Iceland losing against Finland was quite a surprise for me...

Finland is not that bad actually, they have a decent team and i'm not surprised Finland can win against Iceland. For today matches i highlight on Greece vs Belgium match, both teams are the top 1-2 on the group and Greece have a great defend on their home. I predict this match will be tight and remember Belgium team are full of star players.

I curious about what Portugal will do today, and also Belgium.  A very important game for Portugal if they want the lead of the group. We all know how defensive the Greece national teams are , I am sure that even though the Belgians Red Devils will eventually win the game, they are not going to be free scoring like they did in the Gibraltar game, So games between the two sides have ended in a draw, maybe this game will eventually end in a draw as well.

Such a feel-good factor floating around the Spanish camp now, and Villa's last goal just brings back so many stirring memories of their supremacy... it feels like just yesterday. I would say they're just about safe to progress now. Can't see them even drawing to Lichtenstein in two days, but one shock result and a loss to Albania in October is all it takes to shake this foundation.

I think it kind of "shocked" us all, but Isco's goals were quite good, and it completely changed the game in my opinion. I expected more from Buffon on the free kick, but there was nothing he could do on the second goal. It was just to hard for Italy after that. Spain played well, and I enjoyed it, and the last goal was just amazing in my opinion, I just loved that cross from Ramos to Morata. Great game to watch.

It was expected to be a close match between Spain and Italy. Spain took a lead pretty early in the match (first 15 minutes) and Italy never looked like recovering. Italy most likely will have to go through the play offs.

We all knew what Bulgaria was going to be getting considering Netherlands are an experienced team when it comes to big games and am sure the will fancy their chances to win the world cup tournament.

From the looks of things it seems the Netherlands are going to miss next year's World Cup, Sweden are without doubt going to qualify as winners of their group and France will play in the playoffs which Holland are going to miss it just like they misses the European Cup last year.

Didier Deschamps has been doing more talking than coaching and I bet he's going to face the axe should he fail to qualify franceto the world cup. I don't know what's wrong with the French side. It they have it all so maybe its due to the coach who is technically inept.

So against who can Spain possibly slip ? Israel, Albania, Lichtenstein or Macedonia ? Spain has a much better quality team squad than all the other teams in this group. Spain will be first without a single doubt and Italy second as Italy is second only to Spain in quality in this group. The other teams here cannot compete with Spain or Italy.

Lukaku's simply in the form of his life. I remember when people were asking early last season if he was the best striker in the EPL. I personally didn't think so, but judging from his ratio of scoring and his performance in national colours, I might have been guilty of overlooking him. Belgians will really enjoy taking the dig at neighbours Netherlands for the next few years!

It will be everyone's loss of the Oranjes don't make it, but am afraid you're right. Just wasn't pretty seeing them go down to France last week. The French draw is only going to prolong this pain. Sadly, this downtrend looks to continue for another generation.

Yes I agree with you. I mean there is Spain and Italy in this group, one of them will of course need to go through qualifications, so I'm not worried about Italy. I'm sure that one way or another, they will qualify, since they are not really playing bad.

I'm curious about the game between England and Slovakia. Only two points separating these two, so England needs to win this game. They should be more than capable, but they already have a few draws, and sometimes they have trouble scoring goals. I expect England to win this one, but the game will probably be under 2.5 goals.
