Why would we trust you with any sort of money?
What we should do to make a trust on you? Make a trust? What do you mean?

AS stated in title, I need 250 USD worth of paypal and I have BTC or ETH
1) I will deal with no one under Full member, and I don't want anyone under that rank to even comment here. If you're a Member or below, I will report your post as having broken my local rule. Don't even PM me if you're below Full Member.
2) I will only deal with trusted members, and that's at my discretion.
3) Strictly the coinmarketcap 1:1 price. Will not go lower.
4) I will not send first, since the risk is all on my side.
Now that we got that out of the way, please post here if you're interested. I will PM you my PayPal address, and you will have to let me know what your ETH address is.
I can do this in smaller amounts, with multiple users, so make an offer.

You are, just only your address is on the sheet. Is it one report per user or are we allowed to make a second report.
also i do now appear on the spreadsheet but haven't got any payment, even though the status says "done" (#260 on spreadsheet)
Done means your report is finished. Payments are to be sent after 1k reports as stated in OP. Dear manager, i want to change my bitcoin address Old one is 1M4jDk7nNLZM2iLQr5sJutyDdaCjXqoVGL New 16ZHHWcc8JT1uTQLjT9cPWBjeRAHzPKMk1
Done.

I would remove Lauda and minerjones from this list. They were both escrow for a deal that went bad, in which funds were lost, and lauda had announced the escrow agents were going to impose the losses on those they were supposed to be protecting against losses -- this very much defeats the point of using escrow. You fail to mention the part where Lauda and minerjones, with the help of Gleb and maybe others recovered all funds and paid it back to the investors Here. AFAIK they even waived their fees even after all the extra work that got added. So please, stop spreading that about some of the most honest/professional escrows out there. rekt

Invest in some lenders here, zarrab, condras and loan shark are the big ones. I currently also run a lending service on here, happy to entertain any arrangements you may be thinking of.
Vouch for him! Done a couple of trades with him and he's smooth. If you are running your own lending thread, might be good to contact an escrow that fits your timezone and is fairly active.

I was interested until I saw this: All Public and Private Keys are generated using the Verge Random Generator. Once printed, all Private keys are held in safe, offline storage to prevent malicious intent. Bit Elevation retains these keys in order to assist customers accessing their funds if needed. Public Keys are published online along with the corresponding serial number.
How could you possibly justify keeping a record of tgr private keys? In my mind these are cool but unusable $24.99 wallets. I’d be happy for you to explain it as I would have been a potential buyer. My thoughts exactly.

I prefer to just use vanity addresses generated by myself as the escrow address for campaigns. Out of all the campaigns I've managed, only 1 person has used a segwit address... Are you sure about this? From what i know both sending and receiving addresses have to be segwit compatible to be considered as segwit transaction with lower size + lower fee. I quote this Reddit post: https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/7l9tda/day_2_i_will_repost_this_guide_daily_until/A transaction between two SegWit addresses is a SegWit transaction.
A transaction sent from a SegWit address to a non-SegWit address is a SegWit transaction.
A transaction sent from a non-SegWit address to a SegWit address is NOT a SegWit transaction. Basically, it counts as a SegWit transaction if the sending address is a SegWit address (either P2SH-P2WPKH or bech32). This is useful, thanks.

Trade done with madz, thanks. I am interested.
Can you send 110 USD PayPal for btc/eth? Yes, and more if you have more to sell. ETH is preferable (due to faster transfer) - but I will take either. Please PM me your paypal email and we will go from there. Pm sent.
