1045  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will hit $50 this month. on: March 06, 2013, 10:25:29 AM
It's funny how many people that were much more wealthy then I am to invest in Bitcoin and not a single one of them did.

A lot of them I told back when coins were going for about 4.50$ each.

Why do my friends never listen to me?

Same goes for most all of us on this forum I imagine. The good news is its not too late to get in.

Looks like a whale wants to manipulate down or is cashing out. I guess we will know once they get removed or are eaten.

1050  Economy / Speculation / Re: Warning to bears: Big players in China on: March 06, 2013, 07:53:15 AM
It nearly hit 300 yuan (significant psychological resistance for chinese here) and then bounced back (that was the reason for the slight dip a few hours ago). That's 48.2 in USD (while mtgox USD only hit 46). I think what is driving mtgox right now is primarily chinese arbitragers...

Check out the charts:

USD, no significant resistances:

If my hypothesis is correct, we have not seen anything yet. Buckle your seatbelts.

Just curious on the progress with Trezor.
We are working our asses off, that's why we haven't posted for a while. Unfortunately, Trezor is not our only project, so it takes some time. Stay tuned and please be patient.

See that + / - on the top write hand corner? They are clickable. It goes hilariously far either way though, be careful on your click amounts.

Shit. I didn't think I needed glasses - now I'm not so sure.

But thanks  Grin

Namecheap

I thought about it - but meh. I had never heard of them before the announcement.

Meh?

You should go look them up. You won't be meh'ing afterwards.

"They claim to have over 3 million domain names under management."

Cool. Is that bigger than godaddy et. al? I'm not doubting its big, but want to reserve the updates in this list for only the most significant impacts on the market (of which there are already plenty lately).

Roll Eyes Adam, seriously bro, cut your losses and just buy. You will thank me later.
1058  Economy / Speculation / Re: Gold collapsing. Bitcoin UP. on: March 05, 2013, 07:05:59 PM

My feeling continues to be that Bitcoin will outperform gold by orders of magnitude in the best-case scenario for each because Bitcoin is still much more undervalued.  But also that there continue to be many risks associated with Bitcoin specifically and crypto-currencies generally and relatively fewer for gold.

There are until there aren't. When that happens (and it will - eventually)... watch out.
1059  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer - MtGoxUSD wall movement tracker on: March 05, 2013, 05:52:43 PM
