1041  Economy / Economics / Re: All millions are from real estate. on: August 21, 2023, 03:03:23 PM
I guess there are millions & billions in real estate... for example in my country (and I think it's pretty much the same everywhere) nobody gets into the real estate business without nice capital and maybe even more important without connections with the ruling party. Especially it's the case if we talk about "high value" properties.

There's money everywhere around, but it's not so easy to start a business and make it work in the long run. Capital is needed, skills as well, and I think that whatever we do we need to have some luck.
1042  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casinos games are not made by the casino teams but... on: August 21, 2023, 11:31:05 AM
Casino owner or verified developers who ever is responsible for the game development does not guarantee how transparent the game will appear to be, when a Casino sign a contract with a game developer, the necessary tools for integration and they can also have the access to make what ever changes they want, the game design is that of the developers which they have paid for, why the Casino belongs to different individuals so they will design how they want things to be.

It's left with the casino owner to either be fair enough and leave things the way it was initially developed or they manipulate it to be in their favour, which I believe they will definitely do as their main objective for running a casino is to make profit. Casinos are designed to be in favour of the owners and not that of the gamblers.

And probably fair? When you play provably fair games in crypto casinos you can verify your bets. It's on the casino to set up the house edge, it's where they make money. The house edge can and is different for different games and in different casinos.

We can't check the fairness of third-party games, it's on us to trust them or not. As a person who likes to play slots and some other third-party games, I know how unpredictable these games can be. The long-losing streaks are pretty much normal, we rely on pure luck, and there are no guarantees that we will land on a bonus round with some greater payout.
1043  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Glitches still affects online casinos? Or it's the casinos that sucks on: August 21, 2023, 08:58:05 AM
Yes, glitches affect the gameplay... it can be very annoying when slots freeze and ask me to refresh the page so I can continue to play. Usually, those spins get refunded immediately, or when we refresh the page we continue where we stop, but still nobody likes such interruptions.

Technical issues occur here and there, and we can't say if it's on our side or if the casino has some issues before we investigate the problem itself with the help of support of course. Anyway, when it happens it affects the experience.

I had a little situation a few nights ago: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5389679.msg62713805#msg62713805. I couldn't play normally, so I just moved my funds to another casino and I played the same providers without any problems. So I guess it was some problem on their end.
1044  Economy / Economics / Re: How to avoid over expenses and have discipline on: August 20, 2023, 10:05:38 PM
If you have to be disciplined all the time and spend your finances according to a plan, that's how uninteresting life will be. How are you different from a robot? And would you say no to a child who sometimes asks for a new toy just because it's a little over budget?

Nice comment... and everything that is really good is usually "over budget". And how to save on kids, house, car, and everything else? Everything asks for maintenance. So I definitely agree with you, it's hard to be disciplined and live a life, I feel like we can't afford it, it's like a privilege of the rich people, with very high incomes. We all look for that income/expense balance in life, but I guess this inflation made a pretty nice mess in our wallets, and it's really hard to keep up in the past months, money is going away at incredible speed.
1045  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why we need to buy meme coin? on: August 20, 2023, 08:37:47 PM
Well, I think the title of your thread should be the negative form of the sentence: "Why we don't need to buy meme cojn?", as you presented good reasons why investors should avoid investing their funds in memecoins.

Indeed, these are risky investments which don't bring any solid potential of profitability on long term, as they rely solely on hype to make progress and not on real usecase for adopters. In other words: you have to be lucky to invest in memecoins and make profit. It's a kind of lottery where early investors profit and late ones lose money to the first group.

I agree with you, especially with your headline suggestion. He gave us a reason to not buy meme coins, at least for people who wish to invest in some meme coins.

I think that it's not all about investing and earning as much as possible... that part is very important, of course, but there should also be some support for something without the need for profit. Simply said, we use some coins because we like what we can do with them, and in that way, we become part of that community and we support that project. So maybe the answer to OP's question from the headline can be "Because we wish to have some fun".
1046  Economy / Gambling / Re: Help us build the greatest crypto casino on: August 20, 2023, 06:12:59 PM
More games, more different promotions & bonuses, loyalty programs for players, be generous with affiliates... and of course, don't save on marketing. That's how casino attracts players.

I was one of the first players in many big crypto casinos around... some of them started with a few in-house games and a couple of third-party providers. So building can start from scratch, what's important is to be a fair and trustworthy casino from the start and people will recognize that.
1047  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What micro games is best for you? on: August 20, 2023, 04:11:18 PM
BC.Game in-house slots Saviour Sword and Oriental Beauties... Cave of Plunder and Twist are also very interesting. I play classic in-house games as well, but these slots are more interesting and we can play them with pennies. I guess the real winner would be Egyptian, the in-house slot they had before... the real slot, and we could play it with 10 sats bets. I was running the auto on that Egyptian almost everyday.
1048  Economy / Gambling / Re: BC.Game-🔴🔴🔴BET RED IN CRASH!🔴🔴🔴 Find More Unique Games! on: August 19, 2023, 05:14:16 PM
This should be your third post in this thread and in all your previous posts you have been told to come with your proves but instead you still keep repeating the same thing i.e claiming you have been scammed without any proofs.

