Haha, this topic is interesting and I would like to say that it is really possible but no, I haven't tried that yet since I am not using drugs. But come to think of it, yes we can buy drugs using bitcoins by buying but can we be sure that the person that we are sending bitcoins will really send us the drugs that we have paid for? How? By sending it to tracking delivery? We all know that it is impossible right? So I think no one will use bitcoins just to buy drugs. Haha As it is a currency people use it for good and bad. The majority of Bitcoin users are law-abiding people motivated by privacy concerns or just curiosity. But Bitcoin’s anonymity is also a powerful tool for financing crime like buying drugs. Such people should be punished severely. really don't sure bitcoin's anonymity could do that much as it not really anonymous,your transaction were published and can't be deleted,and every activities can be traced,just use blockchain explorer and everything will be revealed relating to the address You can still use a lot of method to hide your identity and if you buy drugs you cannot be trace at all. That transactions of buying and selling drugs in the deep web are having the success and even if the site will be seize, the owner will just create another site and will create a never ending story due to hard to track it. |

My strtegy is very simple. It is called self control. i strt with .01 anytime i get more than .001 over that amount i immidieately withdraw that ammount into coinbase. this way, i cant get cocky and gamble away huge orofits! Ehat are you guys opinions on this strat
It sounds like a great plan. But first, i would find it very hard to carry out for me cause it will be too troublesome to keep doing it. I may need to do up to 20 times in an hour. 2nd, wont that cause fee to make up a huge percentage. You will find that your profit will be reduced by a huge percentage due to multiple small transaction. That is when it gets exhausting betting so many times limits your chances of keeping your luck alive. That is what the casino's are hoping for. It gives them better odds of taking the players money. Same with betting large amounts all at once. It is also in the casino's fair; they have more of that chance that you will mess up and lose it all. Casinos still has the edge regardless on what type of game you are playing, and the worst thing sometimes is we have a problem with ourselves that we cannot gamble without thinking with so much money to win. It could happen that we can make money in gambling but since we do not have the discipline we still lose in the end, we never stop as if there is no tomorrow is one of the reason why we failed to succeed. |

also when you are playing with friends you can play some games like poker that you could never play the same way online because they don't give you the same feeling online.

Saving is always safe, so I think one should save it for future to earn maximum profits from it as investing it will always involve certain level of risk.
There was time many people believe that and put all their money in the banks. Too much money stays idle slow down the world's economic. Currencies should be pushed into circulation for the development of the world. I agree bitcoin as money shouldn't be put in the bank or be hold in the wallet. It should not be idle. By either spending it or investing it will help bitcoin to grow and establish it's footing in the world of commerce. If that happen, we can see the increase in value of Bitcoin as currency. I don't believe that they are so much people who play smart. The most of people who gambles are greedy. If they win in starting they will continue rather then taking the profit home and ends up in loss towards the end mostly. And if they incur loss in beginning they will play to recover the loss and ends up with more loss mostly.
The purpose why gamblers go to casino is to win money. So naturally, they will thinks of ways try to win back their money. This will instead trap the gamblers to stay there for a longer time and instead of achieving the goals, the gamblers will end up losing even more due to the house edges. That is so obvious that is why we are losing in the long run because we want to win more money in gambling but we are not treating gambling as our business, if we are serious with gambling we should carefully plan our method and adjust it when it is not working anymore. |

While we are all here on this forum to earn one way or another, how well do you manage that money after you've earned it. Do you trade your Bitcoin as fast as you can spending it all in a day or do you save it? I recently got paid for a job I did in programming and i keep finding myself wanting to spend more of that money i made. I have a lot of credit card debt and that is not good. I have destroyed only two ofg my credit cards to which I owe thousands of dollars on.

Those credit cards ate really shitty it is just telling you to spend more whenever you are in a mall or a supermarket that is why I never tried to have one. It will just make me more reliable to that card without knowing that I got a lot of debt. They wont tell you how much you have spent specially when your limit is high. It will be chaos after that. It helps sometimes if you own a credit card. It can help you over a very hard time. But that should be used with utmost control. We should not over use it or spend it on non sensible things. If you use your credit card wisely and pay your credits on time, there is no trouble. If you don't want to be tempted to over spend, then leave your card when you go out. Just take it when your going to buy your groceries. Yes, those credit cards are a temptation of their own. The problem is that you actually do not have to give away anything in real, just your balance decreases. And unlike a purse with real money, you can not tell how much is already missing. I can prove that because I was once had a credit card and at first it is really convenient to use but when time passes by I learn to buy things that it is not in my budget and until such time has come that could not pay anymore my monthly amortization and everything was compromise. As of now, I am still in debt from a credit card company. |

Should I believe in Bitcoin ?
I have 10k $ and maybe going to buy , but I doubt the further development of Bitcoin and I'm afraid to lose money! Can you convince me or dissuaded from buying?

