10461  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambler was being robbed on: December 31, 2018, 03:18:03 AM
Recently, a Korean National has been robbed here in my place while riding the Taxi going home and lose the money that he won in the casinos, Its around 4Million Pesos or $75,000. This is not new in gambling industry since many incidents like this before. Do you ever think its a real accident or its just an inside job where the employees of casinos are involve or the casino itself?

This is a once in a lifetime opportunities to become a millionaire, and yet it is being taken easily by a more greedy people. Now I’m wondering if its still safe to go to casinos or better to play online? What’s your thought about this?

Here’s the link for your reference (it’s not translated in english but I’ve already share the summary of this news):
https://www.gmanetwork.com/news/balitambayan/balita/679284/koreanong-nanalo-ng-p4m-sa-casino-hinoldap-sa-pasay/story/

I think it's a relationship between the employees of casinos with the taxi driver because how the taxi driver know if his passenger was carrying big money in his car? The taxi driver wouldn't know if there is no one tells him about that person who wins much money.
I think it still safe to go to casinos and play in those places, but if we can win like that person, we need to ask someone we know to follow us until we arrive in our home.
10462  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We have to be aware that bitcoin will not last forever on: December 31, 2018, 02:11:34 AM
yes, especially if bitcoin lasts like now, the bitcoin will disappear. because users and investors certainly want a more functional bitcoin, if the situation doesn't change then bitcoin will sooner or later disappear.
Relax, everyone does not know when Bitcoin will disappear or vice versa can bitcoin be even stronger in the following days. We should take advantage of this opportunity well to get a profit. yes right as time goes on technology is always getting better so I will support Cryptocurrency.

As long as we can use the opportunity as you said, we don't have to afraid or worry if bitcoin will end in someday. While we can get a profit from cryptocurrency, we don't have to stay in the crypto only but we must search another way to grow our money so when something wrong is happening with bitcoin, we still have the other source to make money. I still support cryptocurrency too especially bitcoin because I still believe in bitcoin and I still want to make more and more money from the cryptocurrency.
10463  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Did you lose your confidence as an investor? on: December 31, 2018, 01:10:52 AM
Like what I choose, "Nope, I still believe in crypto, and I know that it'll recover for sure, if not sooner, later." It's not the end of the cryptocurrency, and it will rise when the time is right, and we will see the crypto will reach the glory. Perhaps, it's happening to the new people who came to crypto in 2017 because they see a big chance to make fast money and they don't know much about cryptocurrency. But then, suddenly, all of what they dream has ruin because of the cryptocurrency has fallen deeper for a long time and finally, they are giving up and sold all of their assets without thinking about the chance for the cryptocurrency to rise again.
10464  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Patience: The key factor to succeeding in the crypto space on: December 31, 2018, 12:09:56 AM
A lot of folks do not understand what it means to the patient, most especially when it comes to cryptocurrency. Crypto is not a ponzi, where you just come in with the mindset of rushing out. Which is why many fall victim of scam projects and shit coins.
When you want to invest into any project, no matter how attractive it might look superficially, take your time to study it. Know the intent of the project and the team behind it.
Whatever you do not understand about a project, ask on their social media. Most times, telegram is used as a channel for open communication. So ask questions until you are satisfied.
Therefore, patience is key, because every other factor (intelligence, smartness, astuteness, experience, name it) will look useless if not taken into cognisance.
Thanks.

I've experienced here in our country wherein, bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, have went and gone through a pyramiding, it's quite sad that people are investing, without knowledge on what Crypto's are. They eventually lose their money when the promoters are gone.

That is what happens in our real life; people start to invest when they see something has blown, and they act so fast because they don't want to miss a chance to make money. They never learn anything before and only deposit their money, pretending in the next month, the money will double or triple, but they are wrong. In the cryptocurrency, we don't know what next will happen, and without learning about the cryptocurrency market, we cannot make any profit and even we will lose our money. But if people can be patient for a while, they can make a lot of money in the future.
FOMO is bad, and everyone must know that. But maybe for first time we will get that condition. If someone trapped in FOMO more than once, it means they not learn from their mistake and i think it is big problem that need to solved.

Yes, and every people has that experience because they are not yet learned about trading or cryptocurrency. They never learn and don't want to learn because they want easy profit which they cannot get it. But although if they can prevent from FOMO, if they don't have patience then soon or later, they will get attracted to the bad news.
10465  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the Real Risks of Crypto? on: December 30, 2018, 07:31:35 AM
the biggest risk is that you can lose your investment assets in an instant. because of price fluctuations that are very fast changing and never stable

I don't think so. The biggest risk is losing the money itself because how you can buy something if your money is in the crypto? Your coins still on the crypto, but you don't have money, and this is the most significant loss ever you get. It happens if you are buying unprofitable coins so you cannot make money from the coins and you need to avoid that coins. Once the coins have not worth in the market, then you will start to lose your money so be careful.
10466  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you still continue? on: December 30, 2018, 06:29:42 AM
What will you do if after losing several times in gambling, you are left with only small amount of money and that money will be for your fuel or for transportation, will you still continue with the little you are left with? What if you lose?
That is more than stupidity to spend for another round or betting, dont expect for luck in that case when you have not made any winning from the start, always remember that gambling must be a second prior in our life so better go a ride and drop by in the nearest gasoline station then have a gas and go home 🏠