We have seen so many users come to the forum and make some baseless accusations and right no your accusation is similar to them.
You stating that your account was hacked and then blaming it on Bc.game is confusing without anything to back your claim that they (bc.game) truly had anything to do with it, or everything was as a result of your carelessness towards your security.

Well, I didn't have many issues with crypto casinos in general... but the last few issues were on me, I mixed up some chains! Smiley I was lucky and I got my coins back with some "help". What I wish to say is that these things happen more than often, we (players) make a mistake, mostly because we didn't pay enough attention, and these kinds of mistakes are usually totally unintentional. But some people are trying to pass the blame on the casino, although they know it's their fault. People who tried to cheat and it didn't work... and they will try to take the money by yelling and threatening.
1049  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Top 40 Twitch accounts for gambling advertising on: August 19, 2023, 11:19:55 AM
...
There are people who actually enjoy someone doing risky things like gambling. I guess that there followers are mixed with gamblers and normal people who just want to watch them do gambles. Streamers try to entertain people as much as they can so that their viewers won't leave their stream and of course for them to donate to the streamer. There are bunch of entertaining streams on twitch not only on gambling but commonly on gaming. It was long ago when the last time I watch a gamble stream but I remember that the streamer let the viewers control his gambling stream by performing the recommendation of viewers. Viewers are making the streamer do weird odds and bets and I find it entertaining.

I think you are right, some people find watching casino streamers fun for the reasons you stated. But we forgot that these streamers usually give money in some way... rains, tips, drops, quizzes, raffles, etc. And maybe that's the real reason why some streamers are more popular than others and why so many people follow them.

...
I'm part of people who like risky in gambling and I believe that a risk takers is the one that likely win in any thing they participate, but people condemn to take risk, but why risk takers are the most successful people we know in the world, I don't know why people do not like to take risk, so I believe that  gambling before you win anything in gambling you most be a risk taker, so gambling is a game of no trust and a gambling is not reliable

I like to take risks in gambling...  and many, many times I busted my amount just like that. Risking can pay off, or not... it's more important to know what and how much we are risking. Don't allow yourself to risk more than you can afford to lose whatever you are doing, especially if you are planning to gamble! Good Luck!
1050  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Top 40 Twitch accounts for gambling advertising on: August 18, 2023, 06:20:51 PM
I am not active on Twitch... like many others. But there are people who are active there and not here. That's why there is marketing, and if it's good it covers all the relevant points.

I am not sure who is following these casino streamers and for what reason. Most of us know the casino pays them to do that, and I don't see any excitement in watching someone spinning crazy amounts on slots. I would rather watch someone I know or I will do it myself...
1051  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲 StarBets.io 🎲 || A Crypto-based iGaming Platform 🎲 on: August 18, 2023, 01:06:16 PM
Dear StarBetters,
...
🌟Good Luck! 🌟

Well, I don't compete. It's hard to compete just by playing slots, and slots are lagging today. I deposited some BTC and played for a while and after the tenth time, I decided to give up and withdraw the money. All providers that I tried just stop at one moment with the message "Something happened... please reload". With Platipus and Betsoft after the first spins.

When we are talking about slots maybe you should think about adding some new providers... more providers are always good. I would also do a little work on the slots page. It can really look much better and navigation can be a lot easier.
1052  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What you will do? on: August 18, 2023, 09:19:43 AM
After so many years in gambling, I probably experienced all sorts of moods after busting my bankroll and a few more deposits. Sometimes after losing I will deposit again, and maybe I will play with higher bets, or if I am in a "slot mood" maybe I will try with some bonus buys... I guess everything depends on the current mood and my gambling bankroll at that moment. It's like that with most of us who gamble for decades...
1053  Economy / Gambling / Re: Opinion on crypto casino project on: August 18, 2023, 05:39:29 AM
You are not the first guy who came up with this idea and interestingly, I also don’t see any successful decentralized casino around. That leads me to a conclusion that your project will also be a failure but who knows… maybe this time will be different huh? Maybe you know something that others don’t. Maybe you can come with a real decentralized casino unlike the other fakes. Don’t get me wrong, your idea is amazing but it is also pretty hard to do. If it was an easy thing, all the web2.0 would disappear but they didn’t.

I think you are right, the idea itself is cool, but I think it is more than hard to realize this idea even with some big capital. As always, if it's a small capital, then it is even harder. Everything is more difficult in practice, problems and challenges start when we start working on the realization of an idea, which for many proves to be impossible to overcome.