This year have a great impact on value of bitcoin it was double before the halving and now the price is quietly stable. I think we can say that 2016 is good year for bitcoin community and we are hoping that the following year will be much better than now.
It is a good year so far because the price is significantly high but we need not to be calm because we still have months before the end of this year and I believe anything can happen both possibly and the good one and the bad one. |

That is true that we can not calculate how many are the actual users of bitcoin, every time, every minute there is newly sign in or users start to using it, and we do not have data to know the list of users.
And all we can see that the number of users of bitcoins is already huge and since we are increasing in terms of numbers of users the future is guaranteed that the early adopters who invested will be benefited and could possibly make a fortune in bitcoin. |

I'm absolutely agree with this. Everyone loses in the long run on gambling, because i am a gambler and already gambling for a long time and i always ended with loses.
Yeah, I too gamble before, and I notice that somehow, if you hadn't waste your resources very much if you find a way to win what was lost, then for sure you will waste time even if it's for fun...I could have done something else if I hadn't just waste time there trying to win... But I am not against gambling cause some of the gamblers feel happy when they gamble.. Well, good for you that you realize your are just wasting your money when doing gambling for the sake of making money. Well, almost every gambling depends on luck.And Most of the result of gambling are profitless I mean lose. You hardly can win in gambling if your luck support you. But, in my word gambling mean lose. i didn't saw anyone who gain much profit by gambling, but I know many people who become empty hand for gambling.

Base on my experience the safest method to do when gambling is when you won just withdraw everything and play another day. Because what always happens to me is everytime i win and i play more, I end up losing everything .
You have a point just withdraw right away but if when you are in the situation which you feel like you are too lucky on that day i think you can't think that way you get greedy Win and run would not be effective to apply in the long run as it still goes back with the house advantage, though you are lucky at a given day there still a way that you will come back and play tomorrow, so it is just the same cycle and time will only matter and would tell when you are going to lose. |

If the big ETH whales sell the ETC, the ETC price will go to almost zero. So the chain will die eventually.
Hopefully that would not happen because that would affect all the altcoins, we know that ETH is gaining the success currently and new coins is also starting to have that success so if anything happen, it would probably create a panic in the crypto world for altcoins. |

I don't think bitcoin was invented to make us millionares. No bitcoin is a way to pay for goods and services. We should embrace that fact and forget the financial gain it can bring us. If there would be no financial gain then nobody would be interested in spending their time and money in bitcoin, its a good way to make profits and we should not miss a single opportunity. Bitcoin is a growing space of innovation and there are business opportunities that also include risks. Beyond the risks we can achieve good profits, so we should never miss any opportunities. There is more guarantee that Bitcoin will continue to grow as it has developed at a very fast rate so far. Yeah I agree, in addition we can do some reaserch about stuff we want to tackle with bitcoin. From there we can calculate risk and see if it is worth a venture. wow nice even today I still difficulties and confusion about how to spend bitcoin. because in my area there are no people or merchants who accept bitcoin. so I was amazed when people can use bitcoin to pay for everyday expenses May be he is living in a country where there are many shops that are accepting bitcoin as a mode of payment, unfortunately scenario is not same everywhere. Yeah! because in our country you can only count stores that are accepting bitcoins and that is good for us so we cannot be easily tempted to spend our bitcoins and we have no choice buy to save and invest it in different online business. |

Its going lower because there are more people that want to sell than people who want to buy
At the moment you can buy if you want, it would be smart because I do not think that the Bitcoin price is going to be any lower then this. Then hold on to them after the halving we are going to see what the price then is, then decide what to do next. Maybe because we have a huge increase for this year alone and people think that the price will still go back to normal and that would be the time for them to hammer the price. I think also that this would be lowest price so far after the halving, increase after the halving will happen and we need to watch out for that. I think price will rise in future so I would prefer to buy some bitcoins at this stage and will save for the future and will sell when price reaches to 4 digit. I doubt you could hold your bitcoin for the future because I'm sure many people will not be able to hold them too long bitcoin. probably less than 1 year they will sell their bitcoin. I thought you did not need to see the future because the price is bound to rise. the important thing is is it in the short term bitcoin will have a high price or not? If price goes higher in short term then I think you should sell your coins and secure profits from it as you never what price it will hold in future. So you are probably saying that the price of bitcoins is not gonna be good in the future? I think we should believe that even though we can achieve a good price it will still continue in the future to increase as the demand will surely increase. |
