 01:33:32 PM
Transparency is becoming a thing thanks to rivalry between politicians too.

I mean I am sure there are things that are still secret and hidden away by people but recently we get to see that many people stole money from public or got bribes and what not and they are told by the opponents of that person, so in revenge they tell that persons secrets and it goes on like that.

Weird part of this cycle is that nobody really cares and the life goes on, they don't even stop stealing, they continue to steal from people or get bribes and that is the sad part. Blockchain is still a great candidate and it should be available and also published on government pages so that we can clearly see who got money from where but if I know any better they will not stop it.
Well, transparency is a big factor that is much concerned to make things function without any form of flaws. When there is transparency automatically the politicians as well as the government authorities will think better and the same will reduce the corruption which is the big issue with each and every country in its growth. Integrating blockchain with the government system is a must for the growing population.
1034  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BNB first and only coin to hit all time high! on: June 13, 2019, 01:10:13 PM
BNB being backed by exchange has made it to be the best. It is the one that has grown reaching its all time high when the market is bearish. It is all because of the increased number of IEOs that got launched through the launchpad. Now more and more exchanges have been doing the same, but no one is capable to compete with Binance at this moment.
1035  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Cryptocurrency threatens governments on: June 13, 2019, 12:37:47 PM
In my opinion, it is because, of the banks. Banks has been a long time partner of our government, the government looks after the bank and the bank looks after the government, now, cryptocurrency which does not need the use of banks or any other third parties are coming, and the banks are threatened that they will lose their jobs, so the government as well feels pressured by this circumstance, but there are still lots to discuss when it comes to the government and cryptocurrency.

I'm also looking it as a main reason. Government is benefiting from banks across a nation since it is being hold by them. Cryptocurrency was created as decentralized that no one can over power it. Contradict to the role of the government. Therefore, existing of cryptocurrency from a country can create a threat towards government. I'm just amaze to Japan, instead being it as a threat they used it for the good welfare.
Yes, governments are the most beneficial organizations out of banking. Cryptocurrency being on the decentralized platform gives no power to the hands of governments. Governments weren't clear in the usage of cryptocurrency, that the inflow of economy is supportive to the growth of the country's economy. Japan is truly an exception who learned better about cryptocurrencies and believed on its potential that it'll surely beneficial some day as each and everything is getting integrated to technology.
1036  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: big banks going against crypto on: June 13, 2019, 12:12:49 PM
These are two opposing financial storage centers so there will be a sort of competition in these two games. I leave the rest to every individual on this earth to choose their side as we all have what we want and don'ts. It's very normal to see this big sides this way and we can choose where we want at any point in time.
We should not go against the banks due to obvious reasons. BTC and altcoins are not enough to fully replace a current banking system. It will be a big mistake to think like BTC transaction can handle all worldwide transactions. There is no mass adoption yet.
No one goes against banks, here it is stated about the big banks going against cryptocurrencies. Banks will always charge high on each and every transactions as well tries to keep the user funds under their control. At times on need of the user it wasn't able to withdraw, and the same has made people to go much on bitcoin. This has caused a big revenue loss to the big banks and it is the reason for big banks going against cryptocurrency.
1037  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If india bans Cryptocurrency as per the draft law, What happens to the community on: June 13, 2019, 11:47:40 AM
It's just a draft and if crypto is banned, one would need to use foreign exchanges and foreign banks to store cryptos or convert it into FIAT. So that's one legal way of dealing with cryptos but trading it in the country would be a lot risky just as gambling which is banned.
Well said, already there were more countries that have banned bitcoin. Nowhere there is official ban, from my learning in the past several countries faced it. Overcoming the same people continued to use it same as earlier, this is how cryptocurrency users within India too will do. There will be alternate ways of using cryptocurrency, people will look for the loop holes.
1038  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Time for Binance DEX? on: June 12, 2019, 11:40:50 PM
We've been tracking the coins that made Binance IEO for a while. Recently, the projects listed in Binance DEX have started to gain value. When we look at one by one, all projects continue to gain value.

Are you sure this isn't just part of a broader trend in the altcoin market?

I'm wondering if the IEO design lends itself to a highly concentrated supply. Since they sell out more or less instantly (rather than being bought over days or weeks like ICOs) it's probable the entire supply is being bought at once by relatively small number of entities.

That may make these markets more difficult to pump.
Agreed, when the entire set of funds gets into the hands of few number of people it is truly hard to pump the market. This kind of market won't be strong for a long there will be initial price pumping in large scale further we cannot experience gradual growth similar to the distribution that happens with ico's where there'll be growth with time depending on the distribution, listing on exchanges ad on similar events.
1039  Economy / Economics / Re: Important conditions for the progress of bitcoin on: June 12, 2019, 11:18:16 PM
But first, I think what investors are really looking for in a cryptocurrency is its stability, having a less volatile value as possible. Because you really canot afford to lose much money especially during massive swings and reversals-- it is just very risky. Stability and Security is what it would take for bitcoin to attract more people.
Maybe there is a very small percentage of investors with such a mentality. From my understanding these investors were the one who make the market highly volatile for large scale profiting. Volatility is the major attraction of the cryptocurrency network, maybe there is chances of loss but investors weren't that careless to invest and leave as it is without keeping track of the market moves.
1040  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: governments vs altcoins on: June 12, 2019, 06:25:01 PM
Whether it is bitcoin, altcoins or any other assets which isn't under the control of any government, then surely it is considered a threat and governments begin to react accordingly. To the same banks give support to the government in opposing the usage of bitcoin and altcoins as it takes the revenue of them.
