Definitely everyone feels happy when they win and will wager more in the next round to see if I still have luck on my side or it was just a random win.

I honestly do not think war has a direct bearing on bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency because it's built on a decentralized network with no physical access to be affected by war...but it might also depend on what has caused the war and which countries are involved

Bitcoin being legal wouldn't change its face value much because even the current situation allows users to freely use it where any internet connectivity can be accessed, of course having it as a legal digital asset would instill confidence in investors and the big market players would instantly sign up

I honestly think gambling is addictive because most of us lose self-control and choose to be greedy which makes us lose money in the process which results in us getting hooked and keep coming back for more to try and win back our lost money.

I think with the rising bitcoin prices its would be worthwhile to try and hold longer for better bitcoin prices and also buy some altcoins as bitcoin powers up in value and get the alts cheaper.

I red an article that shows why we can consider Bitcoin a money. the article montioned some characteristics of bitcoins that make it even better that fiat currencies and they are: 1-Scarce: not widely avalable. 2-Durable: it’s eternal as long as people want to use it and wallets can even be duplicated to prevent file corruption. 3-Portable: Bitcoin is super easy to carry, 4-Divisible: divisible up to eight decimal places and can be extended further. 5-Authenticity verification: This process requires some technical knowledge, but it’s not super complex. 6-Storage: there’s nothing easier to store than something that is digital. 7-Fungible: Like fiat currencies, Bitcoin is considered equal, since 1 BTC is the same as another 1 BTC. 8-Difficult to counterfeit: being an encrypted coin, it’s impossible to counterfeit Bitcoins. 9-Widespread use: there are new members of the Bitcoin universe every day.
This makes bitcoin to be recognized as money in which ever way we look at this and its super difficult to counterfeit thats why many people are interested in this technology

Great project waiting for the reopening of the SWARM FUND token sale on 9/21 but just one question is the bounty calculation still going to happen on the September 21st as well?

I just want to ask how would you know if a person is suffering from gambling addiction. Can you guys tell me the signs of it?
I think you would know it if you couldn't stop thinking about it, You just want to gamble and aim for a huge profit. I agree If gambling is all what a person thinks of then they should know they are addicted, failing to use money for constructive things other than gambling should be taken as a sign of an addict.

Come on you call this a correction...?
This is far from it, this is all panic which should stabilize soon once people realize bitcoin is safe to use

I believe the idea of holding a token sale become too easy for anyone that wanted to try this out and needed some regulations, and I think one of the reasons this ban has been imposed is because token sales became more like a pyramid scheme for weak projects leaving long term investors at a guaranteed loss...its unfortunate ICO's have being classified as illegal fund-raising/financial fraud hope we can see a favorable environment for future virtual currencies to coexist with fiat.

* One of the advantages cash has over bitcoin is its value never gets affected by speculations or regulations. * Value of cash is much stable than the value of bitcoin. * You do not need the internet to use cash unlike bitcoins.

Cryptocurrency markets are fully in red. Nothing escapes. Bitcoin is down. Alts are down. Smart contract platforms are down. We expected ICO regulations to come in but not with this kind of impact ![Cry](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cry.gif) hope to see a quick recovery. Every single ICO token is down. These have some time to recover... Only bitcoin can survive this, but it'll keep taking everything down with it for as long as it falls. Those pretending that ICOs can recover from this dip without Chinese capital know no better.
its a known fact that bitcoin is a survivor and as i see from coin market altcoins have been hit the hardest dropping in the range of 5%-50% but tables will turn when all this settles down in a few weeks time.

Am not worried that we are not going to see $5000 because this can happen any time between now and next week, we just need strong hands to stop dumping their coins whenever we hit a new all time to allow btc price to soar freely to new heights.

Netherlands vs Bulgaria i'm sure netherlands can win against bulgaria and they will try to made many goals because this is a important match for them if they lost, no more chance for them qualify to world cup 2018.
We all knew what Bulgaria was going to be getting considering Netherlands are an experienced team when it comes to big games and am sure the will fancy their chances to win the world cup tournament. netherlands -1.5 Looks like the handicap was a winner by half a goal(0.5) congrants mate ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

The government has to be on the top of the list because they influence the future of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies by deciding their legal presence, then banks are partly enemies and good driver's of crypto coins has they aid easy access to fiat through debit/prepaid cards while some banks see bitcoins as a competitor that needs to be put out before banks are extinct

A user being phished (assumption) while not having 2FA enabled does not mean that the exchange was hacked.
BTC withdraw verification via email is not 2FA.
I do agree we must not drag the name of a company or any other service provider because we got careless and fell for a phishing scheme, we are lible for our own actions and seeing more user accounts being compromised almost everyday should be a learning point for everyone and we should add extra security to our accounts to avoid losing money or personal data leaks

No need to get alarmed and sad, dips should be seen as an opportunity to buy bitcoins at lower prices which also allows new investments to come in and naturally push prices to the moon in the long run.

Interesting piece of information so the NSA tracked him through his writing style from his numerous posts and emails and from trillions of writing styles...find it hard to believe that they got the real guy, for someone that knows a thing or two about anonymity we shall never hear from him in his capacity unless another pseudo name. TBH Satoshi Nakamoto's identity at this point matters less, bitcoin is a decentralized currency which is doing fine with support from the devs team and miners not forgetting the crypto community.

Just when bitcoin started to become more popular our card issuers from MY Choice Corporate decide to call it a day thought this meant more business for them?
