Hi, I'm interested in testing/getting the card, but I live in a country which is not on the list (Venezuela). Any idea why not and if it'll be solved anytime soon?

we will certainly aim at providing the service for every country at some point, although it is hard to say about Venezuela for the moment. The current card issuer bank does not allow us to ship cards there, so, it is a matter of finding an alternative banking partner. Do you think there would be high potential demand for such card in Venezuela? As a temporary solution, can only suggest ordering the card to your relatives' or friends' address in a country from the list and nearby |

Is the price of the card expected to be cheaper once you guys are out of beta ?
The price of the card is expected to be set at $17 once we are out of beta and EUR and GBP cards are available. $10 for the USD one is still the promotional beta price, so grab one while it lasts! |

awesome i am glad to hear all is working out, how would you rate the activation, time to get card, ease of having bitcoin loaded onto it so you can use it " not actual process but i mean like how long does it take before can spend it "
From the moment I got the card it only took minutes. Activation on the site was easy. The phone call for the pin code was no problem at all. Charging the card (waiting for the blockchain was the longest delay) was simple and fast. All in all a very good experience. The site needs some work like a running total in the transaction list also txid for blockchain transfers would be nice. And some strange thing all numbers after the decimal places are 0 which is not normal. Thank you for your feedback and suggestions! We will try to fix the issues you mention shortly |

Комиссии за конвертацию долларов в рубли фиксированные, или от суммы зависят?
по идее, в банкомате фиксированная, а в POS процент (так снимает банк, выпускающий карту), но зависит и от принимающей стороны - там могут быть свои комиссии, поэтому в точно цифрах на ваш вопрос ответить не смогу. Это и есть часть нашей миссии - избавить людей от неадекватных комиссий за конвертацию валют. Спим и видим мультивалютную карту, работающую по межбанковским курсам! |

Получил вчера карту (заказывал 9-го января), активировал по телефону, голос у робота немного неразборчивый. Закинул биткоины, зачислились немного позже 6-и подтверждений. Сделал вывод на карту, зачисление заняло около часа.
За снятие в рублях в банкомате ВТБ взяли fee $4 (снял 4000 рублей), за покупку в магазине $2 (чек около 5600), что странно, вроде бы должно быть без комиссии.
В остальном пока вопросов нет.
Добавлю:
Повторный вывод на карту прошел за секунды.
Забавно, что в письме подтверждающем вывод, итоговый баланс на карте был написан без учета сегодняшних трат, а просто сумма вчерашнего и сегодняшнего вывода.

Why do we need a physical debt card? Couldn't we just all use our i-phones?
lol i would 1st of all never use any service that stores card information on file like iphone to pay for stuff even for credit cards where i have some protection from unlawful usage. 2nd of all i dont even have a smart phone iphone or android lol i got old fassioned dumb phone so that leaves me with the actual debit card itself. very valid points! |

you could use it as a virtual card, too. Overall, agree with you - paying with phone is more convenient. Technologies people are used to, like plastic, hang around for a while before going extinct though, give it some time ) |

If we order a card now the USD one can it be converted to a EUR/Multi later on?
If you order the USD one now, it will remain a USD card, can't change the physical piece of plastic later. You will be able to order the EUR one rather soon and the multi-currency one a bit later. The benefit of getting the USD card now is that it costs $10 while in beta, whereas when the other cards are released and we move out of beta, the price of the card will be $17 |

I think the Euro card would be higher priority to most.
One more thing, you should really edit the first post and put all the info thats spread out thoughout this thread concerning countries, fees, testimonials etc in there in an organised manner so people may stop asking the same questions. And you should put the name of your company in the subject line if this is going to remain the official thread.

I vaguely remember something about identity verification where we need to upload a picture of our ID on the site? But I can't find anything about now for some reason, how do we remove the 2.5k/year limit again?
lol yeah i could see how the 2,500$$ limit a year would be a problem, i probable spend more than that in a year just for cigarates and beer combined haha  per year? I thought that was a monthly limit? for unverified accounts it's yearly. If you want to increase the limits, need to verify your ID and address |

Yes, we do ship to Canada. If your ordinary Visa card works in India, so should ours. Yes ordinary visa-cards work in India , then why can't you just ship to India directly instead of making me get it to canada and get it shipped ? :-/ it is a limitation of the card issuing bank, which itself is limited by rules/regulations. As far a we are aware, this is due to strict rules imposed on currency exchange related transactions in India. If you order the card to be delivered to India, the request will be rejected by the bank - unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it right now. In future we may consider finding a partner bank in India, given there is sufficient demand, but this is not on the table just yet AND i am pretty sure the reason why the card can't be shipped to the people in the USA is because of the same issues? Despite the fact that the cards is in USD is this correct? As far as demand goes i am sure plenty of people in the USA might want to try this card out for stuff like everyday purchases Yes, you are absolutely right. Возможен ли перевод средств с вашей карты на другую карту Visa/MasterCard и обратно(при условии что карты на одно имя)? Возможен ли перевод на вашу карту при помощи PayPal, аналогично снятие?
Для того чтоб заслужить доверие, не достаточно назвать страну и город где располагается ваш офис. Необходим полный адрес, желательно небольшое видео и несколько фото офиса и лиц в нем работающих(это дело нескольких минут). Также, необходима копия документов указывающих что вы легально существующая фирма.
P.S. При ответе просьба не говорить, что все есть англоязычной теме, если же ответы есть дайте конкретные ссылки. Спасибо
По вашим вопросам уточняем с банком-эмитентом карты. По вопросу доверия, спасибо за комментарии. Открытые данные по компании выложим в ближайшее время. Что касается офиса, фото и видео, в наше время это наверно неактуально. Большая часть интернет бизнесов, в целом, а стартапов, в особенности, работают в виртуальном режиме - команды разбросаны географически. Фотографии из какого-нибудь офиса выложить легко, только что это покажет и докажет? Is this Card works in India, no other cards are working in India currently, like OKPay card etc... So can you confirm, is this card works in India or Not
Unfortunately we cannot deliver cards to India. That is a limitation of the issuing bank, apparently caused by regulations in India |