And my suggestion to OP is to start his journey with small steps... Before comparing with Stake he needs to create a site first, or how they say, he needs to learn how to walk before he starts running.
1054  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Calling all high rollers ($300,000 bet) on: August 17, 2023, 07:53:49 PM
But since you are so confident, I decided to follow this pick... with $13, and I added Partizan over 2.5.
Sports betting is a nice idea, but you should never follow other people's forecasts without thinking for yourself. Have you noticed that the wager was a loss? I'm confident you won't make the same error twice. Partizan, the side you bet on, needs to score in the second half to fulfil your prediction if you notice that they are playing better because they are currently ahead by one goal.  Grin

I don't count it as some mistake... I just followed this bet, like I choose to follow some other predictions from some other people, random or known. I don't follow picks if I don't like them. And I didn't risk a fortune, it's gambling, sometimes we have luck and we win, sometimes we lose.

We will see what will Partizan do, still just one goal... maybe that will be a miss as well! Smiley Anyway, my parlay is lost, so I guess OP and me can just hope for more luck next time.
1055  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Meme Tokens Forge a New Era of Crypto Champions? on: August 17, 2023, 05:47:56 PM
...

Granted we won't know about Coin Meme for the near or distant future, but I personally prefer to invest in quality altcoins like Ethereum. but I personally have also experienced losses investing in coin memes, but I have also benefited from investing in coin memes. So I think that from a fundamental standpoint people would potentially choose a quality altcoin like ethereum, but if our're investing short-term I think it could be an option to invest in meme coin.

but in my opinion meme coin will always exist in the crypto world and always enliven the crypto world. so I think it's going to be difficult for coin memes to become a Crypto champion, because I think people investing in coin memes are mostly short term investments.

But there is that thing with Doge... we can say for a fact that people who had a lot of Doge in the long run before Doge reached that crazy $0.7 record profited quite a lot. My point is that even meme coins can do something in the long run, especially if some new Elon Musk, or him again, decides to push some meme coins.

I spent millions of Doges before that crazy pump... And I am not better now, I am buying some Doges, and from recently Shibas as well, just for gambling. And I put something aside when I win, but when I am out of money I reach out for that savings, and I simply can't hold it for some longer period. But that's me...

1056  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Calling all high rollers ($300,000 bet) on: August 17, 2023, 07:17:06 AM
You can keep 10% of the winnings if you do this for me, I am very confident in this bet.

I don't know my limits for sports betting, I don't bet on sports with some crazy big amounts. $300k is a lot more than a "crazy big amount"! Smiley

But since you are so confident, I decided to follow this pick... with $13, and I added Partizan over 2.5.

PS I think you should ask Drake to make this bet for you... Smiley
1057  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pi network KYC on: August 16, 2023, 09:07:27 PM
~
Recently I saw the price on Huobi global and it was around $25. I told my brother about it and we are about to do KYC and send the PI coin to mainnet wallet, but on Pi browser, I got this error:

There is no Pi network. Pi coins cannot have value, and you cannot sell or trade Pi coins because their mainnet hasn't been launched yet. The question is whether it will ever be launched. As for the Huobi exchange, I have no idea what they sell, but it is certainly not Pi coins.

Pi at $25... I don't have words to describe that. I guess people are not informed, some of the people I know asked me about "Pi" as well, they saw some advertising on some social network and they started mining Pi with their phones. And they believe they are "deep into crypto"... with a few thousand of Pi coins.

Well, I broke their dreams... and OP probably needs a wake-up call as well!
1058  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Is there a site where you can withdraw without deposit? on: August 16, 2023, 07:17:41 PM
Are there sites where you can actually withdraw coins? I mean gambling sites. It doesn't have to be a lot of money, but I used to have the impression that there were more sites like this and it was much easier to withdraw free money. I know there is freebitcoin that gives you free btc every hour, duckdice is also a faucet - do you know any other sites you can recommend?

I wouldn't compare Freebitcoin with other crypto places... in many ways, it's a unique place. Freebitcoin has a min withdrawal amount like others have, but others can (mostly have) wagering requirements as well for all "free coins" you get on the site. It's all about the wagering in most crypto casinos...

Well, you can join any site and be active in chat and maybe you will get more from tips than from claiming free coins anywhere. But in the end, it's a waste of time... I guess it can be interesting if you have free time and nothing smart to do. But maybe you can spend that time and energy in something better.

1059  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Predictions and Trends for Crypto Gambling in 2024 on: August 16, 2023, 07:18:54 AM
Players will have to make a choice. Do they wish to be a part of the truly decentralized gambling world? Or do they wish to remain part of a centralized gambling world that accepts crypto currency as a means of payment?

Well, it's the same with trading platforms... in the end, centralized ones offer a lot more than decentralized ones, and we know what the majority of people prefer.

Maybe that "fork" is coming, but not so soon in my opinion... I can only say that it's great as long as there are casinos without mandatory KYC.
1060  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slots fever on: August 16, 2023, 05:29:51 AM
There are some cool wins here, and some of them are mine: Win images from the BTCGOSU community

I play slots, and I have my favorite providers and slots... When it comes to slots I can say that "slots give and slots take"! Burning a few hundred (or thousands) dollars is like a normal thing. A few times I burned a lot of money in 10-20 minutes, it's when I play with some higher bets or especially when I am buying bonuses...

I play slots because I love them, but I know what slots can do and how crazy they can be... in both ways, for better or for worse.
