10301  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alt coins worth buying on: July 20, 2016, 02:34:45 PM
Just stick with Lisk!

Someday when this hit big, it would be too late for those who dump to buy back their Lisk.
Few coins that I note to be have value later is the CRX, GPUcoin and ADZ they weren't in the spotlight like those coins who were heavily promoted but i think they will have value in the future.
10302  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: next coin to hit poloniex, confirmed!!! on: July 20, 2016, 02:24:52 PM
Did some search about the coin after seeing this thread again. I found this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=659848.980
is this the right coin they've been hyping?  Seem like the dev has Red trust for the centralization plan of his coin.
10303  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: WAVES. Ultimate crypto-tokens blockchain platform. on: July 20, 2016, 02:06:21 PM
The Waves team is currently tightly lipped about the current state of the development. They are not giving out any promises. I like this attitude. Better not to promise anything and overdeliver then promise too much and disappoint.

Yes. Just like what happened to RISE. They've been promising about how great their platform will be and that its better than Lisk base on the gren checks they've made and the roadmap they presented. up to these days, they never really have provide anything worth mentioning.
10304  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: next coin to hit poloniex, confirmed!!! on: July 20, 2016, 04:01:14 AM
I'm in this forum all the time of the day just reading and watching most of the coins on Ico and not but never have I seen this coin to have the potential actually. I don't buy this shit. Unless its goin to be worth $3 each the next days.
10305  Other / Politics & Society / Re: child labouring or child beggar on: July 20, 2016, 03:52:27 AM
What do you prefer more child working in some work place or child begging in a street

While I prefer the first, i think the department intended to address such issues are the ones to take responsibilities.
Giving the kids time to play is also important.

Steem hit poloniex, and waves? When this will happen?

So even if they give the full nodes, there might not even have the chance to get listed?  if so then why hope for it to be listed there.
What the waves team has to prove is to make its value stronger just like how steem did. This should at least accept this as a challenge. release it.
10307  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you actively spend your bitcoins? on: July 19, 2016, 04:16:10 PM

for the few places that do accept bitcoin, do you currently spend the coins you hold at any of them?

I know places like www.takeaway.com accept bitcoin and i even heard CEX.co.uk accept bitcoin in stores now too, but does anyone spend the bitcoins they have or do most just onto hold them? (Or gamble them lol)

I wonder if there will ever be any retailers that only accept bitcoin.

yes i spend my bitcoins actively because i think that if we wouldn't spend them at all, bitcoin would be dead pretty soon so i spend them pretty often actually

If everyone will believe in spending then I think bitcoin will become more stronger currency in future and to see higher price of bitcoin in future I think we should spend it regularly.

its been spent regularly even today.  I buy digital services on fiverr. Smiley
BTC I think is designed to spend online so those guys paying for adverts and paying for their employees are definitely helping btc economy.
if its not spent regularly, the bitcoin economy would have failed.
10308  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Xaurum RICO on: July 19, 2016, 03:49:24 PM

If a coin is backed by gold, does this mean that a whale can't drag the price down if they dump about thousands of it?

Interesting a coin backed by gold, count me in. And i join the twitter campaign later on.  Smiley

Wish to have joined during the first week of the campaign. Where is their thread to the twitter campaign?
10309  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: how to make money on bitcointalk without campaigns on: July 19, 2016, 03:32:04 PM
the best way to earn money (bitcoin) on this forum is to sell things here. it can be goods that you can sell (digital or physical) check here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=51.0

or it can even be your services that you sell, like as a designer: check here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0

That is for someone who can afford to sell something online. i don't do it myself. I'd rather sell digital items such as facebook page and accounts.
its always signature campaigns thats good to turn too even when your bann to some campaigns.  OP is now on secondsatrade. good luck.
10310  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][exchange] alcurex v2.0.1 on: July 19, 2016, 03:17:56 PM

I only go to this exchange because the coin i support as of now is listed here. i find it good though but is there a way to change the charts to candle sticks?
alcurex shares seem cheaper till too. i might just buy some.
10311  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you think Facebook is responsible for the content posted by their users? on: July 19, 2016, 02:52:32 PM
they also give the users the duty to report whenever there is something that isn't right.
so users are also responsible to the contents they posts.  so its never facebook's fault if their platform is use by terrorist. the authorities should have the chance to monitor then becuase they are jsut on facebook. its a lot harder for them if they stay on dark web.
10312  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] GPU Coin - Full PoS - 15% on: July 19, 2016, 02:34:13 PM
Its usually gets dumped on yobit when it reach 0.00000072 but now it seem going strong.
wish i've bought a lot during the time when it was yet 0.00000011 good to have at least 6K though. good luck to the dev.  Grin wil buy more when i get extra btc.
10313  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CRX]ChronosCoin /Scrypt POW/POS / Penny Auction soon. on: July 19, 2016, 02:09:27 PM