Perhaps, we need to stop for a while, and as you said, it's better to go home and take a rest and don't forget to eat something. We can come back to the other day, and we don't have to push ourselves to keep playing while we don't know where is the luck. Accepting your lose in that day, don't regret the loss, take a deep breath and then walk away from the place is the best thing you can do.
10467  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling strategy, What do you think? on: December 30, 2018, 05:27:56 AM
Lets say you are a skilled Sports-book player and you have the ability to find safe games ( low odds ) around 1,5 in odds.

Instead of bet on Bet365, you take your money and exchange it into Bitcoins and plays your bet on a crypto casino. ( Nitrogen, Everbet, Sportsbet etc )

Ex, You exchange 1000 USD into 0.29 BTC
You play your safe bets with the goal to double or triple up your Bitcoins to 0,60-1 BTC, I have seen many players do this with fiat money, but here is the thing, When or IF you actually manage to double or triple up ( Hit n Run ) , you cash out directly and then you sit tight and just wait for the next Bull Run ( at least many of us believe and hope it will come one )

Lets say the bitcoin will reach 10K, then you sell your Bitcoins and you have done a pretty nice profit.

If we can do things like that, doubled or tripled our btc and keep holding it until the bull comes, it will be good. But what will we do during our waiting time? It's okay if the bull will come soon. What if the bull will come a little longer? Can we stay calm without doing anything?

I guess they will try to double the base money to get more money in the gambling table. There is greediness among the gamblers who can win much money although they said it's enough to get the money right now but they still chasing the other winning by playing the game. But I believe that there are people who can stay calm after he winning much money and waiting for the bull comes while he will search another thing to keep him busy.
10468  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5 coins except eth or btc or ripple to buy? on: December 30, 2018, 03:23:05 AM
Hello everybody,

Can you give me your five prefered coins excepted btc and ripple and eth?

I love :

Neo 25 coins
Eos 100 coins
Waves 50 coins
Bnb 50 coins

Should i add more of neo or waves? Or other coins?

Thank you.

Did you miss to add bitcoin and ethereum? Because I don't see that coin in your list. Better you add more bitcoin and ethereum as your primary investment. You can buy TRX, ADA, XRP, STR, and you can buy a lot of that coin because the price is not too high to buy now. But since I see you purchased BNB which is on the Binance, perhaps, you can search for yourself because I don't know much about Binance's coins list and in that site, I only trade for the coin which has a big volume like LTC, XMR, ETH, and of course BTC.

10470  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who is going to clean the garbage littered all over? on: December 30, 2018, 01:12:38 AM
The crypto selection will clean up the mess, and bitcoin will do the job by adjusting the price and will make the altcoin will adjust their price too. And if the altcoin cannot follow bitcoin, then the altcoin will not worth anymore and will die. It's happening in every time, if you check from year by year, there are many altcoins cannot survive, and finally, the coin is death. But one or more coin dies, there will be many more will be invented and will fill the emptiness in the cryptocurrency.
10471  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is playing casino games online a good idea? on: December 29, 2018, 09:18:22 AM
Till the time you gamble for fun and do it occasionally it should not be a problem. But moment you start getting addicted to it or cannot control your emotions then it becomes a bigger problem as then you would like to continue to keep on gambling through out the day and might lose a lot of money too.

Playing online gambling won't be bad if we do it rarely. But once we make it as regular habit then it will become a very bad stuff to do. Gambling for fun should be done occasionally not regularly.

Many people don't realize about that, and they continue to play in every day until they become addicted and we already saw this before. They don't know or don't even think about the long-term of the gambling risk for their life, and they still gamble and makes gambling as their activity in daily. And if that person does this every day, no matter if he plays in casino games online or in the real casino, it will become a bad idea and bad things for his life.
10472  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: On what kind of gambling you got maximum reward from betting? on: December 29, 2018, 08:08:09 AM
I don't remember how much maximum reward I've got from betting because I don't write in any of note so I can have a good memory in gambling. As it's like the wind blows, I never calculate how much I win and how much I lost, and besides that, I never use too big money in any gambling games. In the past, I am moving from one game to another game, and I remember I often play slots and then switch to multiply in freebitco.in because I am curious, and the moves again to dice until now.
10473  Economy / Economics / Re: Will BTC defeated in 2019? on: December 29, 2018, 04:49:10 AM
BTC defeated by what? By any other coins? I don't think so, the other coins still behind on bitcoin and they still following bitcoin as the leader in the cryptocurrency. Bitcoin will shine again in 2019, the bitcoin price will increase higher, and this is I do not doubt. You need to wait for its increase, and you need to buy more bitcoin if you want to make a lot of profit but only if you are sure with bitcoin and you did trust bitcoin. But if you don't have confidence with bitcoin, so you don't have to do anything and let the time will come.
10474  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: trade without id verification? on: December 29, 2018, 03:38:34 AM
As many of us recommend Binance, I would also suggest the same. For the phone number, you can use the free text messaging website, use your country phone number on the list to receive the phone number verification from Binance. The last time I register a new account on Binance was for my friend, and I ask his phone number for the confirmation. After it's verified, he can directly deposit some amount of bitcoin to start trading. Don't forget to activate 2FA for securing your account from the attacker and happy trading Cheesy
10475  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling vs. "leveraged" trading on: December 28, 2018, 06:52:02 AM
I don’t think that “leveraged trading” is similar to gambling. No matter what type of trading it is, your decisions should always depend upon the knowledge about the market, implying that you need to understand and research the market carefully. Even for deciding the price of the coin in leveraged trading, you should really have some market knowledge but in gambling it entirely based on random guess and the result is based on your luck.

