Year 2018 is the baddest year for crypto, the market is in red marks and the coins have smaller values, even me I'm forcing to do dumping of my coins due to market situation because if we do hodl the more prices go down. Hopefully this year is the recovery year for crypto, Im also expecting changes in 1Q this year 2019 to be more better for the revival from bearish to bullish.
I think it was the same as in 2013 when the crypto was not increased high, but the difference is bitcoin price was not higher as now. We are now in 2019 which every possibility can happen, and the rising of the crypto will comes soon. Many people still hope that in 2019, everything will change and will be better than before. As long as altcoins can give me a profit, I will use it to trade, but once the altcoin makes me disappointed, then I will sell it and find another coin. There are many altcoins we could use to search a profit, and we don't have to choose only one or two coins because this will only limit us to make the profit itself. Looking to get some ideas from people so let me begin by explaining my situation:
- I initially invested around $3000 just over a year ago in crypto, which is now currently worth about $1000 (2/3rd loss). I've written this off/left it and am a firm believer the market will one day recover, be it short or long term.
- I then stopped investing early this year.
- I now have opportunity to save/invest $1000 each month (after all my bills and everything are paid for).
- I have $5000 saved in cash as emergency in case I need it.
How would you invest the $1000? Or would you just save it all, or only invest a bit of it each month based on market behaviour? What coins are good to look into investing slowly, with the belief they'll give the best returns if the market properly goes into a bull run?
I will use $1000 each month to invest in many coins. From $1000, I will divide into 3-5 coins and hold because that is what we can do in waiting for the market rising again. But I don't use for investing only, and I will use some of the money to trade because I see we have a good chance to buy and sell if we can choose the right coin. While we invest and hold the coin, we can check and analyze every coin in the wallet and see the price, if the price can get a pump or increase double than the last price we bought, then we could sell some amount to take the money back. But this is only if you have skill in trading, don't do this if you only want to invest and hold the coins. |

But it might possible if he was followed by someone and that person was pretending to be a taxi driver and finally, he can get that money from the gambler. If you are not really in a hurry, I could suggest you to wait until btc/ETH price to recover and then you can decide If you will continue selling or reuse them instead. Either way it's a bit win win for you. But how long? This is a big question for him. My suggestion is don't sell his rigs, turn off his mining if he cannot pay the electricity cost and then wait until the market recover like above me said.