Registered to the forum and quite good it needs no email confirmation?
I remember the dev of GPUcoin had been working hard for the coin and its now great. Anyway hoping for the good future for this coin and its use.
10314  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [PRE ANN] ICO STARTED - MegaStake - 1111% APR - Backed by Gaming! on: July 19, 2016, 01:38:06 PM
Any roadmap for this i feel restless with ICOs recently. I've been buying a lot of coins that turned out to have lesser value in the end because most users dump during the first day of released so its better for me to just wait for the release. I'll pass.
10315  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: WAVES. Ultimate crypto-tokens blockchain platform. on: July 19, 2016, 12:42:41 PM
his bounties must worth the keep as the price is almost stable now and can potentially grow so there should be no fear of him dumping. Unless of your theteam won't give his bounties because its somehow huge.
10316  Other / Meta / Re: Legendary one day? on: July 19, 2016, 01:27:08 AM
Just what are the advantages of becoming a Hero by the way?
I'm currently a SR. Member and soon will be a Hero and then Legendary. I'd like to achieve that as well. The only advantage I see for now is the signature campaign fee would be much than how much i got as of now.
10317  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Bitcoin Casinos Blocking Certain Countries on: July 18, 2016, 05:32:11 AM
I was wondering why Bitcoin Casinos would block certain countries for using thier service to avoid paying penalties.

I saw this in a coindesk article:
Quote
However the FCA has not offered any constructive guidance or comment on the regulation of digital currencies. In fact, the FCA has gone as far as stating it does not regulate digital currencies and has no intention of doing so. The result is that bitcoin businesses in the UK are not obliged to register with or be authorised by the FCA.

This is fairly transferrable and means that the UK government (which is fairly strict when it comes to them earning money) doesn't want to regulate Bitcoin (probably because they don't know how).

So why do sites like primedice.com still feel that they are hosting an illegal site when they cannot be fined for it?

If true then I guess there is no reason for the rest of us not create some gambling sites as well.
If UK can't block then I suppose our government also can't which they too warned to stop online gambling.

I'm from Asia and we've been caged for reason that we don't even create dating sites in our country because they could be used  by sex maniacs and that we'll be accused for human trafficking.
10318  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: RISE | ICO CLOSED | RISE WITHDRAWAL ENABLED | MAINNET LIVE | TRADING ON BITTREX on: July 18, 2016, 04:58:53 AM
lol I'm not spreading FUD, i still have more than 4k RISE in my bittrex account and even have 1k plus on my RISE ICO account. The dev should know it buy now. but take a look at what they are doing.  they could close my account if they find me FUD, its all theirs, same username.

RISE team could now be hiring some programmers knowledgeable enough for what they are planing and can't find someone else to join how fishy they want it.
none of the team seem to have better programing experience

10319  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: RISE | ICO CLOSED | RISE WITHDRAWAL ENABLED | MAINNET LIVE | TRADING ON BITTREX on: July 18, 2016, 03:36:54 AM
Thanks for making them rich and watch them make their next scam ICO coin haha

I have been supporting the coin since time too, I've even invited al ot of users to invest thru my affiliate link to the ICO but now I'm starting to think I'd dump the coin for the dev to be missing in action.  What is the latest news you guys received from them?

They are waiting for the next move of lisk and thats what they are going to do next..

Thats what I have observed.. Seriously even in their advertising its the same as lisk..

lol of course it make sense. what can we expect to those clones but clone up to the last plan.  I was just into it back then believing they were better due to the OP they presented. I'd find it good if their value can compete as well but its not really that acceptable.
10320  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alt coins worth buying on: July 18, 2016, 03:21:46 AM
TrumpCoin was recently formed as an LLC and the new acting Prime Minister (haha) of TrumpCoin is looking to run it like a business. Great time to check out the charts and find a nice entry point.
I doubt its worth investing. the coin's price will soon drop once he loses the election which is possible. Clinton is wining the race really, If i am a supporter i would buy BLRY instead than Trump even when these two are both a joke.