Yes, you are right. In leveraged trading, we should know how much profit we should take and don't greedy because this will makes you become a loss. I prefer with leveraged trading too although we don't have much knowledge about the coins as long as we can see the green colour in the status of the trading then it means, we can take the profit. I think it's easy to try in leveraged trading and the profit will be good for us.
In any kind of trading and gambling greediness can be a killer of your stash. Both are risky, both can be tricky as hell, and both can take your money away or earn you a lot of money. I will go with gambling, much easier, much less bothering, leverage trading require special skills, you need to be active a lot, you need to have accounts everywhere, basically you earn of fluctuations in exchange rates between two different countries, now you figure it out how to do it, with gambling you have much more fun and its much easier.

No, I won't go with gambling, you will not make money from gambling. I choose for leveraged trading because I can have a chance to make money and I know it will be a big profit in that trade. But yes, I need more knowledge and skill to make money from leveraged trading and I am sure I can learn from many tutorials. And for the account, I think I only register on one exchanges and leveraged trading is different than arbitrage trading.
10476  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fiat or crypto betting in bear market? on: December 28, 2018, 05:47:51 AM
It is better to not gamble at this moment, and it's better to save your money for another thing. We don't know when it's over and with a stop for playing gambling for a while, we can learn about controlling ourselves and I think it will use for ourselves too. But you could still gamble if you want, and I suggest you use the altcoin than the bitcoin because the altcoin is cheap right now.
10477  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does positive thinking affect your edge in gambling on: December 28, 2018, 04:18:05 AM
^^ Good point if you dont enjoy the general setup and the routine to it all even without the reward then its not really fun.   I agree, its time to take a step back if you are just gambling from feeling compelled.  Trying to win back losses for this reason is generally going to work out awful compared to a new book.   I reckon the best gamblers treat will treat every day as a new start, an opportunity to learn some dynamic to their advantage and help them accumulate a gain overall.   Its not easy to do though !
When you lose gambling, but you still insist on playing it will only make you lose everything. Think positively when you lose it's better to finish the game and come back tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.

So stop the games will be the best option for you if you don't want to lose everything. Positive thinking will help you to decide which the best for you in the gambling besides controlling your emotion. There is no way to win back losses in the gambling unless you have luck in the games which are impossible. So don't push yourself to chase the winning money, better to play in the next day with a fresh mind and who knows your luck will come to you in tomorrow.
10478  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is now a good time to buy or i have to wait ? on: December 28, 2018, 03:14:02 AM
Perhaps, you can buy a small amount first to see if the market continues to get down, and if in the next hours or tomorrow the market still down, then it is a good time to buy the coin. You need to determine which coin you want to buy because if you buy the wrong coin, and you will need to wait for a long time to see the coin increase back. But if you don't have any problem to wait in a long time, then you can buy and hold it in the other wallet and don't save it in the market because it's too risky.
10479  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which platform is best for Trading? on: December 28, 2018, 02:09:12 AM
Binance will be an excellent choice for you, and especially you are a new person who wants to try trading. In that site, you can trade with so many coins and I think the fee of every trade is not too big depends on the other site. Firstly, you only need to buy at a low price, sell at a high price because this is the basic of trading. And if you have familiar with trading in that site and you already learn more about trading and the analysis, then you can use more money to make more profit from the coins.
10480  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fiat or crypto betting in bear market? on: December 27, 2018, 08:25:57 AM
Precisely for some reason, I didn't even dare to use fiat money to gamble, though both have a big risk. I still use crypto (especially dogecoin) for the gamble. No matter the market conditions under any circumstances.

We have the same coin for the bets. I use dogecoin too because this coin was cheap than the other coins and the time of the transaction is fast with the cheaper fee. For 0.01 btc, I can get much of dogecoin and I can hold in the gambling site while I can use some amount to bets. But if I want to change the coin, I choose litecoin than bitcoin. For me, gambling with crypto is the best thing that I can do and I don't use fiat for betting because I don't have to deposit my money to that gambling site.
